Family Reunion Paradise with Casa Blanca and Casa De Oasis Luxury Vacation Rentals!
With the exceptional reception of Casa De Oasis we decided to build Casa Blanca Luxury Vacation Rental. These two spectacular properties sit side by side at the end of a quiet road at the base of Silly Mountain including phenomenal views of the Superstition mountains you cant go wrong for your next family reunion.
Casa De Oasis (Home #1) has had an exceptional welcome into the vacation rental industry. With all 5 star reviews and myself "David" the host, you cant go wrong. I am a Premiere Partner with VRBO. That means I am the best of the best when it comes to hosting. (So they say) I encourage you to read the 100 plus 5 star reviews and the description of Casa De Oasis VRBO# 714052.
Casa Blanca (Home #2 located next door) is an architectural gem. This 2 story 6,900 sq feet modern contemporary masterpiece has been 5 years in the making. Multiple architects, structural and civil engineers collaborated together to make this one of the top homes at the Superstitions. Finding an architect to create a modern design with a southwest flair isn’t easy, so we had to employ a modern architect designer from Sonora Mexico. This Architect is well renown south of the border and has a creative modern design flair for Sonora modern contemporary.
As you walk into the home you cant miss the roaring 25 foot ceiling with wood beams that grid the top of the majestic ceiling. The 4 huge Big Air industrial size ceiling fans really make the space. With just a few steps your inside the sunken grand area that contains the main living room and 2 kitchens. Yes... I said 2 kitchens.
The main kitchen boasts one of the largest concrete islands that you have ever seen. in the middle of the island is large Honey Onyx light box imported from the mountains of Southern Turkey. The built in side by side refrigerator and freezer will sure to be a hit. Of course this kitchen is made for the gourmet chef in mind. Built in Oven and Convection oven microwave are there at your disposal. Make sure you notice the huge farmhouse copper sink (imported from Mexico) for all of your sinking needs. If you look above the pantry door you will notice a 50 inch television so you do not miss the game while you make some popcorn.
When you try to build a kitchen with 25 foot ceilings you can go cheap and try to make a statement with 42 inch upper cabinets. So we decided to have a professional trim carpenter build us 90 inch upper cabinets. This makes an impressive statement for your guests.
As you walk past the main kitchen you will notice the living room that is well appointed with 65 inch Tv. This is a great gathering area for all.
Sharing the same space as the main living room is the second kitchen. This is where the main dining room table is. This kitchen boasts its own dishwasher, fridge, copper sink and teppenaki table. Did he just say TEPPENAKI TABLE? Yes a 60 inch griddle with seating for 8 is ready for your attempt at culinary genius. This is one of the guests favorite features of Casa Blanca.
The main floor has 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms. 3 of the main floor bedrooms have ensuites, (fancy word for their own bathrooms) as you walk up the open staircase its hard not to notice the beautiful iron stair rails build by one of the best blacksmiths in Mexico. As you enter the top of the stairs you cant miss the unbelievable view of the main floor area. Upstairs you will notice a mezzanine television area with a grand patio deck. Open the 12 foot patio doors and you will see 250 degree views of all of the mountains in the area. Superstition Mountain, Dinosaur mountain, Silly Mountain just to name a few. You are now overlooking the grounds of Casa De Oasis and Casa Blanca estates. This 500 sq foot patio is a great place to sip some coffee in the morning under the cantilevered patio roof.
As you pass the mezzanine off to the right is a queen bedroom with its own patio door to the patio deck and its own en-suite. As you continue down the hallway you will notice a coffee nook to the right. That was my idea because I am lazy and don't want to get coffee in the morning down stairs with the commoners. As you walk a few more steps you will notice some double doors and a couple marble niches. Open that door and reveal the master bedroom.
The master bedroom is 1400 sq feet of luxury. This room has the money shot of the Superstitions. With its huge windows and its own 16 foot patio door it is hard to miss. The city lights, dark sky's and the mountain views are absolutely breathtaking under your private 300 square foot deck. As you walk into the master bath it is hard to miss the hammered copper tub with fantastic views of Dinosaur Mountain. The dual headed travertine shower is a beautiful piece for this beautiful bathroom. Continue on to the closet the size of most bedrooms.
We’ve explained a bunch about the inside now lets talk about the outside. As you walk out the back door you will open a 16 foot multi-track door into the Oasis that is Casa Blanca. This backyard has 4 beautiful fire features and 2 putting greens. The pool is a work of art. This pool was designed by the best pool designer in the Southwest. He is a genius when it comes to backyard design. The pool is a 20,000 gallon play pool that is ready for a party. The three top step water features are something out of Vegas. There is so much seating that you wont feel crowded. It boasts a table with a few stools, benches surround the pool with 6 more stools at the end. Do not forget to pair your phone for the outdoor sound system. The pool is salt water and is so large it requires 2 heaters to keep this pool up to temperature in the cool winter nights. This is a true Oasis in the middle of the desert.
As you pass the putting green to the west you will notice a gate opens to Casa De Oasis Luxury Vacation Rental. So as you can enjoy the resort next door.
I encourage you to read about Casa De Oasis Luxury Vacation rental in the VRBO listing #714052.
Casa Blanca has a great in home sound system in all of the bedrooms, patios, pool areas, bathrooms etc. You have 6 different ways to get music. My favorite is to Bluetooth in some Pandora! If you do not know what that means point to the nearest 12 year old they will show you how to pair the speakers.
A neat feature to Casa Blanca is the lighted mirrors in the bathrooms. Turn them on and say ahhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Recap Casa Blanca:

Casa De Oasis boasts 6 bedrooms 4 bathrooms under 5500 square feet. 2 phenomenal water features the size of small pools and its own 50,000 gallon heated swimming pool. 7 fire features, theater and a true Oasis with 100 plus 5 star reviews.
Now lets talk business:
There is a 4 night minimum to rent the Oasis and Casa Blanca. If you buy 6 nights you get the 7th night free. The fire features at both properties are optional. The pool heater is an optional fee of $100 a night per home, the pools are very large and require 2 commercial size heaters, you can opt into heating one pool if you would like. If you would like to opt into the fire features the cost is $350 per house. This is a one time fee for the stay. Like I said the fire features are optional and not required but they are stunning at night. Its great for entertaining. If you decide to just do one home with fire features that is OK. Just pick the home. Oasis would be my choice.

Great location for a family reunion, large rooms for large gathering and multiple spots for small groups.

We had an amazing time! We booked the property for our family reunion. We had 30 people ranging in age from 2-82. We had plenty of room to spread out and we spent hours and hours in the beautiful pools. And the views were spectacular.

We had our retreat here, and it was amazing. It's a very comfortable place, and the owner was terrific to work with. I love that no property manager works with the owner who cares, not some property manager who doesn't. Beautiful sunsets and serene views.

Our large family all cam to enjoy my daughters wedding ! We rented both houses ! The place was amazing and everyone complimented it! Made lots of memories with no complaints

We stayed at both houses with a college baseball team. We had a total of 31 in our party and there was more than enough space. Keep in mind this was 30 college athletes. Hosts were great, more than enough space and it was super clean. Would rent again if we return.

Both houses were fantastic! We were celebrating with family and everyone was saying this was better than they could imagine. David was so great and fast to communicate with. The kitchens had everything we needed to cook for the whole group. I recommend paying to be able to use the fire features, they were spectacular. We heated one of the pools because it was January and didn't think everyone would want to swim in the cooler weather and that was a great choice for us. Overall wonderful experience and David was so quick and helpful with my questions! We hired a Hibachi chef one night to come to the backyard and cook for all of us and that was awesome too! A definite 5 out of 5 experience!

We had a wonderful time at Casa Blanca and Casa de Oasis. Both are amazing properties. They were both very clean and well appointed for our stay. We had 40 ladies from across the country ranging in age from 19 to 101 who spent the weekend with us.
David was very responsive throughout our planning process, which was helpful as we were preparing for someone 101 years young, along with others with physical limitations. I especially appreciated the detailed documents David provided with house rules, the welcome kit and the check-out instructions. We knew all the expectations.
If you are considering either of these two properties, my recommendation is to book early. We made our reservation a year in advance, and the weekend we selected was the only one available for that month.
The only thing that happened during our stay was that we lost wifi the last day; but those things happen.
Thank you, David, for being a great owner.

This place was absolutely the best for our gathering of friends and families for our daughter’s wedding! The houses were comfortable with more than we could ever ask! The outside amenities were amazing and the entire property was beautiful! Thank you so much for allowing us to have such a fabulous place to create lasting memories!!

