Large Comfortable Rooms with nice balcony.

Great location close to the city and with a tram stop just 150m away its just a quick tram ride to Woollies if you need supplies. The kitchen had everything you would need to make a meal and a coffee. We would definitely stay here again.

It was difficult to cool the main bedroom without freezing the main room. It was hot muggy weather though.

Very clean apartment with everything there that we needed. Location was great, easy access to CBD and numerous cafes and shops on Burke Road. Excellent communication with the host, Richard.

Excellent location and facilities.

We were visiting our family who live In Camberwell so the location was in walking distance to them. The apartment was very comfortable and very easy to collect the keys.

No dislikes at all.

Good location, secure, city view, modern lifts, basement parking included, washing machine, dishwasher.

Minimal cooking tools, soft bed.

As we were visiting most of the time, it was a good, clean place to stay for our family visits.

Great security within the Apartment complex. Quick communication with Richard who gave good, reliable instructions at the beginning & end of the stay.

Very noisy Apartment facing Burke Road made sleeping a challenge for my wife who is a light sleeper. The double bed also felt like it was on a slope.

We like it as it’s walking distance to eateries and supermarkets. Convenient for train rides.

Excellent stay in Melbourne

Clean and cozy house. Not very far from city center and got lots of supermarket around. Take good care of guests. Everything is good, we love this apartment.

Dishes and bowls for having meals should be more privided. They are not enough for 5 guests.

Perfect for our get-away.

The apartment was perfect for us (a family of 5), it was clean, comfortable & spacious enough. The location was spot on as well, just far enough from the hustle & bustle of the city, and only a 15minute train ride if we wanted to go into the city.

Everything was wonderful. There was nothing to dislike about our stay.

absolutely value for money in particular if you travel with kids and need to cook.

many things - it was a new apartment in very good condition. the mattresses are quite soft so not ideal for back pain but the apartment is amazing and very well located.

I enjoyed my stay at this apartment. I would recommend it to anyone & would definitely stay again.

The apartment was bright, clean, tidy and cosy. It felt very homely. I liked that the owner met me with the keys and showed me around on arrival. It was even nicer than the photos online, and very reasonably priced. A very secure complex. Close to public transport.

coffee shop not nearby - had to walk a couple of blocks to buy take away coffee (however, there is a coffee machine in the apartment). the beds didn't have top sheets. trams were a bit noisy so I had to keep the balcony door closed most of the time.

Excellent location, close to trains, trams, restaurants and shops. The apartment was clean and well presented. Richard was an excellent host.

Lovely accomodation, clear communication with friendly and gracious owner.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable, well appointed, big windows with natural light. Gated underground parking.

The master bedroom fronts a fairly busy street with a tram; if you require a very quiet bedroom this may not be for you.
