Perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Strandaufenthalt super.

Wir wurden persönlich vom Gastgeber empfangen und sehr freundlich begrüßt. Er hat uns sogar einen Koffer die Treppen hoch getragen. Die Küche war mit Marmelade, Honig, Butter, Wasser und Zwieback ausgestattet. Außerdem warteten eine kleine Flasche Begrüßungswein und Kuchen auf uns. Die Zeit auf dem riesigen Balkon haben wir genossen.

We loved the place!

We really appreciated how clean the place was and the owner's attention to detail. It is clear that a lot of effort was put into decorating the place. The owners also really care about their clients and we were very happy to find treats in our room, water, and wine. Thank you!

We were not thrilled about the nearby beaches, but this clearly is not the owner's fault, but just worth mentioning. The great thing was that this was an opportunity to discover some amazing places in the area such as Gallaria, instead of spending all our time in one place.

wonderful stay with wonderful people

the hosts were so nice, helpful and accomodating, they couldn’t have been better. the appartment was perfect with a nice balcony

the bed was a bit hard and the shower could use another/better screen. Now the whole bathroom (including toilet) is wet after a shower. Just something to consider

The place is perfect, decorated with taste. It is very clean and smell is very nice. The owner is very friendly and helpful. We had compliment wine for a good mood and cookies and coffee for the good beginning of the day.

Beautiful room

The room is very nicely decorated. Clean, comfortable. The offered breakfask was very nice. Bathroom is small, but practical. Room smelled really nice, too

Room was a little small for 3 people. We only stayed for one night, but for a long stay we should consider a bigger room.

Superb

The room and the lobby are really luxury with design and attention to the details. In the room you can find everything for the next-day-breakfast with snacks, butter, jam, honey and rusks in a nice basket. Moreover at 5pm the Staff brought us some pieces of cakes. Nespresso machine with caps are included.

Very nice rooms. Good location next to the beach and close the motorway and mount Olympus. Most importantly, the hosts were exceptional! Very friendly and always eager to address any questions we may had. The best hospitality we have ever experienced

Location was near the beach. Owner was super helpful with all our needs Property is well maintained with special furnishings even on the staircase. The Livingroom was spacious and elegant. Location was near to Olympus and Thessaloniki.

Best accommodation ever!

Epavlis boutique apts is a family run accommodation. They are kindest and most helpful hosts I ever met. Their apartments are impeccably clean with a lot of attention paid to every single detail that makes stay there pure pleasure. Me and my family are visiting their place regularly for the last 6-7 years with only hiatus during Covid-19 traveling restrictions. Despite world wide economic crises they completely re-decorated and re-furnished all the rooms which brought the level of service even higher. I will take this opportunity to thank them again for the warm welcome they gave us during last weekend. Thumbs up and hope to see you soon!

Great location, very clean. Fantastic value for money Host was friendly and clarified on any requests. Very good communication. Provided complimentary items for breakfast, coffee, tea, ...

The bathroom was a bit small although very clean and fully functional.

Very nice apartment, spacious and clean with amazing views of the mountain Olympos and the Leptokarya beach. Decorated tastefully with great facilities. The owner was very friendly and kind and the free upgrade was very much appreciated! We hope to come back soon!

De host was really welcoming and kind! Moreover the room was perfectly located, the beds were comfortable and the balcony was very spacious. We would recommend this hotel.

There was cake!

Not only were the rooms spotlessly clean, the location being magnificent - 50m away from the beach and the host being super nice and attentive BUT ALSO there was fresh cake waiting for us in the room! And wine! And they left little chocolates on our pillows after they cleaned up! Hands down one of the best places we’ve stayed at - on top of everything, the kitchenette was equipped with everything one could need, the room decorations were super cute and there were candles in the bathroom which I appreciated greatly! 10/10 for me!
