About this villa rental
The villa is located a few minutes from Desenzano del Garda, located in a hilly area overlooking the lake, is in a context of 10 villas where car access is in common but the entrances and parking are dedicated and private. Composed on the ground floor a large living room with an 8-seater table and a large sofa. The kitchen is separate and is equipped with all appliances, furnished with a table of 6/8 seats.
On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, two with a queen bed, and one double, two rooms have a balcony overlooking the private garden and has a beautiful lake view, all rooms are air conditioned and TV.
On the second floor the loft area of 35 sqm with exposed wooden beams houses a double bed and a sofa bed, has access from single rooms, and is equipped with air conditioning and TV.
The villa has exclusive ownership of two gardens, the first located at the back of the house with an exclusive porch with an 8-seater table and barbecue, the porch is completely covered by an electrically controlled sun awning.
The second raised garden, offers a panoramic lake view, houses the heated sea water swimming pool with 8 deck chairs and a shower, with a large fully lit gazebo furnished with table and chairs.
The villa has two garages and additional parking spaces.
For guests there are two comfortable bicycles for those who want to reach the supermarket.

Our stay at Villa Garden was a dream vacation for my husband, sister and adult children. Massimo and Elisa are the most thoughtful hosts-all our needs were anticipated and they are delightful to chat with. The lake and castle views from the gorgeous pool are awesome. The kitchen is incredibly well stocked and the bedrooms and bathrooms all comfortable and private. There is plenty of room for everyone to find their favorite lounging spot. Lonato was a great base as the Desenzano train station is a few kilometers away and has regular, easy connections to Venice, Verona, Milan, Florence etc. The best part was after a long day or touring we had our own private oasis to come home to and relax while planning the next day's adventures.We highly recommend this beautiful property. First time in Italy and instantly fell in love with it and it’s wonderful people. Host and house were everything we hoped for and could not have been more helpful. Fabulous base to come back to after a day sight seeing with a dip in the pool and relax in the beautiful gardens with a glass of Prosecco and the Circada evening chorus. Just perfect.

We were a family of 6, 2 adults and four older teenagers. This property was fantastic. Comfortable beds, great pool and garden, spotlessly clean. Very well equipped. Massimo looked after us really well, personally showing us round when we arrived. It’s a great property for teens/older children. The room in the loft has steep stairs from the bedrooms below and the teens loved it. The master bedroom has an en-suite and a balcony. The photos don’t do it justice.
The location is just outside Lonato, a short drive (8 mins) from Desenzano del Garda. Fantastic view from the property down to Lake Garda. We loved the location, just a bit away from all the tourists but close enough to enjoy Lake Garda and all it has to offer.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Urlaub in der Villa Garden. Massimo war sehr charmant, hilfsbereit und bei jeder Frage direkt erreichbar.
Der Garten ist wunderschön angelegt und die Poolanlage natürlich das absolute Highlight des Hauses.
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem abgegrenzten Wohngebiet mit einem tollen Blick auf den Gardasee!

Great place with very nice host
We stayed in the house with 2 families with children between 5 and 8. It was a perfect stay. The house is very well equipped with everything needed. Massimo and his family were always ready to help and made it a great stay. The garden and pool is perfect for kids and there is ample space for them to play. The location is perfectly suited to explore the area while at the same time it is outside the tourist hotspots. We would return anytime!

Schon der Empfang durch die Gastgeberfamilie ist außergewöhnlich freundlich. Das Haus ist sehr weitläufig, das Grundstück oben auf einem Hügel in einem sehr gepflegten Garten. Der private Pool ist perfekt.

