Wells is worth visiting, good location as a base, from where to drive to all the nature reserves.

Location

The apartment is very small. The water in the shower doesn’t drain. It was cold and it took some time warming up. We had to turn on the hot water and few other switches on on arrival. It didn’t feel welcoming. The same for leaving, plus dealing with towels and sheets.

Amazing location, quick friendly staff eould highly recommend

The location was honestly the best . Everything within a stone throw away. Would recommend the wells deli for food and magpie for amazing bakery . Walk to main beach so easy and other staple places to visit within 10 mins drive

We had a lovely stay here and would recommend the apartment and area to stay in Norfolk

The apartment is lovely, and was equipped with everything you needed. It's in a good location close to the harbour and amenities. The walk to Holkham hall is nice with cafes on the way, and you walk back along wells beach. Also its in a good location to travel to nearby towns and other surrounding beaches. Avril was very kind and said if we needed anything just to contact her.

We were happy with everything.

Reasonably appointed accommodation. Bedroom and bathroom a bit on the small side. However this did not detract from a comfortable stay. Ideally situated within the town

Had a great week in an ideally located apartment, with weather that could not have been better.

The location was excellent, ideal for access to the beach, coastal walks and shops. Everything that was required was provided in the apartment.

The apartment will be better when the builders have finished in the adjoining property. We were told of this, but it's not exactly enjoyable being woken by drilling and hammering at 8am! Also the slow drainage from the kitchen sink and the shower head problems need resolving. If all of the above are sorted, the apartment is excellent, and I would certainly re-book in the future.

Self catering apartment in central Wells - lovely seaside town

Great location in town centre by the harbour. Immaculate small first floor apartment in modern building. Self catering with all you need. Short walk to Wells beach which joins Holkham beach. Allocated parking. Wells is a beautiful, busy seaside town. Really enjoyed the 1 night stay.

All good. Check out at 9.30 a bit early.

A very comfortable stay in a clean, well-equipped apartment which is located close to all amenities and only a few steps

Good location, close to harbour and restaurants but in a quiet street so no disturbance at night. Comfortable bed. Very clean. Everything that we needed for our short stay, including a filter coffee machine and a dishwasher.

We have a big SUV so it was a little tricky getting into the car parking space when it was dark, otherwise everything was fine.

Location is superb. Excellent pubs in close proximity serving good food. Excellent base for walking

It was a bit cold the first night but to be fair was probably due to windows being kept open to reduce risk of COVID on transfer between occupants

Wonderful week in Wells

Location, with private parking was great. It was a quiet area although only a stones throw from eateries, pubs and shops. The flat was clean and tidy and very functional for two people.

Shower cubicle was small but for a week it is adequate.

Very well appointed apartment in centre of Wells with on-site parking. Can highly recommend.

Excellent location. The apartment is well furnished and very clean and has the advantage of an allocated parking space - so important in Wells. Avril (our host) is extremely helpful.

Had to de-scale the kettle - but other than that - no problems.

Excellent location and superb cleanliness

The apartment is in an excellent location just a two minute walk from the harbour in Wells, with its own parking space opposite. The apartment is spotlessly clean and contains everything needed for a very comfortable stay. It is smartly decorated in a bright and airy manner. The owner has left plenty of information for visitors regarding places to visit and eat. Wells is a lovely place to stay and also a good base from which to explore other places along the coast. We would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Great location, easy check in and out.

Lacked washing machine and ironing board . Only one towel each which was not really large enough. Could be better with blackout curtains in bedroom.
