It was ok but could do with some maintenance

Was a great location

The bathroom clearly has a leak and the carpet was really wet. When I notified the host he said he knew about it and will look at it in the morning. So we had to step over the wet carpet all the time. And other parts of the carpet were worn out.

Excellent value for money

The apartment was spacious, in a great location. The bed was really comfortable.

For one of the 2 bedroom apartments booked we only received one key. Really we needed a minimum of 2 per apartment.

A great stay in a great location

A lovely, clean and well presented unit. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. The space was enough for 3 adults. The location suited us well with an IGA, coffee shops and places to eat nearby. There was a tram stop close by, plus lots of Melbourne's cool sights within walking distance.

Although we were on the 6th floor, at times, we could hear outside night street noises.

Excellent location & value for money

I liked the location with a tram stop directly opposite & close proximity to Federation Square. Entrance was under cover & I was initially met by someone to show me the apartment rather than just a key box. Lovely apartment & a good price.

A small thing - couldn’t find a tea towel & didn’t want to bother with the dishwasher.

All around a great experience very well priced & great location

Location was amazing we had a wedding to attend in Flinders Lane so it was perfect for us. Amazing restaurants, cafes all around us. Would definetey book this accommodation again.

Was quite disappointed with our stay

The location was great and easy to get around Melbourne CBD.

The cleanliness could have been better. The showers needed a good clean as there was mould or grime in the tiles on the base of the shower, the showers themselves need fans as there is what looks to be mould up the side of the shower. The carpets need a good clean as there were a lot of stains there. One of the couch cushions at a blood stain on it. I felt like we were being pushed out as I received a message asking what time we were leaving as the property needed to be cleaned for other patrons. I also received a message asking us to let in a technician as the air con wasn't working, however the air con was working but we had to turn it off at the main switch as it was so cold. We declined about the technician as we were not at the apartment at the time. I feel that it was not great value for money and the photos are not really what we got. I felt dirty after I had a shower due to it not being clean

Location is good

The mattress is extremely soft. Not comfortable at all. This is not a hotel, but like an airbnb. No receptionist to assist check in on site. No handy. You have to read carefully for check-in instructions. So I always prefer to stay in a hotel, rather than airbnbs. In addition, there’s beeping noise regularly. Don’t know where it came from.

Would not stay longer than one night

Conviniently located on Flinders street.

Very small, mouldy, dusty, bad smoke smell, couch stains, hair on bed sheets. Shower looked dirty, we showered somewhere else.

The apartment is central, clean, safe, well equipped and comfortable. Management ensured our stay in the apartment was hassle free and comfortable - communication was efficient and easy before and during our stay.

Perfect location and really enjoyed our stay

Location wise, it's so central. We were there for the Australian Open, and the stadiums were a 10 min stroll away. Perfect, we'll be back again!

Excellent central apartment.

Very close to everything with a free tram stop right outside. Excellent service I asked for2 things and they both arrived within an hour of asking.

Very dark apartment needed the lights on all the time. Even the balcony/courtyard was dark. Could do with a hand soap dispenser int he kitchen area. Also a Laptray for single travellers.

Great apartments right in the centre of Melbourne.

Great hosts, excellent location, well-provisioned apartment. Good local amenities (corner store nearby and easy walk into Melbourne centre). Fun decorative touches such as the upside-down trees and the water pools in the atrium. The host was able to amend our booking at short notice and met us to hand over the keys and escort us to the parking - much appreciated!

The car park is a little hard to navigate - I ended up catching the side skirt of the rental car on the exit kerb. The apartment had little natural light as it looked out over the atrium.

Great location , really clean comfortable and spacious .

The flat was extremely dark . The dishwasher kept beeping . No instructions for using it and though a smart tv you couldn’t access any apps or connect it to WiFi . We were only given one set of keys which was not alway practical for us if we separated and wanted to return separately etc . The kitchen needs more equipment a baking tray some basics a chopping board and a more cutlery for example

Great location, tram stop right outside the front. Nice size. Had everything necessary for a comfortable stay

Apartment was in a great location, had nice ammenities and decent size for a couple.

Good location, walking distance from flinders street station. Room was very clean. Nice sized lounge and bathroom. Kitchen had good appliances.

Couldn’t get the aircon to work. Also had trouble with the door lock. We would lock it with the key when leaving and when we would come back it was unlocked.