Wunderschönes Haus mit perfektem Garten und Pool
Das Haus ist sehr hochwertig eingerichtet und hat alles, was man sich wünschen kann! Vor allem der wunderschöne und sehr gepflegte Garten und der beheizte Pool mit Blick auf den Gardasee waren der Hit! Wir waren 3 Paare und ein Erwachsener und hatten sehr viel Spaß! Der einzige Minuspunkt waren die zwei Durchgangszimmer mit 1,20m Betten .Wenn man nachts von der Galerie ins Bad wollte, musste man durch ein Durchgangszimmer laufen. Da wir uns alle gut kannten, war es kein Problem für uns. Für 5 Personen ist es das ideale Ferienhaus. Massimo war der perfekte Gastgeber und hat uns sehr gut und professionell betreut. Vielen Dank für diese schöne Zeit!

Wir können dieses Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Angefangen beim ersten Kontakt bis zum Aufenthalt war alles bestens, Massimo Collini kümmert sich perfekt um seine Gäste. Im Vorfeld werden Nachfragen schnell beantwortet. Bei Ankunft finden wir neben einem Obstkorb und einem Mineralwasservorrat als Willkommensgeschenk ein Paket mit Rotwein, Olivenöl und Parmesan. Da fühlt man sich willkommen. Die Fotos geben einen richtigen Eindruck vom Haus. Die Poolanlage mit tollem Ausblick ist unschlagbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder. Urlaub und Entspannung pur.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft
Wir waren drei Paare und hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in dem Haus. Es ist luxuriös ausgestattet mit echtem Marmor. Die Einrichtung (Küche etc.) bietet alles was man braucht. Zum Pool geht man einen kleinen Hügel im eigenen Garten hoch, wird dann aber mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Gardasee und auf die nahe Burg belohnt. Massimo ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Er hat undmit einem Obstkorb und einem kleinen Geschenkset aus Wein, Olivenöl und Parmesan begrüßt und das ganze Haus gezeigt. Auch während des Aufenthaltes war er immer über Telefon erreichbar. Insgesamt ist diese Unterkunft sehr zu empfehlen.

Perfect!
We had a fantastic stay at Massimo's wonderful villa. From the initial booking, the communication from Massimo was excellent and this continued during the stay with and questions or advice we needed on visiting Italy. When we arrived at the villa we were amazed at how clean and tidy the place is - Massimo clearly prides himself on quality and everything was perfect! He also provided a fantastic welcome gift of local wines and cheese. The villa itself is an excellent size with masses of storage and well equipped kitchen . It also has the most delightful garden - split across two levels with a fabulous swimming pool on the upper level - together with stunning views of Lake Garda and the local castle. We spent many evenings sitting at night watching the twinkling lights on the lake and listening to the crickets chirping. Thanks again for letting us stay in your fabulous property Massimo - we will be back again one day!

Das sehr schön ausgebaute, super gepflegte Haus war eine richtige Wohlfühloase. Noch ergänzt um den herrlichen Pool erhöht im Garten mit fantastischem Blick auf den Gardasee war ein weiterer grosser Pluspunkt.
Die Lage der Villa Garden in Lonato del Garda ist ebenfalls ideal: sei es für Ausflüge dem Westufer entlang, oder schnell auf die Autobahn, um innert 30 Minuten bei den Vergnügungsparks zu sein. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in unmittelbarer Umgebung.
Die Betreuung durch Massimo war vorbildlich und sehr herzlich - many thanks to you again, Massimo!

Great villa and amazing pool, very well located to lake / shops and villages.
On arrival met by villa owner who welcomed us by meeting us just outside village to guide us to villa really helped, he showed us around villa and how to use all equipment Netflix , coffee maker etc, very nice person and could not do enough to help us, even provided nice welcome box wine cheese etc all good after journey.
Would recommend this to anyone for a 5 ☆ villa really enjoyed.

