A pleasure!

We were delighted with the whole experience at the Buganvilia Guest House. It is just that, a great guest house and doesn't pretend to compete with a hotel. The staff were kind and helpful and the whole ambience of the place was a delight

Eine Oase - Seele baumeln lassen

Ein tolles Haus mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Liebe ins Detail. Sauber. Toller Pool und Gartenbereich. Der Zugang zum Kühlschrank in der Hauptküche um sich mit einer Getränkeliste an dem Angebot zu bedienen. Die Service Kraft war ausgesprochen freundlich und immer bemüht, den Gästen eine selbstgebackene Abwechslung beim Frühstück anzubieten. Der nette Mann des Houskeepings war auch jeder Zeit für alle Belange ansprechbar. Man fühlte sich wie ein privater Gast in einer Villa. Haben unsere 4 Nächte spontan auf 8 Nächte verlängert. Auch guter Ausgangspunkt zu einigen Sightseeing Spots. Gute Restaurants in der Nähe ,auch tolle Strände .

der sogenannte angebliche Manager bzw. responsible person , der sich sehr rar gemacht hat und für diesen Posten nicht geeignet ist. Wäre aber wichtig für manche hausinternen Entscheidungen wie bezahlen etc., da es keine offizielle Rezeption gibt und die Kompetenz leider nicht an die immer anwesende Houskeeping - oder Service Kraft abgegeben ist. Obwohl diese Personen den kompletten Tagesablauf mit den Gästen managen.

Very relaxing and friendly.

Personal attention, nice layout with pool & breakfast area, lots of books around.

They repeatedly sent me messages outlining that only adults can stay at the guesthouse, etc. One message would have been sufficient :-)

Charming accommodation!

The owners and staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect. Quietly located in the middle of nature, beautiful beaches and activities in the immediate vicinity. A stay in this enchanting place can only be recommended!

The pool

House rules and pet information is only made available after the reservation. No blackout curtains. Breakfast buffet doesn't offer much. Check-in was made by someone that hardly spoke English. Also as a suggestion, having a bell at the entrance would be great so you don't have to walk around looking for someone to check-out.

Beautiful gem outside of Sesimbra. The house is stunning, the inside decorated beautifully, the outside is breathtaking. If you want to stay somewhere where you are welcomed so nicely and want some relaxing time after a day in the city this is it. cannot recommend this place enough.

Absolotely fabulous

The gorgeous lush garden even had a heated pool. Very helpfull staff makes you feel at home instantly. The tranquility of the location, and still within 40 minutes distance of Lisboa, but also amazing beautiful deserted beaches and delightfull restaurants makes this a fabulous location. To be repeated!

Beautiful B&B with incredibly nice host. Each small detail is taken care of, inside and outside the guesthouse. Daniel, thank you for your hospitality! Great suggestion for dinner:) The breakfast was awesome!!!

one of the nicest places i visited. the room and the place is very nice,well furnished, very clean, really a beautiful place, there is a swimming pool , and a place to sit outside together with the other guests. the host and the stuff are amazing, very nice and helpful. very close to some beaches.

Peaceful slice of heaven in Sesimbra

Peaceful and quiet. Host was very welcoming and friendly. We didn’t use the pool as we were there for only one night but the garden, pool area and terrace were amazing.

beautiful place!

The property is beautiful, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is really good, staff is nice. we had a great time, thank you!!!

the only thing that we did not like was the fact that there was an extra charge to stay in the pool after 2 pm at the check-out day. we understand that it may be an additional source of income, but it is unpleasant to be kicked out of the pool (that was completely empty, we were the only people there) because we didn’t pay the additional €15 per pax, which seems petty to charge (for the use of the pool only) to guests who have already paid for a room. we would have with left a better impression if we were charged more for the room, but then allowed to take advantage of the pool longer (subject to availability). Our feeling is that the negative impact of kicking out guests or chasing them to pay this fee is going to be bigger than the revenue that they make out of this policy. It was uncomfortable for us, and the only reason why we would think twice before booking again or recommending to friends this amazing space!

Perfect spot for a quiet, relaxing time.

I loved everything. Quiet, family place. It’s all you need to wind up, far from the city nois close to nature, but still close if you want to go ;) Also, great beaches within a walking distance. Great hosts, they, and this place, provides everything you might need for relaxation. Not my first time here and I’ll be back for sure!
