Fantastic hotel! Can only recommend!!

The absolutely best thing was the amazing staff! Great compliment,all the staff were super warm,friendly with a smile on and happy to help with anything. Thank you so much for the hospitality! The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated and the rooms are very clean and comfy. Luxurious feeling! The outdoor pool area is also beautiful although we only spent a brief time there because the beaches are fantastic. There is a nice beach with a bar that belongs to the hotel as well and a free shuttle service.

Those are really only minor things but also as a recommendation, with a hotel in this price range it would have been very nice to have complimentary water and also the cappuccino and fresh juice for breakfast included. Also when we went to the paraiso beach club belonging to the hotel, the minimum spent for sun beds (100 Euro for the front row which is quite high) is only for consumption directly on the sunbed not sitting at the bar/restaurant behind. This was only explained to us after we ordered lunch at the restaurant which made it feel a bit like a rip off. We complained and the staff (again amazing staff) luckily were so kind to make an exception. But I would strongly advise to either change this policy or make this very clear to guests upon arrival.

Good value for money with high customer service level

Modern clean and location but most importantly the Staff ! The level of service and willingness to please from booking to arrival was exceptional. Eleni, Gilorgios and Ava were just a few of the names to get a special mention, but all team members were welcoming and courteous.

Gym - no air conditioning , smelt damp, equipment was not good - daughter had a run to do and the running machine was basic . This was mentioned to Ava at the pool bar and she suggested I feedback .

Unforgettable - best hotel we’ve ever been to

Amazing service, beyond comparison anywhere we’ve ever travelled to. Thanks to all the amazing staff, they made a great experience unforgettable: super flexible and helpful with any request. Late checkout was encouraged and they helped in any way they could. It really felt like being hosted by family members, however offering privacy and never ever crossing any boundaries.

Peaceful location. Great staff. Would stay again.

Easy to get to. Just take a water taxi from skiathos port and you will be there in 15 mins. Haggle on price becuase there is wide variation on what they charge to cross. Big ferrys are cheapest but you may arrive outside of running hours so you need a private water taxi. We paid €30 euros each to cross. The hotel is in the port of glossa. The hotel will pick you up but it is literally 5 minute walk. Staff very welcoming and proud of the island. Its a lovely place and we hired a car to skirt around the coast going different beaches. All are different too in terms of the vibe. Breakfast is nice. Sitting out overlooking the port was so relaxing and pleasant. We had a really nice stay and would reccomend.

The place is beautiful. The room is small but very nice and clean, the pool was perfect, the staff were great and very welcoming. Glossa is not in a walking distance but pretty close by car, there is a supermarket very close by the hotel and also a lovely small beach. The hotel gladly provides towels to take with you as you leave for a day out. We have gluten allergy- they did their best but the options were limited.

The Natura Hotel is a real hidden gem, located in Loutraki it is only 5km from the famous Mamma Mia church, the hotel sits just a few yards away from the sea. This hotel is very special, it is ultra modern and has a fresh clean feel, no expense has been spared, the attention to detail is very obvious in all parts of the hotel. For a hotel like this to become a “we must return” you need the ingredient of great staff, the Natura has this, the team were friendly professional and made our stay so enjoyable. We would personally like to thank Eleni, she is so good at her job on reception and a huge credit to the hotel. All the staff member’s we encountered had been trained well and worked as a team. We already have the Natura down as our place to stay when we are next visiting the island of Skopelos.

Loved this place and can highly recommend it! ♥️

I’m amazed how great this stay was! The staff made us feel like home - nice, personal, helpful. I have never experienced service on this level. We traveled with our 7 month baby and we couldn’t ask for anything else to made it easier. The pool view was outstanding! A family driven hotel with highest standard. Loved this place and can highly recommend others to stay here.

Everything was great! I do recommend to rent a car so you easily can travel around to different beaches on the island.

Amazing choice!!

We booked this hotel for our mini honeymoon!! Best choice ever!! The hotel is 2 mins walk from the Port of Glossa which makes it super accessible and easy to find!! We got a very very friendly welcome and got surprised by a room upgrade which was amazing! The hotel is super nice and clean and the pool area is unbelievable!! The view from the rooms is amazing and the breakfast delicious!! Last but not least, the staff Elena, Kostas and the other guy at the reception (unfortunately missed his name) also the girl in the pool made our stay even better with their big smiles and great suggestions!! Thank you for your hospitality and for making our honeymoon even better 😊😊😊

A very distant hotel to best enjoy the island of skopelos , even if its well managed.

the cleanliness of rooms and the fact the hotel is new

not equipped for gluten free and they could do better as the super market close by was well equipped . The pool in our room was deceiving as in pictures was big and sunny , whilst in reality it was unusable as it was freezing , and tiny ( my bath at home is larger). The room's toilet was actually inside the bedroom and was not very well appreciated

Very disappointing. It was overpriced and underwhelming

The hotel was well built apart from the fact that the pool was so hard to get to for a disabled person.

I didnt like our room. It was dark and cold and the promised pool was too cold to swim in and did not make up for the lack of view. Also it was only cleaned once in the week we stayed and had leaves on the surface. We had 3 people staying. It was billed as a triple room but the third bed was a pullout bed that was uncomfortable. Although the shower looked great, it meant water all over the floor towards the door. I will not recommend this hotel.

A 5-star disaster!

The stuff at restaurant and swimming pool was great!

The stuff at reception delayed our 'check in' explaining that they are following "Their rules - after 3:00PM", nevertheless the official terms mentioned in our booking shows check in after 2:00 PM and several other guests meanwhile had been welcomed in. After our complaint the lady from the reception explained that they had an other guests delayed with their 'check out', but we didn't see anyone leaving the hotel during our long stay in front of the hotel with a small child under the sun.

The breakfast was delicious. The staff were super friendly and helpful and I must call out Nikolas in particular who was always smiling and very friendly. The staff were super attentive and made us feel very welcome. They were super helpful in arranging transfers or day trips for us. The rim flow pool with ocean view was also a highlight.

There is nothing we didn't like! One thing to consider is that the hotel is in the north and access to beaches and Skopelos town is only by infrequent taxis and buses. I would suggest renting a car or scooter as we did which gives one flexibility to get around this beautiful island. This was easy enough to arrange!

The place is in a cozy and peaceful area of Glossa port. The stuff was very friendly continuously carrying that nothing is missing us for a great experience. The terrace in front of the hotel by the see is amazing, as well. The perfect place for a late glass of high quality red wine before going to sleep in the very confortable bed and start dreaming the next day's beautiful beaches of Skopelos.

Velika prevara. Hotel se nalazi u luci na 30m od trajekta, katastrofa a to nigde u opisu hotela nije naznačeno. Hotel je u rangu lošijih hotela od 3* , doručak kao u hotelu sa 2* , soba jako mala, na toaletu ne postoje vrata, cijene su previsoke, sadržaj hotela jako loš, mali bazen sa 10 ležaljki. Jako ne profesionalni, i velika preporuka svima da zaobiđu ovaj hotel i ovu prevaru. Big scam. The hotel is located in the port, 30m from the ferry, a disaster and this is not indicated anywhere in the description of the hotel. The hotel is in the category of worse 3* hotels, breakfast is like in a 2* hotel, the room is very small, there is no door on the toilet, the prices are too high, the hotel facilities are very bad, small pool with 10 sunbeds. Very unprofessional, and a strong recommendation for everyone to avoid this hotel and this scam.
