All beds are dressed with fresh, luxurious sheets AND fresh bedding/quilts/comforters before EVERY rental! You are guaranteed to have a completely fresh and clean bed!!! You will also find each bathroom stocked with oversized fresh bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and bath mats straight from our laundry office! We started this in 2018 when we took our cleaning in house and created our housekeeping division. We have complete control over our property cleaning and maintenance.

As common for vacation rentals in our area, we provide one round of bath soaps, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, and toilet paper in the bathrooms. In the kitchen you will find one round of paper towels laundry detergent, dishwasher detergent, dish soap, and trash bags. These stocked amenities are intended to get you through the first night. This condo is probably the cleanest property I've stayed at while traveling.. and I'm picky! The ocean view is amazing and you can see it from nearly the whole condo, even while washing dishes! Easy five minute walk from door to ocean and there is a wagon to use to tote your stuff. They even have extra beach toys for kids in the condo and down by the beach. Kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed for cooking. Full sized washer and dryer. A couple issues came up and the owner was immediately responsive and helpful. Beach was also clean and great for kids. Definitely would stay here again!!

The view is awesome and we loved it there it was nice clean and roomy . This was my first time ever being at the beach and I’m 31 and I loved it and definitely will be back and this was the kids first time they had a blast

Good trip and enjoyed our stay with 2 exceptions. I paid for 1 additional parking spot and due to people with no parking passes taking up spots, I had to park across the street. No one seemed to be checking passing at the security gate. Also, our fire alarm went off every day.

The condo was very nice, and the location was great. We walked almost every where we went. My only regret was that we weren’t informed ahead of time that the lobby floor would be unavailable for the week we were there. But we all had a wonderful time!

This was an attractively appointed, very clean property. The people who own this unit have been so easy to deal with and have been so helpful. We all enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be able to return next season.

Couldn't pick a better location for beach fun, shopping, history and food. Beautiful view from the balcony where we enjoyed coffee and quiet in the morning and a drink and soft breeze in the evening

Very nice condo! It was a corner unit, which I felt provided a little privacy. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. The kids loved having the splash pool whenever they got tired of the beach. The parking is very tight within the garage, but we were able to find spots on the ground level that we could fit in. So nice they had beach chairs and a cart to pull down there. The master bedroom had a very large closet which worked perfect for us to put a pack and play in so the baby could sleep better for naps and at night time. Would definitely stay there again.

This condo is nice. The building was in a great location close to restaurants and shopping. It was easy to walk down to beach and pool area.
We were pleased with ease of communication regarding checkin and checkout.
Condo was very clean and updated inside.
We were disappointed there wasn’t a closet in the bedroom with bunk beds.
Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would stay here again.

Everything about this property was amazing. The view of the beach, the decor, the cleanliness just everything. You literally only needed to bring your beach towels. Everyone was very friendly. I forgot to add an additional parking pass before the trip. The process to get an additional parking pass was very smooth. I will definitely book again!

beach getaway
Renting with this property was a snap. Very good and generally prompt communication. This rental was just like the pictures, views were gorgeous!! Beds were very comfortable and main rooms were spacious. Property was quiet and right on the beach. As with other reviews property has only 2 elevators for 19 floors and for one day, while there, one elevator was down. Parking was atrocious unless you got lucky. Parking spaces way too tight for today's vehicles and of course some people aren't the greatest at parking. And yet the parking would not be my biggest complaint. The pool was disgusting. Absolutely unacceptable for the cost of the rental. Pool was so cloudy you couldn't see the bottom and it was only 5 ft deep. Obviously people weren't rinsing from time at the ocean before entering the pool. The pool at the property next door was a crystal blue color and could be viewed from our balcony. The splash pad was very nice for the kids but I would have liked to swim and relax in the pool. I love the Gulf but due to balance issues getting in and out of the Gulf is sadly near impossible for me so the pool situation was a great disappointment. The beach was gorgeous although disappointing when the properties filled the beach with their rental chairs and umbrellas limiting the amount of space available to be at the beach and the cost to rent these chairs ridiculous considering the unit I paid for had beach supplies in the laundry room. Many shops close by and unit wasn't too far from where they set off the fireworks even though the 4th of July display was on the short side that obviously wasn't the properties doing. Lots of good restaurants close by and of course souvenir shops.
Not sure if I'd rent here again given the pool, elevator and parking issues. Although if they corrected the pool I probably would.

Great Family Vacation Spot!
Property was very nice and perfect for beach access. Only hiccup is the elevator wait times in the morning when everyone is trying to get to the beach and in the late afternoon when everyone is coming off. The only thing this unit needs is a little more comfortable couch and chair in living room, other than that it is perfect and has all the amenities anyone could need.

