Excellent location, easy walk to town and station., but away from the road so no noisy traffic. We enjoyed using the hotel pool and the breakfast was good too. Serviced room, very clean and a very comfortable bed.
Very thin walls. We were lucky that only 1 other room was occupied so it wasn’t a huge problem but you could hear voices, footsteps and doors banging.

We loved our stay

Lovely room with the use of all the facilities in Conca Park next door. Close to Sorrento town.
Massive issue with everyone putting towels on sun beds at 8:30 am and leaving the pool area

Great location - just 100 steps from main square and close to lots of great restaurants. Breakfast is served on a beautiful terrace. It is simple but lovely. Ask for her homemade apricot jam. Owner is very houseproud so don’t be surprised to find your stuff neatly tidied away. She very kindly booked taxied and gave us advice. Very helpful. Air conditioning was super btw. Important during the hot summer days.

great, clean rooms. small but still comfy. very minimal street noise, just the odd siren. nice bathroom, looked brand new. good air con. suprisingly comfy beds ( i would say mid for firmness ) for a euro hotel.
best value for money ive witnessed for quite some time.
excellent breakfast
coffee machine at breakfast was rubbish
hotel bar cocktails could be a bit better for the price

room just wasn’t the cleanest on arrival

The furniture in the property is dated, it felt like going back 50 years. The room is small no, the balcony looks out onto a road.
The star rating for this property is misleading. The star rating is for hotel with which the accommodation is affiliated.

The location was great. Just a couple of minutes away from the restaurants and shops. the breakfast was also excellent lots of options to choose from.
the staff could have been better. When we arrived at the hotel there were no towels in the bathroom after two calls to the reception and 20 min waiting we got the towels.

Was close to everything and you get to use all the facilities from the conca park hotel
walls are paper thin and can hear everything , can hear people talking in the rooms down hall from us

Being able to use the facilities at the Hotel Concha Park which was well maintained and of a high standard.
We had a couple problems with our room. Which should have been checked before we arrived. Also a couple of incidents with the housekeeping/security.

Breakfast is set perfectly for Covid precautions. The food though are somewhat basic .

Breakfast was average at best. Very limited choices and not very fresh. Staff at breakfast was friendly.
We got the smallest room in the floor (we could see the floor plans). Our view was of the emergency staircase, and we had a massive motor going all night which made our bed vibrate, and made a loud noise right next to our window. Also, there is no such thing as Via Capo rooms. It seems like a subsidiary of Conca Park hotel. Which could make you think that anyone booking on Via Capo gets the worst rooms in the hotel. Also I had messaged the property about parking. The assured me they would reserve me a parking spot for my stay, which as 20 euros a day (Not cheap!), but when I arrived, a rather rude person told me it was full and I had to find public parking, not at the property. Overall, for a hotel with the potential to offer a fantastic stay, it consistently fell short.
The only nice detail was that on our first night, our minibar was not working and an assistant found us a new fridge at around 10 30pm. Very nice of him.
Other than that, a consistently disappointing stay.

We got upgraded to a sea view room in the Conca Park Hotel. It was amazing!! Breakfast was great too, all the rolls were very fresh and the choices were extensive. If you love croissants, these are delicious. You can have plain ones, chocolate ones, custard ones or apricot ones (they are different each day).
The only negative was that the coffee served at breakfast tasted awful, but there are plenty of cafes in town selling excellent coffee!
