About this villa rental
Villa Sarah is an over 400 year old stone built Croatian villa, located in an elevated position in a quiet area of the old Lopud close to the Monastery and The Rectors palace. It offers panoramic views over the sea and the mountains behind and has a lovely village like atmosphere. Its about 2 to 3 minutes walk from the sea front so is sufficiently far away from the noise of the harbour and the tourist.
There are 6 bedrooms located over 3 floors, two on the ground floor, two on the first floor and two on the top floor. There is one living area/ loung on the top floor and one on the first floor and both also have a fully equipped kitchen area. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped summer kitchen with lounge and dining area so guests can use the villa as it suits them.There is a dual aspect, shaded patio on the top floor and the pool terrace on the ground floor is equipped with sun loungers, barbecue area and outside eating area under a shaded pergola.
Of the two bedrooms on the ground floor one is a studio which would be ideally suited for elderly parents who would like to be self sufficient.
One of the two sandy beaches is only 3 minutes down from the villa near the harbour and the shops and restaurants.

This sympathetically renovated, fully air conditioned villa is ideally suited for 12 to 14 people. It is ideal for a small group spa break, a walking holiday, a painting or photography holiday, an activity holiday, a short break or perhaps for 2 to 3 families who wish to holiday together.
The villa can be enjoyed from April to October, each season offering something new.
The orange blossom flowers fragrant the air offering a lovely ambiance for doing yoga and palliates outside on the terrace in April and May and the trees full or oranges and lemons in September and October are lovely for painting and photography. The sea is warm for swimming from end of May till middle of October and the heated pool at villa can be enjoyed all year around.
The walled garden offers a private area for sunbathing, swimming, yoga, painting, cooking or just simply sittling around chilling and chatting.
The heated pool has a hydrotherapy massage and spa jets for your spa treatment after a brisk walk or a yoga session.
Enjoy a sauna and a power shower afterwards and then relax over a glass of wine while watching the sun set over Sipan island opposite.
