nevertheless..we had fun ❤️

the beach is amazing. crystal clear water. fine white sand. and the view is mesmerizing. the staff are nice.

my kids didn't like our assigned room kasi wala syang window. need pa namin lumabas sa terrace para makita ang view. wala ding ilaw sa tapat ng door namin kaya madilim hindi namin naenjoy ang balcony. minor lang naman. ang importante pa rin we had fun.

Fantastic location, great stay!

Everything, this is not luxury accommodation but was the most beautiful setting with an exceptional staff team who appeared eager to help with any circumstance. The room was clean, comfy with A/C, private bathroom with hot shower, toilet seat provided on request, and an exceptional private covered veranda where we spent many a happy hour including eating our freshly prepared breakfast every morning. Menu was varied and the food good. I had a fall in the street & Marcella (manager) & her team went above & beyond to ensure I received prompt treatment & care. We extended our stay & were sad to leave!

Nothing! Anything we didn't like was promptly remedied eg wanting a toilet seat, bringing mosquito spray etc etc

It was comfortable enough for a transient stay

I liked how it was in front of the beach and that there was warm water available!

The staff weren't more strict in keeping the quiet for the other visitors

the food servings were more than what we were expecting. the staff were kind enough to keep our excess food to be reheated and reserved the next mealtime. the food are great tasting.

we were not able to plunge in the waters as the waves were so big!

Fantastic view

Close to the beach and the view is awesome. It’s breathtaking. We definitely come back again when we visit Philippines. The staff are so kind and helpful. I enjoy staying there.

The toilet stop and it’s very tiny. AC is too noisy and lot of mosquitoes.

breakfast is good, but I hope you can add more choices, like pancake or some breakfast meal for kids.

the wash room has some clog and bad smell, it could be nice to check it, for better service.The pool need to maintain the cleanliness so they can use for swimming too.

It’s good but has lots of potential to be great!

great location right in front of a beautiful white sandy beach. The rooms were clean and great food.

the public facilities needs to be improved. Public shower was dirty and water pressure was very bad, you can’t have a decent shower. The pool was very dirty. This should be maintained as it’s a great selling point for the property.

Needs to work on Customer Service

The staff who welcomed us. The big space of the room and the woodwork chairs and tables to design the room. The location was okay.

Aircon is faulty in room 2, it would cool up then at some point we will be sweaty that went on overnight over and over again. Breakfast is so so. The gay staff was not accommodating. Didnt even say sorry to my husband when he mentioned about the AC and we were not able to sleep properly There were a lot more rooms with newer aircon, why would they put us in a room with faulty aircon. The hot shower cannot be controlled. It was hot hot hot! No way between hot and cold for a warm bath.

Perfect spot at/on Saud beach. Relatively quiet, at least more than one can expect in the Philippines. Very friendly and helpful staff!!!! Maricel helping to book tickets, getting me rides to Pagudpud, buying new phone etc... Salamat Po! 🤗

Keeping in mind the price we paid. Not bad nor great. There is a great room for improvement.

The seaside wasn’t really conducive for swimming. It is too rocky but the view and its waves are stunning. Their pool is too small. Our rooms wasn’t that clean, no hot and cold shower for the other rooms (we had 2 group rooms). They provide 24H hot and cold drinks which is in the common area. The staff are quite nice and accommodating but the place especially the rooms we had needs major cleaning and renovation—too old and rusty. Towels can be replaced upon request. The food is just right for its price and quality—not pricey nor cheap. They need more people in food service because we had to wait an hour for our breakfast and dinner but kudos to the lady who did all the serving and everything else, she is quite efficient but she needs help—sorry forgot her name.

staff was accommodating enough after I ranted about our predicament with no electricity, food and facilities available for use. they gave us a reasonable price for our stay and made sure that they provide us what we needed to make it a more pleasant stay than what would be an otherwise very bad experience.

it could have been better if they were able to give us a heads up on what to expect before going there
