- Bright and well equipped kitchen (dishwasher significant amount) with 4 plate ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, fridge / freezer. PLUS, the fireplace!
- Input / dining room light
- Bathroom with shower in connection with a laundry with washing machine and tumble dryer, iron and ironing board (also hairdryer) with window.
- 2 bedrooms with 1 large double bed (140x190 cm) and 2 single beds 90x190 cm (new bedding July 2015)
- Rare troglodyte, the living room is also bright thanks to a window overlooking the troglodyte district: this DOUBLE orientation allows good ventilation of the house.
- Large terrace / garden with panoramic views of the city (100m2, 1000m above sea level) built Barbecue and garden furniture.
- Parking in front of the cottage and access to the front of the door by a carriage road.
