Elevators 1&2 (west end of the ocean front building) will have these works done beginning June 1st, 2025 and will take 2-4 weeks to complete.

Please note that use of the Resort Facilities is only available to those who are officially registered as a guest at Villa Renaissance reception desk in accordance with the Villa Renaissance Registration Policy.
The following rules are in place to ensure that everyone at the resort, including owners, resort guests and renters can enjoy our beautiful property. Please be guided accordingly.
• All units at Villa Renaissance are non-smoking, as is the entire property.
• The common corridors and areas outside the units entrance must be kept clear of pool floats, strollers, and any other personal belongings.
• Resort guests and renters are not allowed to have any pets in the units or on the common areas.
• BBQ grills are not allowed on the unit balconies, ground floor terraces or anywhere else in the common areas.
• The playing of music or any activity that creates noise within the unit or on the balcony must be limited to ensure it does not become a nuisance to others. Speakers are not allowed at the pool or beach-pls. use headphones.
• Towels and other items of clothing must not be hung on the balcony railing or elsewhere outside the unit.
• When leaving the beach please use the beach shower to rinse the sand off your feet before returning to the building or pool.
• All used beach towels should be returned to the towel bins so they can be laundered for reuse.
• Common areas are not playgrounds please respect our grass and plantings.
• The pool area is designated as a quiet area, ball games and other activities which can disturb the quiet enjoyment of the area are prohibited.
• Please refrain from running in the pool area or central breezeways to avoid injury.
• Children under 12 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Diving into the pool is prohibited.
• Pool side loungers are on a first come first served basis. Please do not attempt to pre-reserve a lounger for the day as your belongings will be removed at lunch time if the lounger is unoccupied to accommodate other guests.
• Glasses and glass containers (bottles) are not allowed on the poolside or around the pool area.
• The exercise room and the tennis court may only be used for their designated purposes: the enjoyment of owners, their personal guests, resort guests and renters. Please observe posted age restrictions.

We’ve been staying at VR for years and you really can’t beat the location. It’s close to everything and the beach and resort is gorgeous. This particular unit was a penthouse, it was really nice but needs a serious remodel. It has a very dated look. The WiFi is spotty at best and does not reach the beach or the pool, there were several times where the the TV at night (Netflix etc) stopped working due to the WiFi. The elevator broke 3 times while we were there as well. After spending the day on the beach, the last thing I wanted to do was walk up 4 flights of steps.
However, the view from the balcony makes up for the condo’s shortcomings. It is by far the best view of all the VR rooms we’ve stayed in. All in all, it’s a great place to stay, just not a luxurious condo.

My husband and I stayed with our friends, another couple, and this condo was the perfect fit! The condo was spacious, had all the amenities we needed, and the beachfront patio was fantastic for morning coffee and evening drinks before dinner. We loved that the property had everything of a small resort but felt much more private and peaceful. The staff at Villa Renaissance were all kind and helpful when needed and we appreciated the daily housekeeping which is not typical of most rental/condo stays. The location was also perfect. We did not rent a car and could walk to anything and everything we needed - restaurants, the grocery store, shopping, spa, etc. The only negatives we noticed were some small signs of age/wear and tear. A few places where tile needed to be replaced (in the unit and in the pool), some dated furniture (beds). That said, it did not bother us or have an affect on our enjoyment and stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

We loved everything about our stay at Villa Renaissance. From the moment we arrived everyone was so friendly and nice. The view was amazing, the condo beautiful and comfortable, the surrounding property is beautiful, the pool is wonderful, and you can walk to everything. We really want to come back.

Beautiful space, in a really lovely and less crowded part of Grace Bay Beach. The property manager was very considerate and responsive, and check in was easy (and they got us in early).

Morning coffee from the balcony was the best way I can imagine to start the day.
Loved the beach chairs on the beach which was not crowded so again had unobstructed views all day.
The unit was very spacious and the three of us felt like we were living in luxury in this penthouse condo.

Stayed here for a week in July. Was absolutely wonderful! Excellent location to shops, restaurants, and the beach is amazing. Second time staying here. Definitely recommended. Room was immaculate and has all amenities needed. Deck is amazing with the best sunset views.

First and foremost, this is a Great location with fantastic views of Grace Bay.
The Villa is somewhat dated and could use some updates. More importantly, the beds, while comfortable, are quite noisy. There is a metal frame under the beds and they were quite noisy any time we moved, which also made it harder to get a good night sleep. Additionally, the living room is lit up in the middle of the night from lights from the roof. There were no window treatments to block this light, which made the sleeper sofa difficult to use.
If you’re a heavy sleeper and light / noise is not an issue for you, the Villa may not be an issue for you. It was for us. These are easy fixes though and it still has what we came for - some of the best views and location on Grace Bay.