Our wedding party and close friends stayed at these two properties for the week surrounding our wedding.
We had a blast! The houses slept 28 people very comfortably and each couple had their own room + bathroom. Both pools and houses were clean, and overall the property is in superb condition. The hibachi grill is a great touch, we cooked breakfast on it each morning and had to rock, paper, scissors, to decide who would be the chef. We enjoyed the hiking trails nearby and had a yoga class on the outdoor patio.
David was awesome leading up to our stay as well as during. He answered any questions we had quickly and offered to come over and replace a few light bulbs that had gone out.
My only critique would be there is not a ton of shaded space outside. We're from Canada so the Arizona sun is a lot for us. There was only one functional umbrella for the table by the pool at Casa Blanca and everyone was trying to get a piece of the shade. A shaded gazebo over a section of the pool or over the BBQ area would make the backyard a 10/10.

This was a great location and option for our wedding at the Views at Superstition and with many of our friends and family coming from out of town. Only thing would be that the additional costs add up tremendously, especially the propane. But it was a good experience overall.

We had a great time at the properties for our wedding weekend. We were able to comfortably fit both families and wedding party in the houses. We hosted our rehearsal dinner and cooked all weekend at the house. The rules are a bit strict which was intimidating and produced some anxiety but if you are a responsible adult and not looking to have a rager then it’s a great house for wedding weekends.

Stayed here for our wedding and had an amazing time.

My family and I rented the property for our wedding weekend for immediate family. We rented both homes and were excited to stay. We've rented homes all across the world, million dollar properties lining beaches or in European cities - now with that in mind, I had some expectations for spending 10,000 for 4 days but was realistic given it was in Apache junction arizona.
This home has more rules and more fees than any of the expansive properties we've rented across the globe. For the price point of 10k - the pool and fireplace amenities were NOT included. We were quoted 1500 to heat? That's absurd. Not to mention the 20 page book of rules. the house lacked basic household items like plates and forks for a home listed to sleep 50 it couldn't serve 8! We had to wash mid meal to give everyone utensils.
Listen it was a beautiful home and massively large, I don't think it was worth the expense though. Crazy rules, over paying for being in a random (and I mean Random) part of town - just felt a bit nickel and dime for 10,000.
Great for family gathering or wedding. We enjoyed our time just not what we expected for how expensive.
Owner was very kind and communicative and house was nice, some of the towels were not clean but overall it was a nice stay.

We rented both homes the week of our wedding! We had friends and family from out of town who all stayed here and everyone loved it! It was actually the second time some of the family stayed at Casa De Oasis. The homes are gorgeous! I personally stayed at Casa Blanca and just wow!!! Communication with the host was great! We communicated through VRBO mostly but also had his number! After we checked out we realized we had left something behind in the backyard messaged him and were able to go there right away to get it! I would definitely stay here again!

Things are quite dated across both of the properties. We stayed here for a company retreat (we're a fully remote company), and for various reasons internet was something we really needed. We didn't have it at either property. The router set up was horrendous.
We had so many things happened here:
- lights not working in rooms,
- parts of fans falling off in the middle of the night,
- toilet flooded,
- the water went out in both properties with no warning for several hours
- no internet the entire stay
- very poor dishwasher (had to do alot hand washing the whole trip)
- the "basement" bedroom in Casa Oasis should not even be offered. It's a sad, dungeon room with no windows and a strange human sized fish tank. I felt bad one of our employees had to sleep there
The hosts were nice enough and tried to address things, but it took some internet sleuthing to find a cell contact, and we happened to figure out they were at a nearby property doing some renovations so we could walk over there to get more immediate contact. If we hadn't tracked them down they would not have been very responsive.
Overall, I would not stay here again, or use this property for future company retreats. The outdoor spaces were lovely and we enjoyed the pool and the fire pits. The welcome packet was also, honestly, rude and inappropriate. The way it was written made me think hospitality is not the best business for these hosts. They were very self focused and making sure their experience as hosts were optimized versus the other way around.

These properties are over the top amazing! Everything is gorgeous - inside and out. It was the perfect place for our family and bridal party for the days before and after the wedding. 10/10!