Great weather and nice accommodations
The condo was nice. It’s in a very busy area but convenient to everything. The management company is amazing and the communication was exceptional! Cole, the beach service guy was awesome as well.

Great Condo for Beach Vacation!
Check in and check out were very easy. All was done via text communication with the owner. Had a few questions during our stay and sent the owner a text. They responded quickly and they were very polite. The condo was clean and beds were comfortable. The location was great as it was walking distance to many restaurants and a small market. The condo is right on the beach and guests have a beautiful ocean view. Only complaints is that there was only two elevators for the whole condo and the elevators were often congested. Parking was also tight if you drive a large vehicle. Only one roll of thin toilet paper was provided per bathroom, so bring extra if you are staying more than a couple days. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay again.

Beautiful condo!
The decor was beautiful, love the location and the kitchen had everything we needed to fix our meals. The only thing I was disappointed with was the Wi-Fi, we were given a password so we assumed it was secure but when we got there only public was available. Definitely not a deal breaker-would not hesitate to stay there again 😊.

The property was excellent. My 4 year old loved the splash pad and the hot tub. The beach chairs and umbrellas provided by the property were awesome! The location was great and our condo was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

Spectacular Seawinds 609!
My husband and I came to Gulf Shores with our two children (6 and 7 years old) and my parents joined us. There was plenty of space. My kids LOVED the bunk room. Being in the end unit was the Cherry on top. The views were spectacular. The kitchen had every pot and pan you’d ever need and they even had a crock pot. They also have a utility wagon in the laundry room which is perfect for heading to the splash pad, pool or beach. They even had a baby/toddler dining seat which we didn’t need but good to know if you have a little one. We were so spoiled we didn’t want to leave. All of the comforts of home with stunning ocean views and the sounds of the waves crashing on the shore is simply the best. The bedrooms and bathrooms are so spacious. We all enjoyed our stay immensely. There are utility carts by the elevators which make loading and unloading a breeze. Elevators were slow during peak periods but everyone was so friendly. Plan for it/around it and have a positive attitude and you’ll be fine. Also, we are at Sea ‘n Suds (short walk) twice while we were there and we highly recommend it. The food and atmosphere are wonderful. Don’t wait on this. Book it today!

We love the location of this condo, stayed here again after coming last winter. The corner balcony has great views of the sunset. Perfect views of the water & can hear the waves! Saw dolphins several times. Condo is clean and spacious

We recently spent time in this condo and loved it. The condo was clean and exactly how described. There was one incident with the smoke detector but it was resolved quickly by the maintenance team.
These were likely the most comfortable beds I’ve ever had in a condo - both sets of beds were amazing.

Not quite perfect
The ad never mentioned parking fees but the receipt after paying charged $50 and the fine print clearly stated $25 per vehicle. Before we arrived I was notified a second pass would be an additional 33.90 (30 plus tax)
The hot tub was Luke warm and the heated indoor pool was not.

Nice corner unit with view of sunrise and sunset
The unit is nice like all I've stayed at in the Seawind condo. It's close to restaurants and on the ocean. This corner unit has great views of both the sunrise and sunset.
The downside is when we did laundry the dryer has a very loud squeak and we wanted to leave and let it dry but soon discovered the dial didn't work so it wasn't going to shut off on it's own. We contacted the admin and they responded they would send someone, but I would assume the prior people or at least the cleaners have been aware of this and it wasn't fixed.
Overall beautiful unit, but I would confirm the dryer is fixed if you plan to do laundry.

Fall break
Great location. Condo was clean and beds comfortable. The kitchen was fully equipped. I did call about the dryer squeaking like a belt was going bad that didn’t get fixed but we just used it while we were gone. Overall great place for a family vacation.

Photos of property are dated and misleading
Overall our stay was decent. However, the photos of the pool, splash pad, etc. make it seem like things are bigger and nicer than they really are. A lot of things were broke or damaged. The pool and hot tub were GROSS! And their solution was to pour an insane amount of chlorine on them to the point it was burning my eyes. The balcony lock was broke and we had to have someone come fix it during our stay so that our small children didn’t open it when we weren’t looking. There are numerous things that I could complain about but vrbo handled all of my issues with ease and quickly!

Very nice stay!
This property was wonderful! The condo was very clean and updated. The views are spectacular!! Parking was tricky with the construction going on but the parking security people were always very helpful and we always found a place to park. The condo was stocked well and we especially appreciated all of the great beach gear! We will definitely be back!
