About this house rental
“Cabin In The Woods” was completed May 2018 & nestled in the trees. It sets back from street w/your own private oasis. Beautiful flowers grow wild.
It is a single level open floor plan w/large LR/DR/Kitchen. Furnished w/an artist eye. Original art work, games, books & so much more. It was designed for entertaining w/36” gourmet gas range in kitchen & a 10’ x 6’ island. Dining table seats 12. Electric Recliner in LR and a Coffee bar includes multiple coffee machines. List of kitchen appliances are:
NESPRESSO MACHINE, French Press, Keurig, Drip Coffee maker, coffee grinder, ( LOTS OF COFFEE TO PICK FROM IN CUPBOARD) blender, food processor, Instapot, mixer, toaster, panini grill, waffle iron, bamboo steamer, crock pot, deep fat fryer, bread maker, gridle for top of stove, bean pot, microwave and multiples of pans, dishes and baking pans ie: cookie sheets, muffin tins and oblong baking dishes.
NESPRESSO COFFEE MAKER...please bring “Original Size Pods” if you wish to use this machine. A few pods are furnished.
Please bring your Keurig pods.
Ground coffee for drip pot furnished.
There is A FULLY STOCKED SPICE DRAWER and shelf of OILS. There is also a pantry w/flour, sugar, cereal, crackers, oatmeal, coffee, tea, misc food items and condiments in refrigerator are plentiful.
BEDROOM 1 HAS A KING BED... w/a spacious private bath w/shower. Includes a portable handicap chair to use in shower for those who need it. This bedroom is handicap accessible.

BEDROOM 3.... is a Day/Night room. During the day it serves as another gathering area. Great for games, sewing, puzzles, etc. At night it is a private bedroom w/a comfyQUEEN SIZE MURPHY BED. A spacious room. It has an oversized half bath.
There are 2 self inflating twin beds for additional sleepers.
If you enjoy nature & being outdoors there is a wide wrap deck across the front & side that connect to a 14’ x 42 ft covered deck in back. Half walls create privacy while open upper half leaves you feeling like you are in a tree house. Covered deck is fully furnished w/sofa & love seat plus dining table for 6 for outdoor dining ON BACK Cover Porch. Covered Back Porch includes Ping Ping Table, Cornhole & Darts. Accent lights make this a favorite evening spot to hang w/family & friends.
Wrap deck has porch swing & 2 hammock swing chairs & ample seating for outdoor gatherings.
There is a full hammock under the back porch where you can lounge & watch it rain & never get wet. Trees galore.
Long private drive into property provides ample parking for 4 cars.
Yard allows area for yard games... horseshoe game in back yard.
This is a dream cabin in a one of a kind location. High on the hill in a desirable neighborhood w/lots of elbow room. It’s just a long block from the national forest & hike down the hill to Lake O’Dell.

Great location, tucked in a cul de sac in a nice part of Munds Park. Saw the Electric light parade from our street! Very spacious rooms, kitchen large and very well stocked. We grilled hot dogs on a nice grill on the wrap around porch. My grandson never left the Murphy bed room, played his Xbox, came outside for dinner. Huge dining area, wish we had more family with us, because it was so nice! My only wish was a fenced area for our Wheaton, a lot of work walking dog, good exercise, though. Thanks for a fun, relaxing week!

This by far has been one of my favorite places to stay. Close access to a lot of popular sites in Arizona, such as Sedona. The house is so charming and has everything you need for some great mornings/nights in just relaxing, cooking, and being cozy. The hosts were fabulous and communication deserves an A . The whole family loved this cabin! There was plenty of room for our family of 4 and the kids were able to have their own spaces which was super nice with teenagers! We loved cooking in the kitchen together preparing meals and enjoyed playing ping pong on the back deck. It was so wonderful and relaxing!

This was one of our favorite homes in Munds Park. We go up a lot and have stayed in different places. The windows, porch are lovely and the kitchen is amazing. Everything was well decorated and cozy and they had everything you needed to cook with. Our family loves to hangout, relax and play games and the space was perfect for that! Manager communicated very well.

This is our second stay and won't be our last. It is clean, which is paramount, and very comfortable. My son and two granddaughters surprised us our third day and they also couldn't believe how really beautiful everything was. In the evening, we all went out to the porch and played ping pong. So fun!!! To have full bathrooms in both bedrooms is so nice and the back part of the house, with yet another powder room and murphy bed is really handy. Beautiful paintings and darling decor are everywhere!! We love it and we'll be back!

What a perfect place to Stay! If you are looking to make the most of Northern Arizona, the location is ideal. Situated in a little Hamlet between Sedona and Flagstaff, there is easy access to each of those. It is less than two hours to the Grand Canyon and the Painted Desert/Petrified Forest National Parks. It is also less than two hours to Phoenix/Scottsdale.
More importantly, the cabin is meticulously designed, built and decorated. Every aspect of it indicates that it is a labor of love. The beds are very comfortable and the bedding is lovely and cozy. The kitchen is delightful. I could have been not just content, but very happy to stay there and cook each day. The wrap around porch is inviting, with several comfortable spaces to relax.

This cabin was wonderful with great features, open central living space, extensive kitchen resources and comfortable beds. We ended up snowed in for a couple of days and the owner was great to work with, very responsive and had excellent resources in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this cabin with its attention to detail and beauty both inside and out. One of the best properties we have ever rented through VRBO. Thank you so much!

This is a great cabin in Munds Park. I stayed with my family over Thanksgiving and we loved it! The kitchen and main living area is amazing and very spacious. This is also the most well stocked vacation rental I’ve ever stayed in. They truly have thought of everything. Ginny was so nice and helpful when I was booking and leading up to our check in. I’d definitely come back to stay here again!

I wish I could give this home ten stars! It was spacious enough to accommodate six adults and a dog. The décor is stunning and the amenities are over the top. Ginny definitely paid attention to all the details and provided everything needed to make our visit comfortable. The kitchen is better equipped than my own, which made cooking dinners easy. Ginny was a text away with any questions.
Also, the location was a huge plus! We went back and forth between staying in Sedona or here and we are all so happy we chose here. While we fell in love with Sedona and spent the day there, we appreciated the ability to go back to the tranquility of this home. I could have sat on the porch for hours! Because of its location, we were able to visit Sedona, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, and Grand Canyon all in two days!!

Staying at the cabin in the woods was a great get-away for me and my husband. The house was equipped with everything we could possibly need for quiet evenings at home in peace. We were about 40 minutes from Sedona, which worked well for us to drive in for the day, explore all we wanted and return to a large, beautiful home with dark skies and quiet nights! Would definitely stay again if we come to this area!

This is not our first visit to the cabin in the woods and it will not be our last. Incredibly relaxing and such a pleasure to really enjoy the property and the area. Ginny, as always, was very responsive with any questions we had. Our 6 day stay went by too quickly!

We had a great experience. The house was gorgeous and well stocked with all of your needs. It was cozy and gorgeous. Only comment we would suggest is more blinds on the doors and windows especially the one in the back bedroom. Ginny was amazing to work with! Will suggest to anyonevisiting the area.