Beautiful, spacious homes - great place for a family reunion of all ages!!
Case de Oasis was cozy and entertaining, especially for the kids; and Casa Blanca was perfect for large group dining, especially with the Teppan kitchen! Best of all, the beautiful bedrooms with private baths and backyard pools were big hits. My family loved our weekend desert experience!

Wedding in Apache Junction
This property was absolutely amazing. It was big enough to house our family comfortably. The views were awesome. The outdoor spaces were fabulous. The property was convenient to a number of outdoor activities and the wedding venue itself. If you need a large space for family and friends I highly recommend the Casa De Oasis. David was a very attentive and avaiy host.

Amazing for Groups!
My husband and I got married at the Paseo and housed our entire out of state family here! It was such a great way for both sides of the family to spend time together and enjoy the beautiful AZ weather at these incredible homes. David was great with communication and the homes really are a sight to be seen. Don't hesitate, JUST BOOK IT!

Great place for our out of town wedding guests
This property is amazing! Absolutely stunning location and amenities. There are quite a few rules to be mindful of, which caused some anxiety but they were very realistic rules and easy to abide by. We had our wedding at The Paseo and booked both houses for our wedding party and family and thoroughly enjoyed hosting them at these houses.

WOW
We stayed at both Casa Blanca and Casa De Oasis...and WOW. We were here for my grandma's 90th birthday and these properties were perfect for us to relax, stay close, and enjoy each other's company. Both places are beautiful and have perks. Casa Blanca's spacious living/entertaining space as well as the Tappan grill- we used it to make a pancake breakfast! Casa De Oasis' game room and movie room were amazing and the kids loved both areas- so did the adults! Really nothing bad to say, I would 100% stay here again and even make it a destination in itself!

Family Reunion
We rented both houses for a family reunion of 44 adults and children. There was plenty of space for all. The weather was hot so we enjoyed the pools, the kids loved the tv and arcade rooms and our chef was great!!

Celebrating wedding week for our daughter's wedding
We rented both of these VRBO properties for our daughter's wedding group for the whole week. It was ideal for her bridesmaids, groomsmen along with immediate family. We had a total of 34 people between both homes very comfortably with each couple having their own rooms. During the week we hosted many other friends and family social parties taking advantage of all the wonderful amenities with the pools, outdoor kitchens beautiful fire place features in the evening. All of our guests really enjoyed themselves and were amazed of the properties. I strongly recommend these VRBO's! There is already discussion to return for another week in our future .

Covid Christmas
Due to Covid, trip didn’t go as planned. With our smaller group we had a great time. Views were incredible and the house was perfect for those of us who came. Great hiking in the area and the house had toys for kids, outdoor games and lots of entertainment options for all ages.

Amazing!
David was great with accurate and quick responses. He was available for questions-but also provided such clear instructions we had few questions come up. The properties were clean and just as fabulous as they appeared online. We were so comfortable. Everyone enjoyed themselves. I would recommend highly!!

Absolutely beautiful place to stay!
We had both Casa Blanca and Casa de Oasis for a group of 32. We couldn’t have asked for anything better. The properties were exactly what we needed and everything the listing says they are. The host was wonderful and responded quickly to any of our questions. We’d love to go back again in a few years! Highly recommend these properties.

Houses were both amazing
We enjoyed our stay, both houses were great and David was extremely responsive. The kids loved the secret door to the game room.

Perfect property for large groups
We had a great time. It was great to have the 2 properties-everyone got their own room. And in the Casa Blanca, we all had our own bathroom as well. David was a wonderful host and put up w/a lot of questions from me. Answered everything quickly. It's a little thing, but we really appreciated the FAQ package as well as having all the switches labelled. So helpful. We used Casa Blanca as the main meeting place which was perfect w/the open spaces. And the media room and game room were nice for the the 20-30 year olds to get away from the older 2 generations. A lot of outdoor things to do within 30 minutes of the property. ATV-ing, pickleball and golfing. And hiking out the back door. Definitely one of the best properties that we've rented!

A great place to house your wedding guest!
We rented both homes for our daughters wedding and loved our time there. It was great to have a lot of out of town dear friend with us for a long weekend because once the wedding is underway you don’t get to talk to people very long. This may seem strange but it was also great that there was a 10 pm noise ordinance because it allowed for us to tone the party down and get some sleep. I would recommend a couple more towels and down duvets for the cots Instead of blankets. We literally used every bed. If our other daughter gets married soon I would rent it again and hire the caterer David recommends in his house rules book.

