Comfortabel verblijf

Heel confortabel bed en privacy in de cabana. Ze maken het elke dag schoon. De locatie is ook goed, rustig en op loop afstand van waar alles te doen is.

De voorzieningen zijn minimaal.

Watch out for the hidden fee!

Had the essentials

Hidden fees! Don't believe the price shown and read the extra fees as there is a large service fee on top of the usual taxes and cleaning fee. This is partially booking.coms fault for not adding all costs into the shown price.

Beautiful time for us

Davide and his wife were very kind and accommodating. We also liked Roxy. ☺️

We didn’t have a water source the day before we left so the owners provided gallons of water for us to use to wash up and brush our teeth. I’m happy this didn’t happen earlier in our stay. everyone was flexible though.

Pleasant stay

Comfortable bed, good air conditioning, having a kettle and fridge in the room, clean, staff are kind and helpful. It looks like an effort was made to build around some larger trees and new plants added so the garden area is nice.

I’d like to see more sustainable practices on the property. For example, I don’t need my towel changed everyday. I would have liked access to a water refill station available at all times.

Cold AC, clean and quiet room. Relaxing porch area to relax

This hotel was amazing. Just a beat off the busy path. We get hot when we sleep, this was the first time the air conditioning was so cold we had to turn it down. The area was quiet, the rooms were clean. We have a new favorite place to stay whenever we go to Caye Caulker (which we plan to do annually)

excellent property with all the 1 percenters covered

This place was an absolute gem, located in the quiet part of town. The managers were friendly and helpful, the room was spotless. AC worked really well, practical room layout with a lovely balcony and key to acess the property so felt very safe. Fresh towels daily and a clean every other day, hot shower, and filtered drinking water provided every morning. This is our favourite accomodation of our whole trip so far!

the property was amazing, very nice place and the staff were really nice and helpful, she let us leave our bags in the office after the check out so we could take a late water taxi to Belize city and enjoy an extra day of sun. She also suggested us some places where to eat and do day trips that were amazing

Great experience

Very calm and quiet place, 10 minutes from the split and centeral caye caulker so you don't get a lot of the noise from the parties.

I noticed several ants around inside the room.

Best cabanas on the island!

The housing is located on the quiet street of Caye Caulker, but at the same time everything is 3-10 minutes away as the island itself is small. if you want to rest well (Caye Caulker is kinda a party island) - choose Dream Cabanas! We had the best time here! the room has AC, coffee/tea, and all the necessary things to have your own breakfast on the terrace! They offer bike rentals for 2,5 USD which we used almost every day as it allows you to also travel to the North island to see the crocodiles. Grocery store is like 1 min away and tons of cafes and restaurants nearby. The property looks really dreamy in the evening with the lights and the host was very helpful during all stay! Room was cleaned every day and we even got some great tips for exploring the very south of the Island where is a beautiful white sand beach which is more popular for locals!

Clean, comfortable modern rooms, had a really good sleep!

I enjoyed my stay here I booked another night!Friendly helpful manager, super clean and very comfortable, the room is really nice with wooden floors, modern decor, big comfy bed with good pillows, hot shower and has fan and air con. nice little veranda to hang stuff out or sit, and lovely lights on at night round the trees. good wifi signal. It’s only 8ish mins walk to the water taxi dock, and lots of restaurants, shops close by. Definitely recommend.

Real Dream Cabana

we only stayed there one night but would habe stayed longer (but already had another hotel booked) as we really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable! All clean, nice veranda and fresh water, some tee and coffee as well as a kettle and a bowl to make some basic breakfast or so. Flexible and easy check-in and -out, walking distance to everything and quiet at night, would definitely recommend staying here :)

Location en owners are perfect, really sweet and helpfull people.

Dream cabanas is small, and that is perfect, but there is some sound around sometimes. That can be bothersome.

it was clean and staff was nice.

the alley behind us was noisy and felt like there was no privacy in the bathroom. for the neighborhood, there were always 2 men standing in the road suspiciously..

Comfort in Caye Caulker

Lovey cabanas decorated in a modern style. Access to fridge and free drinking water was great. Shower was lovely and hot. Wifi was good. Nice to have an area to sit out and dry clothes.

There is construction going on atm which is a little noisy at various times of the day.

The rooms are clean and well furnished. The shower is good and hot, it was a great base for us on the island.
