We enjoyed our stay. There was 6 of us and there was lots of room. Beds were comfortable and everything was very clean. It’s a great location, we could easily walk to all our favourite restaurants and Woolworths is only a 2min walk too (up a hill). The host was easy to deal with and answered our questions fast. Can recommend this house.

We had a big group (filled the house) and loved it! There was enough room for everyone and the house was warm!! the doonas were incredible so even though it was a cold June weekend we were all toasty warm!
The kitchen had everything we needed to make a dinner for 12 and we were so close to town that we could walk in easily to shop, eat (OMG the bakeries) and experience all that Katoomba has to offer!
We would definitely book this property again next time we go up to Katoomba.

The property is in an excellent condition. Our first impression was wowww!!! Shows that it’s the owners pride & joy, well maintained & furnished. The kitchen is well provided with things needed should you want to stay short or longer. It is in an excellent site…close to everything, to the shops, to tourist spots. The piano is a pleasant surprise that made our 2 nights the merrier.
The only thing maybe is the general Daily maintenance…walking around inside on barefoot, the floors feels gritty that it could use a bit of vacuuming. Also under the beds had accumulated dust & bits of paper from the last tenants.
Overall, it was a good experience. We would Love to come back again. We hope everything was inplace and we did not wreaked anything.
Thank you so much Con for sharing your beautiful house and hope that many will come and enjoy their stay as much as we did.

We are a group of 9 crafting ladies who wanted to get away for a weekend in the mountains. This house was just perfect for us as it had so many single beds.
All the reviews said how warm the house is and they were correct!! It was very cold outside and toasty warm inside. There was everything you needed in the kitchen.
Would highly recommend this accommodation!

Excellent location and nice quiet street however needs updating of window blinds as most were broken or threadbare with some of the bedroom ones being see through at night. Also a fair bit of mould on walls and roof in main bathroom so needs a thorough clean. Apart from this we had a great time and loved the ducted heating.

Rainy Refuge
Well described and centrally located. The torrential rain did not let up for a second our whole weekend, so we were happy to have found somewhere comfortable and cosy for our group of two families to hang out.

Perfect for a large family or small group
The house is a perfect spot to explore the blue mountains from. It’s walking distance to the centre of town and supermarkets but also beautifully peaceful near a nature reserve. The house has everything you need and heating works a treat in the cold winter days.
Lovely big open kitchen/living area and Con was super helpful with everything we needed
