Exceeded our expectations!
First impression of this property is WOW!!! When we first walked in we were amazed at how spacious the home was. It was immaculately clean and everyone within the community was extremely warm and welcoming. The house had plenty in terms of kitchen appliances, the beds were all very comfortable, and the double beds in one of the rooms was the perfect stay for my two boys to sleep in the same room. I LOVED the windows and lighting throughout the house and the decor. The property manager was super helpful when we didn't know how to turn to our favorite channel on the TV and very responsive. We didn't encounter any issues at all. And we definitely hope to stay and visit this exact home again!

This Villa is perfect for a family of up to 6. Villa is quite clean and well- equipped.
We went to Cayman with our adult kids for a family wedding. Property location was close to most venues and helped defray overall costs. One needs to be prepared to to a lot of walking (to beach or food options) . The only other feedback for consideration is regarding taxis: cash only basis, lots and lots of waiting after call and most over- charge (expensive). While this gorgeous property isn’t responsible for this aspect of our trip, my sense is it’s important to note because our overall experience was negatively impacted by these factors.
Altogether, we would return here and recommend.

January 2020 Stay
Very roomy and great that each bedroom had own bathroom.
The kitchen was very stocked with plates, Pots, Etc.
We were a group of 5 and did feel cramped.
Neighbors above were a little noisy but a major issue.
Will definitely stay again in the future.

Great Unit that had everything we needed. Pictures are misleading as we had to walk through a hedge and across a lawn to get to a pool that was 4ft deep. The unit sits toward the back of the property and is a 15-20 minute walk to the beach. It is on a golf course that looks like it has been closed for a few years. We were glad that we rented a car.

December 2019 Stay
A wonderfully decorated, modern, very clean, well equipped large 3 bedroom 3 bath apartment within walking distance to the best parts of Seven Mile Beach. We stayed 10 nights over Christmas and New Year’s and had a great time. Very close to Caymana Bay as well as several very nice restaurants. This is a really great place to relax with all the comfort of a home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great condo
Had a great vacation- it is within walking distance to 7-mile and more helpful- Camana Bay (great restaurants and awesome wine shop). We spent most days snorkeling around the island - so not being 'on' seven mile wasn't a big deal to us. Condo had all the comfortable extras - kitchen was well stocked, plastic ware, paper towels, soap etc. They had beach chairs and a cooler too which was nice. Having a washer/dryer was very helpful. There is a pool a few steps from the door- there was another pool in the complex which was nicer (don't know if we were 'allowed' to go there). Overall, I would stay there again, and I'd recommend to others.

Pretty Villa, but a bit far from the Beach
Overall our stay was pretty good, but we had issues the entire time with the hot water. Listing says it a short (10 minute) walk to the beach, but it look more like 20 - 25 minutes as it took 10 minutes to get out of the complex. Rooms were nice and spacious.

Home away from home
The condo is awesome! We felt like we stayed at a 5 stars resort with all the best amenities !! The owner used all best beddings and we had the best sleep there .. so relaxing. We loved the condo very much ! The only thing I have to say is that we had to cross 2 big roads to get the beach, but my kids said it was fine since the Condo was so nice. Thank you for letting us use your beautiful vacation home !!
