Prima verblijfplaats om een doorreisnacht te overbruggen.

Heerlijk groot zwembad, propere kamers en de mogelijkheid om je kleren te wassen.

Voor ons was het vervelend dat er geen mogelijkheid was om zelf iets te koken. Het terras was ook erg klein en het uitzicht verwaarloosbaar.

Lovey resort!

The resort is amazing. The rooms are big, modern with a lovely design. The terrace is huge and the bathroom is lovely. The room is complete with everything you need. The camp site is also lovely. It has electricity, good Wi-Fi and lovely bathrooms.

There are quite a FEW PROBLEMS with the STAFF, which could be easily fixed by a good manager. 1. Ever morning, around 08.00h-08.30h there is a guy with a NOISY 6wheels ATV(photo attached) that goes around the resort and WAKES UP EVERYBODY. No matter what's his job I think he cab do it after 10.00h. 2. At the restaurant reception there is a lady which is missing the front teeth. You can see her when you enter the restaurant and when you exit, and she is smiling a lot :). She can have a good where she doesn't need to interact with people until she fixes her problem. 3. The staff is not attentive and not friendly(but this happened to us in many many places in Namibia, I guess this is something they could be better at).

Great location and beautiful resort! However the reservation system throughh 3rd party apps needs improvement.

It’s a great location, very clean and spacious room. Beautiful view of trees and ponds from balcony.

The shower had plumbing issues, causing water not to drain. Unhygienic concern. The payment system needs improvement. I was charged twice on the booking.com app and at arrival had to pay cash since my payment from App was not reflecting on their system. Quite an inconvenience!

Good size of family room with two double, very comfortable beds. Nice view from the terrace. A huge swimming pool with fresh water. Food in the restaurant was amazing. The whole place was highly secured and very quiet.

The perfect stopover before the long journy to Botswana

Great value for the money and a great stop on the way out of Etosha on our way to the Okavango.

best location with a beautiful scenery

It was nice and private

Some of the visitors made a lot of noice when returning to the rooms; the hotel towels are way too old (need replacement), the need to clean the bathroom wall tiles properly.

Stunning Accommodation, Garden and Beautiful Clean Olympic Size Swimming Pool

Excellent clean accommodation Beautiful clean olympic size swimming pool Well maintained lush garden, The property has laundry facilities (wash and dry) There is parking space available inside property gates There is a restaurant on site The environment is relaxed.

There were cockroaches in the laundry room (I'm glad it was away from accommodation for this reason)

Beautiful, quiet stay

Kuperferquelle is a beautiful place to stay, it is quiet and the grounds are amazing, the restaurant is great, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable! It's a conveniently located oasis. We will definitely stay here again and again in the future.

the fact that we had a clean place to sleep in at the end of the day as we were assigned another room.

When we arrived the room assigned to us had not been made up. The way the previous guests left the room is basically how we found it. Dirty.

Convenient for stopover enroute to Etosha or vice versa.

After spending 4 nights in very basic and more expensive accommodation in Etosha, Kupferquelle was very welcomed. The room was modern and spacious. The shower wa excellent. Nice little balcony to sit outside on. Huge very clean swimming pool. Beautiful grounds especially if you want to camp.

The breakfast at an additional cost was not really worth the money. Not a huge selection and the hot items were lukewarm.

I was told at reception that I could not drink the tap water and had to buy very expensive water. N$40-00 for 1.5L. A lot of the plug points in my room were not working.

I was so disgusted I would have driven to home if I didn't have my family with me.

Location.

Handfuls of long hair stuck in shower drain, which caused a blockage. Condom inside the hand wash soap bottle. Stains on the sheets.
