Friendly owners, comfy bed, great breakfast and great value for money.

The family who run the hostal were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was excellent. Bed very comfy and great value for money. We loved our stay in Paracas and went on a boat tour, cycled to the national reserve and had a nice morning run along a lovely path along the coast. We would recommend this hostal as a place to stay in Paracas.

One thing is if you have a room at the front the neighbour’s dog is very noisy barking at night/early morning (but this is not the hostal’s fault!)

Une nuit mais pas plus!

On a eu un endroit pour dormir à Paracas! Ils ont gardé nos bagages pendant notre activité.

Il n’y avait qu’un petit ventilateur dans la chambre et il n’envoyait pas d’air! Et il fait chaud là Bas! La télévision ne fonctionnait pas, les murs étaient poussiéreux. L’accueil était froid mise à part une employée très gentille. En général, ça manquait d’amour!

Buen desayuno

Muy caluroso, no tenía ventilador ni aire acondicionado. El personal no fue amable, no se comunicaron bien. La ubicación no es muy buena. La habitación tenía un balcón con una puerta de cristal que no podía abrirse sin que se viera todo desde afuera.

Comfortable and a good value

Very clean and well maintained. It seems like a nice family business and a quiet place off the main street. The room had a fan and a big shower. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet overnight.

The room was missing a shower curtain which isn’t a big deal in a big bathroom. On a quiet back street, the road is not paved but your little luggage wheels should be able to make the journey from the main road.

Excelente relación precio beneficio y facilidad para contrartar tours!

Recomiendo contratar las excursiones con ellos también, buen precio y servicio. El hotel muy limpio, bien mantenido y decorado. Cómodo con baño espacioso y muchos lugares donde dejar cosas como mesa de luz, mesa y silla en habitación, placard y estantes en habitación y baño Buen desayuno con frutas tropicales

the place was clean and the staff nice.

We had to drag luggage on a dirt road, we had no hot water and the neighbors played loud music at night.

Great location and lovely staff

The location was great - not too close to the main square that it would be noisy at night but close enough to get there in 5 minutes walking and head back to the Hostal if you forgot something. Breakfast was simple but nice - some bread with butter and jam, delicious orange juice and your choice of coffee, tea or chamomile. The shower was lovely and the beds were comfortable. All the staff we talked to were so nice.

I wasn't aware of the tax that would be added on at the time of payment. It wasn't too much anyway but I just would have liked to know about it. There wasn't a wardrobe or space for clothes. That was fine for us as we were only staying 2 nights but worth mentioning.

It seems to be a very new building and as such the rooms feel very nice and clean. the location is one block off the Main Street however we liked this as the main area feels very touristy.

the breakfast is very basic (bread and jam) and the staff were not the friendliest.

Not the best

Ok room and some accommodating staff.

The breakfast was sub-par and as we were heading off quite early in the morn, we enquired about the possibility of a breakfast to-go that was rather sadly denied. We struggled to sleep due to a lot of noise from outside. (Not the hotel's fault but should be noted that its area has quite a few barking dogs and there was some really loud music nearby till the early hours, though this but may have been just for this particular night). The staff try their best but keep in mind little English is spoken so if your Spanish is poor (as ours is, sadly) then google translate may have to be your friend.

Good

Clean and cozy room with balcony. Smiling staff. Everything is near: beach, restaurants, small local shop literally next door, bus station. Not on main road position, but still very central.

Poor breakfast: two old small buns with butter and marmalade. Not very quiet area, under the window is streetfood stall operating until midnight and it's customers are quite noisy, as so as dogs around the street. Bed isn't comfortable, old sagging mattress.

Disappointing

Big room, not far from the beach.

Paracas is far too hot for the rooms not to even have fans. The shower was pretty much just cold water drizzling from the wall (you had to stand really close). When we checked in, we were told that breakfast was until 09:30. Next day, when we showed up at 09:30, we were told it was until 08:30. Next day, at 08:00, the reception and dining area were empty. Everything was at the bare minimum. Not really expensive, but for Peru you could expect much more at for this price.

The room was clean and comfortable. Small family run place.

Breakfast is just bread and butter. The shower was pretty weak and either super hot, or cold. The door to the bathroom was broken and almost got stuck inside.

Good value for money, nice and clean.

Very cheap hostel, especially since the breakfast is included. Everything is clean, comfortable beds. Just a few minutes by foot from the main boulevard. The staff is nice.

The shower did not give a lot of water but enough to get clean. Not very strange considering you're in a desert.

Very good

The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, location very close to everything you could need in Paracas. Super clean and neat building/room. Great value for money.

I couldn’t seem to get hot water in the shower. Not sure if that was a temporary issue or if it’s always like that.

A cheap, quick, convenient stay

The room was otherwise very clean and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. A great spot before doing your boat tour, if you're after a quick, cheap fix. A few parking spaces outside perfect for a car or camper.

It's not the hostals fault, but there is a huge amount of noise outside from a local bar or restaurant until very late hours of the morning. The walls are also very thin, so if someone is talking in the corridor, they will hear. Breakfast was like a Bolivian meal - bread with jam, a little plain but did the job. We had a lot of mould in our bathroom.

good location if you’re with Peru hop - meet up/pick up location is just a couple minutes walk away. locals are really friendly!

No place to hang clothes, “breakfast” not a good idea. Better breakfast a couple of blocks away
