About this apartment rental

The apartment is brand new and it was all renovated and elegantly furnished, is very bright and welcomes you with a spacious living room and common area where you can spend some time together or a quick meal. E 'it equipped with free WiFi access, heating, air conditioning, flat screen TV in all rooms with satellite dish. A double sofa bed in the living room will allow you to accommodate two people, for a total of 10 beds. There are 4 bedrooms St Peter and St Paul with a King Size bed, St. Luke with a queen size bed, St. John with two twin beds and two bathrooms wide, bright and comfortable with a shower and shower and bidet. A large kitchen fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, washing machine, iron and ironing board and many little details to make your stay unforgettable

Great location close to many restaurants and short walk to Vatican. Groceries steps away. Sabrina arranged great rides from airport and to port for us. Also arranged a wonderful night time ride around the town.

Sabrina was an excellent host!! The Apartment is in a great location. Very short walk to the Vatican City and easy to get to the main areas in the center of Rome. Sabrina was very responsive. She helped us get a transfer ride from the airport and to our cruise ship. Sabrina, thank you for making our stay in Rome so wonderful!!

We loved our stay in Rome. Sabrina was very helpful when we arrived. The apartment was perfect for our family of 7. We did lots and lots of walking. Loved it’s close proximity to St Peters Square. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Very grateful for the A/C in all of the bedrooms and living room. Highly recommend.

Sabrina is a very attentive host, which we really appreciated. The location of this apartment is what makes it worth the price we paid. Easy walk to Vatican City. Cafes and restaurants within walking distance (can't say enough about Ginny---excellent food and atmosphere), 5-10 minute walk to even more gelaterias and pizzerias. I can't say enough about how ideal the location is. It's difficult to call this apartment lux. I don't think of luxury when I see IKEA furnishings. The first floor noise from the city was difficult, but expected. We tolerated it with ear plugs and noise apps. The kitchen really needs a good update and cleaning. A few of the cabinets were smelly. The rooms were good, the beds were very comfortable. The apartment is spacious. Overall, this apartment is set in an ideal location which made our stay great. Sabrina is an excellent host.

Fantastic place - close to Vatican, in walking distance to most sites in Rome, great neighborhood, tons of restaurants in neighborhood, large place - perfect for a large group. The host, Sabrina, was top notch. Super helpful with quick responses. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Sabrina met us and showed us the apartment. Being over Christmas it was lovely to see a decorated tree in the living room and a Panetone cake on the dining table for us.The apartment was large with plenty of room for our family. Beds were comfortable, with plenty of closet space. Living room large with comfy sofas and TV for our family to gather in. Kitchen was clean with plenty of pots and dishes for cooking a Christmas eve meal and breakfast. A supermarket was a block up the street. Close to Vatican, safe neighborhood with plenty resturants in area. Being on 1st floor you could hear some street noise but only if windows were open. Would highly recomend!

Beautiful flat close to sites in Rome! Four bedrooms, fully equipped! Great restaurants very close by and easy walking distance to Sistine Chapel and Colosseum. Our hostess was very gracious and helpful! First floor flat so expect street noise, but very comfortable!

There were 5 adults and we had enough room. The kitchen looks a little old and can use some updating. The floors in the rest of the house were wood and looked very nice. We arrived early and we were able to leave our luggage at the house after 10:30am while the clraned the place for us.

We were 8 people and were very pleased with the apartment. The living room is large so we could all sit there in the evening. The location is excellent and Sabrina was very helpful when we arrived and arranging taxi for us to go to the airport.

The property is much, much more than advertised. We met Sara, who works with Sabrina, when we checked in - a bit earlier. They were ready for us. Sara was amazing and very accommodating to our family. The location is a short walk or taxi ride to everything in Roma. We’ll book Sabrina’s property when we return.

Whole family in Rome to celebrate a milestone birthday - all 6 of us were very comfortable in the apartment. Large rooms, clean, comfortable beds, great showers. Location is great - 5min to the Vatican in Vatican museum. Closest to restaurants, grocery store, shopping and metro. Sabrina was very helpful and quick to respond to any requests. Great place to stay!!!

