The farm house was located immediately after the highway exits and it was easy to find. We arrived quite late in the evening but was easy to check in. The hosts were very lovely and genuinely super helpful. Breakfast and coffee were delicious and they were vegetarian friendly. Highly recommend blueberry pancakes and definitely get a baked apple on a side if you have a chance(available seasonally)! It is near the quaint town of New London less than 5 mins drive from the house that has couple of great bakery, few places to eat, cute cafes and souvenir shops. We'd over to stay again if we have a chance.
It's always unavoidable in b&b but I wish there were less single use plastic. From butter on the table to soap wrapper and shampoo bottles.

The best blueberry pancakes I have ever had. The owner and her son are wonderful and very accommodating. Our room was very nice with a comfy bed

It was historic, family owned, charming-fit right in to the charm of New London which we have visited before and love! We loved meeting new people from all over and sharing breakfast with them. The breakfasts were like none other!!! A 10plus! Being served family style was just like being home with family. And Will and fiancé Haley were the perfect host and hostess. Never to busy to chat and tell the history or whatever. And the location was great-10 mins from Lake Sunapee and New London. We would highly recommend it!

nice location about 7 minutes from the township of New London, charming old farmhouse converted to BnB with some really nice historic touches in the design and furnishings. Owners personally look after you with a warm welcome and conversation and they make a great breakfast and are super helpful if you have any questions about the local area. Will stay there again as I'll be visiting my son at Colby-Sawyer College.

The breakfast was wonderful. The rooms were clean. I liked all the pictures showing some of the history of the B & B. There is an area beyond the fence that could be used for outdoor lounging as the owners continue to make it their own. Do you have plans for a library room? It looked like maybe that is the plan.

I stayed in a twin room with my child for a ski event at Sunapee. The Inn was conveniently located. We LOVED the breakfast and the wood / gas stoves to dry our gear!

Breakfasts were incredible! The blueberry pancakes were Heavenly with real maple syrup. Very large portions that kept us full most of the day! The biscuits with homemade strawberry jam were also a crowd pleaser. And the bacon!! Mmm!

Breakfast was delicious. My room and bath were clean. The room i was assigned was very small, hard to maneuver my luggage around the queen size bed. However, overall my stay was very good.

Location is good. The owners are very nice.
The location is convenient right by the highway, but there is a lot of traffic noise in the morning. The windows in my room faced the street. They are old and don't block the traffic noise.

Very cute Inn and the proprietors were very friendly and accommodating. Due to the nature of our stay, we did not partake in any of the breakfast options. They looked fantastic though-great menu with meals prepared just as you select them and very big selection. Beautiful historical building.
Not a big fan of bugs, there were quite a few on the floor, really freaked my child out. This is probably normal though for this time of year in that area.

REal genuine farm house experience with superb cooked to order breakfast
Stairs to third floor were very narrow-fine for us but not for walking impaired.

Excellent location off've Newport Rd and old Rte 11. Stayed 2 nights on a New England road trip. Gracious and professional hosts, really took special care of our breakfast needs and very helpful with respect to dining tips in town, directions and even provided a beach pass to enable us to avail of a free and memorable kayaking trip on little Sunapee Lake. The room was small, up steep stairs but cozy and comfortable with good wifi signals and adequate air conditioning. Bathrooms were small and shared as would be expected in a B & B but clean and well stocked. The common areas were comfortable and tastefully appointed with enough seating and dining room for at least 10-15 guests simultaneously. Parking was on-site and open. They even had a wonderful dog that got on famously with us. The breakfast is fabulous and the blueberry pancakes with bacon and coffee are a must try! I truly felt like we had more than our money's worth and would love to visit again.
The window AC was awkwardly placed in our room blowing right onto one of the beds. Trash could've been cleared from the room more regularly, considering we were staying a couple of nights.
