Worst experience ever !

Worst experience ever ! I've arranged this week-end for my parents' birthdays as we had a previous wonderful experience with another Vichy hotel. I strongly not recommend this hotel especially if you are a booking client (the staff is unsympathic with booking client and treating them as a second zone client with the following excuse "You should not have gone though booking website"). 1st step: During my reservation, I shared a special request to the hotel to have a decoration in the room and special welcoming to my parents 2nd step: I've got no answer until the end time of cancellation deadline (so too late to cancel unfortunately!) The response was so not customer-oriented with additional fees for all what I requested (fees that I have no possibility to pay online and that my guests will need to pay themselves (e.g. 10 euro for flowers in the room floor), letting me in awkward situation) - not to say that it's not the first time I book with Vichy hotel group in Morocco and already had all that services included (with no additional fee) - It is ok to have different political conditions, but at least, they could have been reactive and responding in a proper delay not after the deadline ! I would have definitely changed the hotel in the case I don't have the possibility to pay myself online ! 3rd step: According to my guests, the hotel equipment are in a good standard, but same, the staff was not professional and they were not treated correctly. Furthermore, please note that as hotel guest of this 4 stars, you don't have access to the pool ! You need to pay extra. Moreover, you will pay same extra as external visitors coming only for the spa ! You will also need to do a queue with external visitors to get a bathrobe, no value added to be in the hotel if you're goal is to go to the spa. FYI, it's a one entry payment, meaning if you exit the spa, you'll need to pay again for a second entry. Hope it helps!

The location is very good ,staff in the reception,&restaurant friendly,helpful, attentive the hotel should focus a little more on the housekeeping part ,the room was not perfectly clean ,behind the shower door was dirty ,the dust also not cleaned ,the spa staff are moody they don’t explain the facilities there is no refreshments or even water offered after the treatment, customer service they should focus on that more ,overall it’s good experience,but with small details it will be amazing .

The Spa is closed from Sunday 18h30 untill Monday 14h, without notice when booking. We booked 1 night, so no Spa for us... The whole point of coming here. Though very nicely designed, the hotel needs a lot of TLC to keep in shape. Rooms are aging and it's visible (traces of fungus in showers, cracked furniture,...). The airco is very loud.

booked a stay for my parents as a gift for their anniversary, and they loved the venue, said that the staff were so nice and accommodating, the SPA was clean and enjoyable. I’m so glad that I chose this hotel. 10 out of 10.

a little inconvenience that happened in the restaurant where my dad had a bug in his glass, the waiter was happy to change his drink but the manager was so rude to them about it. but they solved the issue at the end.

Highly recommended

The staff was very polite and friendly, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was diverse and good quality. We also liked the outdoor swimming pool and the thermal bath offered while extending our stay. We also had dinner at the restaurant and it was well made and well served.
