LV Premier Chiado CH9, a new 3 bedroom apartment with 2 full bathrooms, is very modern. It is fully equipped, and features a balcony overlooking popular rua do Carmo. You will find double glazing balcony doors, with a second set of windows will enable you to enjoy the city center and filter noise away. There is a fully equipped kitchen, and you will find superior quality linen and towels. Apartment equipped with AC, heating and shower enclosure bathroom. Elevator building. Hotel quality toiletries/ amenities. With an unrivaled location, easy access to all amenities, restaurants, attractions, theaters and shops, CH9 is a sought after LV Premier apartment.
There is a small kitchen with adjacent dinning area, and a seating area completed with large TV and large glass doors to the balcony. Bathrooms with a shower enclosure. Additional WC. We provide soft bath towels, toiletries for your first day and of course hair dryer as a standard. Free WIFI

The CH building was designed by Portuguese architect Siza Vieira, who has been recognized with many awards. It features a traditional facade, and a modernistic back wall facing the Jardins do Carmo. The apartment features AC and heating.

Please note: Property is fully cleaned and sanitized before check in. Check in between 22H and 08H- 60 euro supplement. Stays exceeding 9 nights include weekly cleaning. We are located in a pedestrian street, and the nearest car drop off point is about 50 meters away. You can find public parking garages within a 5 min walk.

We were a family of 7--grandparents, parents, and three children, and the LV apartment was perfect--three bedrooms, three baths, and washer and dryer in addition to standard kitchen. Very comfortable, with four AC units and five balconies overlooking Rua do Carmo, a pedestrian street. The apartment was extremely well supplied, and the staff very helpful--their office is next to the apartment. Short walks to restaurants, gelato, two major squares, Metro and buses. Chiado is hilly, as is all of Lisbon, with many staircases and steep roads to add to the charm. Cabs and Ubers close by at the corner. Strongly recommend!

excellent check in/out. clean efficient apartment in great location bit of street noise during the day due to amplified performers but quiet during the night. tremendous gelato 2 doors down. would definitely stay there again

The best feature of this VRBO is location. Once you’ve checked in, the staff is very friendly and forthcoming. The online checkin process was a bit burdensome. Finally, the pictures online are a bit misleading. The spaces are smaller and a bit more tired than the pictures suggest. Nonetheless we enjoyed our stay.

From the moment we booked this apartment on line - we knew our stay would be wonderful! Management communicated with us every step of the way and we absolutely loved the apartment and location. Beds and linens - super comfortable and kitchen fully equipped should you wish to stay home and dine in. We chose to eat out as so many amazing restaurants within walking distance. Lots of attractions as well, just a short walk away. From cathedrals, museums - you name it! There is also a fantastic gelato shop a few doors down from the apartment which we visited most nights after dinner. Just delicious!!!! A big thank you to Tiago, Jose, Pedro and team at LV Premier for making our first trip to Lisbon so wonderful. Your kind professionalism is much appreciated. This is a first class rental with a great location. The host were very helpful and everything we needed was right there. The location was walking distance to restaurants, stores, museums and night life. We had an excellent time and had no issues throughout the trip. We had six people and everyone had enough room for luggage and storage. Recommend this location for anyone with a group.

Chiado property was a great location for our visit to Lisbon, with an amazing location in the center of town. The apartment was as described, with three good sized bedrooms and well stocked kitchen, including a washer and dryer. Access to the apartment was easy using the codes and there is an elevator. The air conditioning worked well. The apartment is on a pedestrian only street, so your taxi will need to drop you about .5 blocks from the door. That was not an issue for us, but wanted future tenants to be aware.

We stayed 9 nights in this apartment and had a wonderful experience in Lisbon and surrounding areas on day trips. This apartment is easily accessible and on a pedestrian only street. There were cabs and Ubers very close by and lots of them. The rooms are small (as advertised) and there is not alot of closet space. We had two couples there and used the 3rd bedroom as storage. It was nice having the small kitchen for coffee, breakfast each day as well as a comfortable living room and alot of channels on cable TV (watched the US Open late). The property manager has an office literally right next door so it is easy to communicate if any problems. We did have a noise incident one night where a contractor came in below our unit and jackhammered from 10:30Pm- Midnight. They finally stopped at midnight and it appeared to be a one off situation by Foot Locker below. We would definitley come back!

This apartment is a wonderful place to stay in the heart of Lisbon. The walkability to everything is perfect, be it restaurants, shopping or the beautiful sights of Lisbon. The apartment maintains old world charm while offering all of the modern conveniences. Check in was seamless, and Premier was helpful and friendly providing information and arranging early morning transportation to the airport. A great experience!

Originally we booked hotel but ended up we all wanna experienced a real European life. We love the European style balcony and you can’t beat the location coz it’s the center of everywhere! grocery convenient store restaurants and shopping stores are all downstairs

This apartment ended up being the perfect choice for our visit to Lisbon. The location can't be beat. It is on a pedestrian street that is very busy during the day and very quiet after bedtime. It is in the middle of everything - we were able to walk everywhere in the old city. The beds were very comfortable and having a washer and dryer was a big plus. Unlike many rentals, this building has staff on site most days (I think every day, but maybe not Sunday) who were very helpful when we had questions about the city or needed something in the apartment. I was alone during some of our stay and felt very safe and secure. The apartment is well appointed, and the high ceilings and big windows makes it spacious and bright. I would definitely stay at an LV Premier property my next visit to Lisbon.

Super location for shopping, restaurants, and nightlife. Apartment was very quiet when the windows are shut in spite of the pedestrianised street in front of the apartment. Apartment has lots of space and all the appliances that you could need including a washer and dryer. Would stay here again.

This was the first time in Lisbon with my family and this location was really great. The apartment was was extremely well equipped and the property managers were extremely helpful. It is located on a main shopping street so everything one needs is super easily accessed, yet the double paned windows kept the noise level very low. We would definitely stay again! One note for families with luggage: your taxi cannot drop you off right at the door, so there is a small walk down the hill to the apartment, but it is was quite manageable.

Overall great. Apartment is well stocked and slept 8 comfortably with 2 on roll away cots. Everything we needed including basic kitchen essentials (little things like cooking oil, sugar, S&P are so often missing from rentals). Great central location for exploring Lisbon, just a short (hilly) walk to the metro, lots of restaurants and shopping within minutes. Hosts were very helpful and responsive.

Lovely apartment in the heart of the shopping district. Despite noisy street sleep was peaceful due to double doors plus shutters to close. Management company was communicative. Good beds for sleeping. Great air conditioning. As an american the showers could be better but livable. So walkable to sites and public transit. Don’t miss the glove shop down the street!