This is a lovely property in an excellent location. Plenty of room for our group. Just a minor suggestion for some towel hooks/bars in the larger bathroom. We had a hiccup with the air conditioning during our stay and the property owner brought in portable air conditioning units and worked throughout our stay to fix the problem. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at the property again.

This apartment was ideally located for our family to visit the Vatican! We were able to visit and go back to the apartment for breaks. We found the area to convenient to just about everything a tourist would need or want. We even walked to the Colosseum, but we stopped for lunch and visited several sites along the way. The apartment had plenty of room for our family of seven, and we appreciated the space. Pleases keep in mind that Italian A/C is not as robust as in the US. We felt that we were cool enough but thankful the weather was mild while we were there. As others have said, it can be loud at night. That’s didn’t bother us too much because we enjoyed the convenience of everything. Sabrina was a great host and communicated well. We appreciate the airport transfer she arranged for our last day.

The location of the apartment was perfect for moving around Rome. Everyone in our family had plenty of space. The air conditioning was not as cold as we would have liked, but this is our only critique. Amenities were close by as well as excellent restaurants in this seemingly residential district. Sabrine was very attentive and responsive. She was easy to communicate with and most helpful and kind.

We came to Rome for 2 days on our way to Puglia. The stay in Sabrina’s apartment was wonderful. She greeted us just as our transport that she arranged arrived and was able to let us in to the apartment to store our luggage. She also stored our luggage on the day we were leaving before going to our train. Location is quick walk to the basilica and Vatican. Very walkable to other key sites too. Overall wonderful stay!

I was amazed by this place! It looks much cuter in person than the pictures portray. The beds were very comfortable and it had a quaint feel. There was a nice kitchen and plenty of room. The living room is large too! I would definitely book here again!

This apartment was large enough for our family of 6- all adults. It had a nice living room area, washer/dryer and a great location. Just a 10 minute walk to the Vatican, a wonderful coffee shop around the corner- Ginny’s and close to many restaurants and bars. Our host, Sabrina was amazing and very attentive . I would highly recommend this property if staying in Rome.

Loved this property very near Vatican City. Great restaurants-easy Metro access. Stayed here with family including 82 year old mom. The apartment was very big and comfortable. We were just a group of 5 but this would even be big enough for 8. The street noise was a little loud but some ear plugs will do the trick. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting Rome. Check-in was easy and the host responded quickly to a few questions we had.

This apartment was perfect for our needs. Very much as described, very spacious and close to The Vatican. Less than a half hour walk to most of the other main attractions. The Colosseum was a bit further, but we still walked it. There is an underground that also gets you there. We found that the bus from Stand 12 at Fiumicino Airport to The Vaticano dropped us off about five minutes walk away from the apartment. I’d definitely recommend a stay at this accommodation. Sabrina, the contact, was very helpful and quick to respond.

This apartment was very comfortable and accommodating for my family and I. Sabrina is very responsive and proactive with reaching out to see if we needed anything during our stay. The location is ideal as we were able to easily walk over to the Vatican, restaurants, markets, other tourist attractions, etc. I highly recommend this listing.

Apartment was spacious for the 6 of us to spread out during our stay. Sabrina was very attentive and easy to reach. All in all the house was equipped for us to spend our downtime and cook meals as needed. The WiFi unfortunately was more or less only function in the one bedroom the router was in or the nearby living, sporadically. Air conditioners were not great but did keep the house from getting hot. The bathrooms do need an update or renovations as one kept having chipped paint falling throughout our stay. Other than these issues, we enjoyed the convenient location of this apartment.

We were a group of 8 (3 adults and 5 'kids' ages 16-24) and took on the whole apartment. Three bedrooms with A/C and one with two single beds with no a/c but a large fan. A large living room with dining table, tv, air conditioning. We were all very comfortable and it was very hot in Rome at the time. Very handy to have laundry (wash and dry), and a functioning kitchen for breakfast and snacks. Two full bathrooms with showers. The location is outstanding, just outside the Vatican walls, close to the Vatican Museum entrance, St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo. Restaurants, shops and amenities close by. An excellent stay in a wonderful city!