Beautiful accommodations, I would definitely rent this again.
Great for large parties. I would have planned to cook more since the house has such a beautiful kitchen.

Fantastic venue for our family wedding/reunion
These two houses combined for an amazing experience for our family...our son's wedding and family reunion. Both families were able to stay together for the wedding and the amenities are amazing in both houses. David and Aaron are great hosts, very responsive.

The pictures do not to these properties justice!
I would first like to thank David and his brother who met us and started out trip off with a few how too's and tips. The houses are nicer than we could have ever imagined and lack of city lights made for some amazing sunsets every evening sitting by the pools or up on the second floor patios. For a group of 16 there more than than enough fridge space for all the drinks and food we needed. Bedrooms were amazing and the sheets!.. (I came home asking the wife to go shopping and figure out what type of bedding they used) I would highly recommend paying for the fire pieces, I was amazed how much they added to the evening sitting outside with a couple bottles of red.
Now to our initial concern, the distance from old town. This is not a concern anymore. We ending up ubering into Scottsdale for dinners and drinks and the 40 minute uber door to door was easily and cheaply done. The extra 20 minutes (compared to most other rentals) it takes to get to old town is 100 percent worth it. We are already talking about coming back this year.
Thanks again David

Fantastic place to stay for large groups!
I rented both homes over new years week for a combined family reunion and 60th wedding anniversary for my parents. Our arrival was greeted with the homes fully up and running with lights/music and new years eve party baskets including champagne and party favors. The houses did not disappoint and were extremely clean, well appointed, and a pleasure to stay in. There are board games, books, pools, cornhole, putting greens, tvs everywhere, and well stocked kitchens. David made a point of being available for any questions about the properties and the only complaint I can come up with was his inability to make the weather warmer while we were there! - it was below freezing some nights so we werent able to take as much advantage of the lovely pools as I would have hoped.
You really are just steps from trails leading onto the mountain side and the views are great.
I heartily recommend either/both houses for your group!

Sooooooooooooooo nice!!!!!!!
Holy Cow, I don't know where to begin. First off David made this really easy. He literally texts you right back within seconds. He must live on his phone. (sinker snicker). He was there to welcome us and show us around. He recommended a grate Teppenaki chef who was excellent! That teppenaki was so nice to cook breakfast and dinner. I'm not sure why all homes don't have these. It was so fun.
The homes were very clean and I have a keen eye for that. So his housekeepers are good.
I would highly recommend these homes to any large family or group. The ease of going back and forth between both homes was a breeze with the side gate.
We had such a great time at the homes we only left one time to the Goldfield ghost town. You feel like you are in a resort so why leave.
Thank you again David for making this a special time for our family.
5 Stars!

Outstanding
Wow! We created so many memories for our end of year family reunion. This by far was the best reunion we have ever had. David made the transaction so easy. you can tell he takes pride in his homes. Casa Blanca is one of the nicest homes I have ever seen. Casa Oasis is fantastic too! I cant believe how economical these homes are. Thanks again, we will be back.

Best Experience Great Stay
My daughter said, "I do" at the Views a few miles away. We had a great time at the homes. They are both very well appointed with comfortable beds. The theater was great. The kids wouldn't get out of the pool. It was nice having 2 pools. The kids pool and the adult beverage only pool. =) There is so much to do at the properties we found we only got out twice. One for the wedding and another at Saguaro lake. I recommend going to the lake on the steamboat tour. Awesome!
David made it so easy and texts you back right away. My only disappointment is that we didn't book the properties for another night or two.
We will sure be back to the casa's!

Phenomenal properties Will be back!
We spent a week at both properties in October. It is really hard to find large properties for our large family. We vacation during fall break every year and usually can only find large homes in Texas or South Carolina. We were so excited to find one that slept over 40 in Phoenix. What a great set up. The homes side by side are conveniently connected with a side gate. The homes are spacious and inviting. Casa Blanca (The white one) is out of this world. What a real show stopper. The game room and theater at the Oasis house kept all of the kids busy along with the big kids. All of the beds are so comfortable. Hiking trails in the backyard. The tepenaki table is a hoot! You can tell that the owners take a lot of care in the homes. It was such a great stay that our family wants to come back next year.
If you have a large family reunion and want to be in the Phoenix area. Stop looking you found it!
