About this apartment rental
Hurricane Update: the top units, Loggerhead and Green, are open. The bottom units and exterior are in need of remediation and we will open up the calendar once its done. Expected to be open around Thanksgiving week. Cleanup of outdoor area, balconies and pool are underway. So please pardon our dust and noise.

This ground level 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo with a heated communal pool (5ft at its deepest) has been completely renovated top to bottom, side to side with nothing left untouched....this home away from home is truly paradise! Come check out this beautifully painted mural in the back pool area where you can relax in the sun poolside or lounge.
This tropical oasis has been completed with high end finishings, like crown molding, solid stone counter, stainless kitchen, plantation shutters, porcelain plank tile and an outdoor shower. This unit has a Rinnai tankless water heater providing you plenty of hot water. Included is a water softener and filtration system throughout! Most rental houses and condos do not offer this. Also we have shared stackable washers/dryers within the building for your convenience at no charge. No private W/D. We also provide beach items, like towels, umbrella and a locked beach cart for ease of getting to and fro the beach!
The living room is beautifully decorated in serene beach calming colors that are sure to keep you happy and relaxed every minute of your vacation. Large, Smart TV in living room and wall-mounted TV with cable in the bedroom. Frontier TV service and free WiFi all for your entertainment, plus an USB port has been added for your convenience. The sofa is a queen sofa sleeper for those unexpected guests (new sofabed). The modern kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and boasts new stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave, quartz countertops, tiled floors and dining for 4 people.
The single bedroom units have 1 assigned parking space. It is marked "Kemp Ridley". This unit is located in the back, so it doesn't have a porch. Contact us to book all 4 units and have the entire space for you and your friends and family. We are flexible on dates of stay.
Many complexes do not allow boats, motorcycles, trailers, jet skis, kayaks, or golf carts. Some do not allow monster trucks. Ask prior to booking to confirm if your special vehicle will be allowed including commercial vehicles, over-sized vehicles, or vehicles with signage. There is no smoking or pets allowed in the building.

The property was located in a perfect area of Siesta Key. There was a well-maintained pool but some of the furniture needed to be fixed or replaced. The rooms were clean and all appliances worked well. However, the bed needs to be replaced as well as the couch. Overall we loved our stay.

Our place was on the bottom floor, and I believe the USA gymnastics team was training in the unit above us, so maybe next time we would choose that one! The bed was awesome! Very comfortable! The couch and two chairs were pretty old, and you sank to the bottom of them when you sat down, and we are not big people. Kitchen had everything we needed, bathroom was very nice but tight, shower was great with good pressure! We read that each unit has its own beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, and a wagon, well, not so much. We felt pretty guilty going around and looking for stuff to take to the beach for the day, because that's what the book says you have to do, well, taking from other families with kids staying there in our opinion is just wrong, although online it says each unit has its own they actually don't. Just a FYI. Location was great, easy to get around and not too crazy busy, overall it was a good stay but there are many others around us to check out too.

The property itself is great location wise for siesta key beaches and downtown. The structure itself is pretty well kept up with bathrooms, kitchen, structure, etc. The only reason this is a 3 and not a 5 is that the beds are absolutely horrible. The queen in the master dips badly and while it has a 2 inch foam pad on top, it doesn’t really help. The pull out couch where our teenager slept was unusable with a metal bar sticking up. We purchased and left a blow up mattress which is presently the most comfortable option in the condo. The noise from the upstairs condo was pretty bad a couple of nights but it’s spring break and to be expected.

Perfect location. Clean and quite. Pool is smaller than you see. Only complaints are the shower has no shelves to hold soap and shampoo. Just a small caddy that wobbles. And also should have had a tea kettle. If that’s the only problem we had I’d call that a win. Hahaha. We would book it again.

Nice clean, convenient location was great to be able to walk everywhere. The only thing would be is the smoking policy. To clarify in the notebook and online whether smoking is allowed or not on the property.

We had a marvelous time in Siesta Key. Lulu‘s Key House was modern, clean, fun, and had just the right amenities needed. The pool was so relaxing. The beach chairs, umbrella and wagon were so helpful for the short walk to the gorgeous beach. Highly recommended.

The property is great and in a perfect location for my wife and I. We love the village which is basically out the front door and the beach is only a couple blocks away. We enjoy the beach but the pool was great as it has plenty of shade in the late afternoon after a day of too much sun. The house has every beach accessory you could need. We highly recommend this property.

5 minute walk to the beach and steps away from The Village at Siesta Key :). The place was just large enough for my husband and I. Property Manager was very responsive and immediately attended to a couple of things that came up for us. I would recommend this for 2 people who are looking to be conveniently located next to the beach and The Village.

Other furniture dated, uncomfortable. Place dark with overhead, glarey lights.
The shower has no shower caddy/sheves and no room in bathroom to put toiletries, etc in general. Pool is nice but no rails to get into pool. A safety concern.
Management company tried their best to help if possible. We thought stay was very expensive for what was offered.

We have been traveling to Siesta Key every spring for the past few years and will say the location was absolutely perfect! No need to rent a car, walking distance to grocery store, shopping, restaurants and of course the beach! The little pool around the corner was amazing and well maintained and most days we had it completely to ourselves.

I would rate the unit very high except for it was missing a few basics. It needed dishwasher detergent for at least 3 uses. Also a dish cloth and hand soap for the bathroom. Otherwise we were very happy with this rental and would book it again.

Lulu's Beach Cottage was a quaint getaway my fiance and I needed. Quiet & clean setting back only 1 block from the beach. Offering a backyard grill next to the pool, bicycles & beach chairs, toys & big wagon to pull if needed. Updated shower was a plus and the light beach decor fit just right. Simple to check in and all questions were in the book in the cottage.

The property was nice and a short walk to the beach and Siesta Key Village but what really made it outstanding were the added amenities. The airport transfer was so convenient and nice. The dolphin tours were so much fun. The house had a wagon and beach chairs which made the walk to the beach even easier. I would definitely recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful time and stay at Lulu's. Just the right size for the 2 of us as we chose a 1 bedroom unit. Clean and decorated nicely with a wonderful shower. Short walk to the beach was made better by the provided beach wagon, chairs and umbrella. Mural on the exterior wall was beautiful with a quaint surprise, Frankfort IL was a destination on the sign. We will defiantly recommend staying here to anyone.

This is my second stay at Lulu's Key House and I will have many more stays in the future. Very close to everything yet quiet.

new looking patio furniture. The unit is immaculate and modern with a comfortable bed, nice linens and plush white towels. The complimentary transportation from and to the airport is an added bonus. Lulu's is definitely the place on Siesta Key!

this was our first time to siesta key and we stayed at LuLus Key House in kemp Ridleys. it was by far the best decision we made. everything was in such close walking distance and the pool and bbq station are amazing! we loved our stay and really did not want to leave! we will return again!!!!
