Great place. We will certainly be back next time we are here.

It was right on the bay. Lots of flamingo and pelicans right on the opposite side of the street. Close to several good restaurants and activities.

Can’t say there was anything to not like!

Perfect accommodation in Walvis Bay

Wonderful location on the front. Very friendly helpful staff. The room was clean and comfortable. A delicious breakfast included was a welcome addition. A good laundry service which was reasonably priced.Walking distance to many excellent restaurants and sights. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to stay in when in Walvis bay.

In 3 Wochen Namibia mit deutlichem Abstand die schlechteste Unterkunft. Bei Check-In und Check-Out niemand erreichbar -

Die Lage direkt am Meer ist super. Zimmer und Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen aber noch OK.

Als wir ankamen war niemand da. Auch telefonisch niemand zu erreichen, Telefon war ausgesteckt. Wir haben es 5x versucht, auch ein Nachbar hat uns versucht zu helfen - ohne Erfolg. Haben 30 Minuten gewartet und sind dann weitergefahren. Um 16:00 Uhr dann ein erneuter Versuch - nach 5min. kam dann jemand. Frühstück war unterdurchschnittlich - billige Säfte, ungenießbares Rührei. Bei der Abreise wiederholte sich dann der Check-In, niemand da, Haushälterin kennt sich nicht aus - ein Graus, wenn alle Unterkünfte so wären.

Good for sea views if you don't mind some neglected maintenance and a bit of indifferent service.

Very well located for sea views and proximity to restaurants. Lovely hot shower.

Bathroom needs attention: towels were coarse and greyish instead of fluffy and white. Slightly mouldy and patched-up shower.

disappointing

the location was the best part. loads of flamingos to sit and watch from the board walk. the adrenaline activities from the harbour side very close.

all three mornings we had to ask for more food, as when we sat down for breakfast there was very little food left. the fruit salad was not fresh it was from a can. this morning there was no coffee in the machine when we arrived.... the first morning we said they need not clean but can clean the next day-they never came to clean. not even give clean towels. the shower head sprays in every direction.the basin tap looks very bad.the soap holder in the shower is falling off

Walvis Bay Delight

A modern a beatiful accomodation overlooking the sea. A walk away from excellent seafood restuarants and you can walk across the road and walk along the promenade and view the flamingos and watch the sunset. The hosts are friendly and the accomodation has large rooms.

It was the perfect place to come in the middle of my holiday.

Breakfast lovely. Location absolutely perfect. The Manageress and Staff were really friendly and so helpful. There was great access and information regarding wonderful expeditions both on sea and on land. I loved the room with balcony.

Comfortable bed, great shower!

Room 1 main light didn't work Room 2 toilet positioned badly, so that one has to sit sideways on the loo! No owner/manager in sight. One is given the keys and shown the room, and after that no contact - a bit unwelcoming....

we enjoyed our stay at Kleines Nest. lovely view overlooking the bay area where so many flamingo's and other bird life are to be seen. room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
