Very warm staff, nice bungalows, nice view (if you can have it - we had two foggy days but we imagined the view 😁)
The rooms are very beautiful and the bed is comfy. The outdoor area is lovingly designed ☺️
We would come here again at any time 🫶🏽

Bellissima posizione con bella vista sulle risaie. Casette indipendenti con una architettura tipica del posto
Colazione poco varia e personale che parlava pochissimo inglese

View and location
Surprising that this hotel has such good reviews. Extremely dirty rooms. Cleaning was not done before and during the stay. Hornets nest on the terrace, cockroaches in the bedroom. The common areas are also very dirty. The most expensive hotel of my stay and the much less qualitative. The view is exceptional but other nearby lodges also benefit from it. Avoid therefore

- The view from this property is absolutely stunning!
- They have adorable puppies who win you over!
- They are very accommodating of all requests
- Far from the city centre. And need to spend about 7$ one way to get there
- If you're a vegetarian (as I am) then options for meals are limited.
- The beds are not very comfortable.

a bit far from the city, however staff was helpful with the transportation

The staff was really kind and helpful
The room/hotel is not like the pictures, the restaurant was very cold, the room wasn’t clean, the door cannot close properly, the bedsheets were dirty.

Location was amazing. Stunning views and very nice lodge. Staff was very friendly.
Room was quite cold but it is winter. No washing facilties and an expensive taxi to the city. Food was a little overpriced.

The view from the bungalow and it’s cozy.
The manager sent me the message for Sapa Panorama Hotel is one of their partner hotel and we can go and shower if we arrived early morning with night bus from Hanoi. However the lady (Ms Trang) from Sapa Panorama Hotel was extremely rude to us and that was the only bad experience for the whole trip.

Quiet place with a great view! Also, there are 2 adorable dogs. They are so cute and welcomed us everyday that we came back from outside:).
The place took 10 mins drive from SAPA city, but it’s not the problem at all. This place worth for your stay!

Nice room with great view.
The room was very cold. They didn't bring us fresh towels or clean-tidy the room. It is 4,5 kilometers away from Sapa Center, 50 minutes walking uphill, so we needed to use taxi all the time.

the bed was abit hard and there is no tv in the room. no fridge to store any drinks that we bought from the mart

2 very cute dogs to welcome you. Stayed here for 3 nights over Christmas. The rooms were spacious, heater worked good and kept the room warm over night. The wifi was incredible, the shower had hot water and the views were beautiful. About a 10 minute drive to town so you either need to rent a scooter or taxi in and out of town.
Liked everything. Would stay again:)

incredible view, such an amazing cabin and space, it’s like a dream. amazing value for money. the breakfast is lovely, the local pho and fried rice was so nice, but could have more breakfast type options though! staff were so polite and kind! I loved the resort dogs!
Was cold even with the heating setting on, however, it was pouring down with rain which of course effected this. The bed is also rock hard. Restaurant was shut at 9:30, which I think is incredibly early considering there’s nothing around unless you get a taxi into town. They also don’t let the dogs stay inside during the night :( I get why but the dogs make it an even friendlier place, they should be the resort dogs!

It's a little hideaway from the main city with amazing views and very friendly staff. The rooms are very basic but the bed is very comfortable. It's a quiet place so don't expect nightlife, although the town is only 10 mins by taxi. The road leading to the property is a little rough but our 16 seater managed it, but there was much room for oncoming traffic. Some of the best views of the rice terraces, something you wouldn't get from the main town.
Our room had a slightly obstructed view because of the trees, but that's me being very fussy.

more isolated location but it had its pros and cons
a little too quiet at times
4.0 / 10.0
the views were amazing but probably the only good thing about this place
the bed was rock solid and the room had a very strong smell of damp. the rooms hadn’t been cleaned properly (spider webs in the shower window, dust floor terms, mouldy cup saucer. they only provide two towels , no hand towels or bath mat and they were 100 years old. the food at the restaurant was pretty bad as well and there is nothing around so no alternative. the ride to town is 200k when you can actually ask the taxi to put the meter on and it’s 85k. I’m sure you could find something much better for the money you pay here.

the most beautiful view to wake up to, very peaceful
the bathroom had quite a few cobwebs, and the bathroom sink kept on leaking and the bathroom couldn’t close properly.

Beautiful location, excellent view
Just a bit far from center so it would be a problem if you travel around by taxi (can be expensive). Better to rent motorcycle.

Very beautiful scenery!! We went in July so it is green everywhere!! We took the family suit thus the facing is excellent. Do walk down the rice paddy for pictures. Wake up early to take pictures within the plc cos 9-10am sun is really hash! Although it is rather isolated, the scenery far more compensate for it. Do CHK with owner on the scenery you are going to get based on the different seasons.
If u are adventurous enough, you can try walking down to Cat cat village (1hr) We took 2 hrs or so cos the scenery were so beautiful that we keep stopping for photos.
You can also do the hike starting from the accommodation down to Lao Cai, Y Linh Ho and Ta Van. We engaged a guide starting from 8.45am and end abt 4pm. Excellent English spoken language.
Didn't do fansipan cos it is always cloudy up there. Do check with counter personal on the weather condition up on top before buying your tickets. Can be sunny at the bottom and rainy at the mountain peak.
Location - it is away from Sapa town so your planning has to be efficient to avoid coming back again. Taxi out is abt 150k into town. You can spend a lot on taxi unless you rent a motorbike.
Meal - no eatery around the place so you have to eat at the lodge if didn't settle meal while you are in town. Food at lodge is reasonable, not fantastic. Def cheaper and more delicious in town.