Gorgeous Villa and Views
This villa is located in a small, quiet residential area and benefits from an excellent view over Lake Garda and the mountains beyond. The raised pool area and immaculate landscaped gardens form a very generous outside space with plenty of room for dining and barbeques. Everything inside is maintained to an extremely high standard and has been equipped with every conceivable mod con. The location is good for exploring as it is only a few minutes’ drive to the lake and the autostrada but far enough away to be free of the tourist traffic. There are several good restaurants in the town with the nearest pizzeria within a 2 minute drive or an easy 10-15 minutes’ walk. There are even two bikes provided which we were able to use for trips to the local shops.
Massimo was extremely welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived to the moment we departed. He was on hand at all times to help with any questions and both he and his family were incredibly kind and generous towards us.
The villa as truly top class but it is the personal touch Massimo provides which really made this holiday stand out. Thanks Massimo and family!

Wenn die Villa schöner als die Fotos ist
Voller Vorfreude starteten wir in unseren Urlaub an den Gardasee! Die Fotos der Villa ließen uns zunächst zweifeln ob es dort tatsächlich so schön ist oder aber die Fotos einfach aus einem guten Winkel fotografiert wurden. Ich kann versprechen, dass man sogar nach einer 15-stündigen Anreise mit PKW-Panne und diversen Staus alles mit einem Schlag vergisst und sprachlos ist.
Die Villa bietet tatsächlich große, gepflegte Zimmer im unteren Wohnbereich mit einer Top ausgestatteten Küche, sowie eine Wohn- und Essbereich!
Wir brauchten vier Schlafzimmer. Der Masterroom und das Zimmer im Dachgeschoss sind groß und durch die vorhandene Klimanalagen immer gut zu kühlen. Die beide kleineren Zimmer stehen den beiden größeren etwas nach, sind aber ebenfalls Top ausgestattet mit Klima und TV!
Ein Keller bietet, neben den beiden oberen Bädern, ein weiteres großes Bad und einen weiteren Raum mit Waschmaschine und Gefrierschrank, Top!
Die Terrasse, der Garten und der Pool rauben erneut den Atem! Eine moderne Poolanlage am Tag und ein großer Grill am Abend laden zu kompletten Tagen in der Villa ein, ohne das Gefühl zu haben man müsste etwas anderes machen. Hinzu kommt, dass man, anders als auf den Fotos zu sehen, eine super Sicht auf den Gardasee hat! Tagsüber aber auch abends entstehen hierbei fantastische Bilder! Um das Paket abzurunden, möchte ich noch hervorheben, dass man vom Pool jeden Abend den Sonnenuntergang in seiner vollen Pracht hinter einer nahegelegenen Burg genießen kann!
Massimo, der Gastgeber, und seine Familie sind super freundlich und zu jeder Zeit erreichbar! Gute Tipps und Hilfe bekommt man immer.

geniessen. Die angebotenen Dienstleistungen (Reinigung, Wäschewechsel usw.)wurden effizient, gemäss Absprache und sehr exakt ausgeführt.
So macht eine Ferienaufenthalt Spass und hat einen entsprechend hohen Mehr- / Erholungswert.

Sur les haureurs du Lac de Garde, nous avons passé des vacances en famille fantastiques. Une villa avec une vue imprenable sur le lac, la piscine et les aménagements extérieurs dignes des plus beaux hôtels... Un intérieur superbement aménagé offrant toutes les commodités pour satisfaire 8 personnes. Et cerise sur le gâteau, la grande sympathie du maître des lieux ' Massimo ´ et de sa fille ´ Elisa' . Lieber Massimo am liebsten würden wir dir 10 Sterne geben. Du hast dich von Anfang an sehr gut um uns gekümmert. Bei jeder Frage konnten wir uns an dich wenden und du hast uns umgehend geantwortet. Dein Haus ist einfach perfekt. Es ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet und total sauber.Du hast wirklich an alles gedacht. Wir hatten Handtücher, Seife, Klopapier, Wasser, Nudeln, Reinigungsmittel, Kaffekapseln uvm. Der Ausblick auf den Gardasee und der Pool waren einfach ein Traum. Wir haben uns wirklich ab dem ersten Moment wohl gefühlt. Vielen vielen Dank für diesen wunderschönen Urlaub. Ganz liebe Grüße auch an Elisa und den Rest deiner Familie.