We had a fantastic stay. The view from the kitchen/family/dining area never gets old. The property had everything we needed. We enjoyed the pool, beach chairs, towels, and food service there. The location is so convenient. We did not have a car but walked to restaurants and stores.
As another person mentioned, the unit is a bit more dated than I anticipated. However, it was clean and functional. If I were being picky, I would suggest updating the outdoor furniture to make it more comfortable while enjoying the gorgeous surroundings.

Penthouse 402 was perfect for our first trip to Turks and Caicos. We were two couples do each wanted our own room with king size bed and bathroom. It’s hard to find that in a two bedroom condo. This has that and both bedrooms were great. The balcony looks directly over Grace Bay beach and it was so beautiful having coffee or drinks outside daily. Not having been to Grace Bay before we really had no sense of if would be a good location. But it was perfect. We walked everywhere or rode bikes provided. Literally grocery store and restaurants all close. We only took taxi once to Da Conch Shack, which I highly recommend on Wednesday! The property was so well managed by Sandeep and basically run kinda like a hotel. But very small only 32 units so no racing down to fight for chairs etc. They have a little bar/restaurant and bring you food and drinks on beach etc. We would definitely stay here again! My only complaint was internet and cell service was basically never working in bedrooms but it worked out in other areas fine. It maybe just needed an adjustment.

We've stayed at Villa Renaissance several times previously and always enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed our stay this time except for a number of lights and appliances (at least six) in our unit that weren't working or malfunctioned, which created some frustration and incovenience for us. The unit's manager, Drexwell, was very responsive to our requests for service. He got an electrician several times to fix non functional and malfunctioning lights. Unfortunately, all the electrical problems couldn't fixed during our stay. Drexwell also quickly got a refrigeration technician to fix the water/ice dispenser on the relatively new refrigerator, which had never been fully hooked up. He also had a technician from the telephone company come out to fix a non functioning TV/cable set up. One issue we never raised was the shower control in the second bedroom that was plumbed backwards, i.e., when you rotated the control the water started hot and went to cold on further rotation. So, despite our frustrations, we were very appreciative on Drexwell's efforts. Other than the repair issues, we were generally pleased with our unit. It does show some signs of wear and tear, however.
Overall, Villa Renaissance is a great place to stay. It's kept quite clean, and the staff is very friendly, professional and accommodating. The location on the beach in Grace Bay is great for walking to dining and shopping.

It was absolutely beautiful, just like the pictures. Beach is stunning and Villa Renaissance is a great spot to enjoy the best of Grace Bay. Lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and nightlife within steps of the property. And it sits atop a lovely stretch of the beach.
The staff and service were top notch, everyone took great care of us. The front desk staff, bartenders, beach staff and Sandeep the manager- all went above and beyond to make our trip special. Daily housekeeping was a treat. They will help with everything, including stocking your unit with groceries before you arrive.
The unit was beautiful, the view was a highlight. It was special to wake up to the gorgeous turquoise waters. Sunsets were also breathtaking from the terrace.
One issue with the top floor unit is that the terrace (balcony) is not shaded so gets hot in the day. And at night it's right under the bright security spotlight on the roof so it's a little too bright to sit out on the terrace and enjoy a nightcap. Units on the lower floors were covered and had ceiling fans. It wasn't really an issue, we were able to enjoy the evening island breezes at the beach. The beach was so pretty it was hard to leave.
We had a fabulous vacation and can't wait to return.

Spectacular View
From the moment we checked in we were drawn to the very spacious balcony with the most spectacular view of grace bay! Villa 402 was very comfortable and the daily housekeeping was great. The entire staff at the Villa Renaissance were very friendly and accommodating.
We will definitely come back!

Some of the best restaurants were less than a 20 minute walk. My husband and friends even walked back from the golf course after playing a couple of days. Also the beach was awesome. They take up the sea weed everyday and overall there was the least amount of seaweed in them ocean and on this part of the beach compared to almost anywhere else on Grace Bay. Also it was nice having a a beach/pool guy help with the chairs and umbrella. He and the concierges were super nice.
Two reasons I wouldn’t give this a 5. The toilets flushed horribly. We had to hold the handles down along time for like half a flush. It wasn’t an island issue, other places flushed just fine. The food delivery service did just an ok job I have food deliveries at many vacation spots and at home and for 75 not sure if it was worth it.
Overall though a fabulous experience and would highly recommend.

Incredible view
Beautiful view. House keeping wonderful. Under cabinet lights didn’t work fully so kitchen was dark at night. One fan in living area didn’t work. But small things compared to view and pool.
