Tengeri üdülés nagyon szép környezetben

Staff was very scanty and no iron in the entire hotel

The location was good but isolated. Ok for honeymooners

They gave us a wrong room and when I compared to the pics and asked they said they wld move us the next day but I bartered free buffet breakfast instead as it was a pain to pack again and they agreed

Serene luxurious private stay !

The resort is so well kept it’s such a special serene gem to stay in so private and luxurious. The staff was lovely to me and so helpful, especially Enzo who helped me with food dinner and breakfast he was so kind. The management team and front reception women so lovely also. The rooms were clean and you are right on the beach ! This is affordable for being right on the private beach ! It’s a resort so it should be know that prices will be a bit more expensive , that is what a resort is ! The buffet was sooo yummy, still dreaming of it! Thank you so much for an incredible stay, I would love to be back with friends

Poor

The beach is stunning, some of the best in Italy. Water is crystal clear.

Got the feeling that none of the staff enjoyed working there. When we arrived we were greeted with no smiles or energy at all from the staff. Overall a lame feeling. This was the the case all over the resort, part from one girl working in the beach bar. Rooms were ok, clean, but had no charm what so ever. They´ve basically bought the interior, built it, and put it in the room, that´s it. There were not enough kitchen essentials to prepare your own food. There were not enough glasses for a family of 4. There was no knife to cut fruit or prepare food. The plates and glasses were not clean properly (and there was nothing to clean them with). No wine opener. The pool (that looks amazing on images) were closed our first day (without us knowing). Next day it was open, but it was a big disappointment. Again, no love, no attention to detail, it´s like they just left it there to die slowly. Since we´ve read other guests reviews of the breakfast, we didn´t book breakfast. And I am happy we didn´t. Read other reviews regarding breakfast, they are accurate. The restaurant... I won´t even get into that. If you want a nice restaurant while staying, leave the restort and walk up 5 minutes to the main road to Monte Barone da "Sor Pascal". Great food, amazing sweet staff and the view is spectacular. We had food here all of our days while staying. The older gentleman serving every us night was a star. 2 beach chairs + 1 umbrella is 50 EUR per day. We were aware of this, so it was no surprise, but keep this in mind. I travel a lot, and give a lot of reviews, 99% of them are always positive. This place was just a big bowl of wrong. No love.

Couple's retreat not for families

Beautiful view, and kind staff. The golf cart trips to and from the rooms were helpful since the villas were further than expected.

Took at least an hour's drive from any major town. Terrible cell reception. NO place to shop or eat other than the restaurant on site. There are a lot of bugs! I guess it can't be helped, but fair warning. Pebble beach, barely there shore. A private pool was built into the grass, again lots of ants and bugs. It was not worth the money spent.

Lots of potential, few improvements and this becomes easily a unique place!

Stunning location, amazing food , nice villa, good value for money ! This is a unique place

Internet is not a must in such location, however if it is offered it has to work! Wifi was inexistent with not 4g signal. This is unfortunate if you are planning to telework. Also, there was not grass in the garden , only soil which would make the little jacuzzi very dirty just getting in

The private beach and the view from the pool area makes the hotel worth every penny.

Firstly the location and the private beach are perfect. The view is spectacular and the sea so clear. It is the best thing about the hotel and makes it worth the money. The room was small and a little dated but clean and had everything we needed. The bar area was good with lovey view and drinks were reasonably priced.

Apart from the beach there is not much else to the hotel, the pool area OK but unremarkable. The location is so beautiful I felt the hotel does not do much with furnishings near the pool or the bar to make the most of it. Big issue with breakfast, I noticed they offered breakfast in bed so I booked at reception but the lady at reception did not really seem to know what to do after speaking to people in the back room she asked me what I wanted, I asked what do you have maybe a menu? I would offered croissant and pancakes, which I agreed and coffee. The next morning it turned up; it has two cups of coffee, 1 croissant and a single pancake, so very small. I was charged a whopping €30 euros for this and €10 room service charge. That was more than some of the dinners I had in Puglia this holiday. I was not best pleased. We also struggled to find where the beach towels are offered, we were told near the shop but never found it after two days. We did find the laundry room and ended taking drying towels from the washing line. Why not have them at the pool area so they can be collected and returned when you go there or pass by to go to the beach?

The view is worth the trip.

The property, the view and the staff were amazing.

The rooms that are pictured on the site are not what you are placed in when you arrive. The site shows updated or renovated rooms/bathrooms that is not the kind of room I was given. The towels are very thin, no blanket in the room or on the bed, you do have to pay separately for beach access/chairs and additional tax when you check out. We were not given any information about breakfast, making dinner reservations upon arrival. That being said the staff is very accommodating and will help get you any items you need to make your stay comfortable.

Do I regret coming to this place? No. Will I go again? No.

The sea view, restaurant, pool, and territory are amazing. The staff was helpful and very friendly.

The elevator to the beach, tv, internal telephone line, and safe did not work. The Internet in the room was very weak. A little bit too many for a 4 stars hotel. Very uncomfortable chairs on the balcony.

the room and personal is super! the beach is a dream and we liked the party and concert by the pool the days we were there!

the bedroom had no commando for the ac. nights were very hot. slept in the living room with ac.

great scenery and location but nothing else. I would never go back there or recommend it to anyone

Great location and beautiful place

We had no water to shower in our room. Restaurant food was blunt not seasoned and overpriced , waiters liked to talk more than listen and had an attitude. We asked for an itemised billing of our dinner but never got one. i noticed that most of the guests coming up from the reception were looking at the final bill and wondering what did they buy to have incurred that bill. Looks like staff wasn’t properly vetted as there was a paedophile that was taking pictures of our teenage girls when they were sunbathing.

Depressing and over regulated. You don't feel at home at all.

Relative huge terrace for the apartment and nice beach with sea cliffs.

When we arrived two guys two people welcomed us. We've just seen that the previous car passengers had to unpack everything from the car. The two guy asked our name and removed the name from the paper, just after they allowed to start unpack from the car. We had to leave our luggages front of the body guard building without any supervision. We had to move the car to the parking place, which was about 800m-1 km distance from the gate. We felt like we were going to prison. The road to the parking lot was a car wide, but two way. The forest side was lined with barbed wire. After that we mentioned our bad feelings about that, the staff just smiled. They thought there is no any problem the method like this.
