The room is in a classical Napoli apartment building from the 1920's era. It is nicely re-decorated to modern standards and keeping some of the original decor give it a flair. For few nights in town is ideal, as it is very close to the Napoli Central Station and also a short walk to subway. The street location is noise, but the double windows helps a lot. Very clean, staff is very helpful and attentious.
The street noise. Breakfast can be improved with more options.

In generale la raffinatezza del b&b, e soprattutto l’accoglienza della signora Francesca

Everything was nice. Location is perfect. We arrived late and stuff was in communication with us related our self check in.

La disponibilità dello staff. La pulizia. L' ubicazione

The location was ideal with short distance to city centre and to metro. It was a very clean room with spacious modern room and bathroom
Would definitely stay there again if we visit Napoli
Francesca was super lovely. She waited for us even when our flight for delayed and we reached around midnight. She even offered transfer from airport at reasonable price (€25)

The room was clean and tidy, with a great bathtub which we loved. The location is perfect, only 150 metres from the most famous pizza place in Napoli, the metro station was two minutes away, with great coffee shops around, and everything we had wanted to do in Napoli was within a walkable distance. The staff were so nice and sweet, Francesca was so lovely to us, and they happily accommodated our "extra" needs.
The only "comment" I would have is that the heating system in the bathtub was a bit wonky; sometimes, there was cold water coming out when we set the temperature to hot water. But that was it; we had no problems at all.

Very comfortable suite, big and comfortable room, absolutely clean, big and comfortable bed and cozy bed linen set, safe, fabulous convenient bathroom: toilet and bidet, huge modern renovated with 2 head shower, very power water flow (in the heat of the summer it is very important), always fresh towels, AC, super location in the heart of the city center on the main street close to everything, and 15 minutes by walk to the train station or to the port, Good breakfast includes many juices and real Italian coffee.

wifi didn’t work well in the room, Francesca tried to help but didn’t work

Room is located halfway between the main train station and the ferry terminal, we used both during our stay. It is also a 3min walk from the famous L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele. The room was clean and modern, and the size of the hottub and balcony was an unexpected bonus.

Francesca is so welcoming, and we had great communication with her about our arrival. Offered us coffee/beverages when we arrived which was appreciated. Comfortable bed, clean updated room and bathroom, great shower. Central location …10 min walk from the train station. Nice, simple breakfast and coffee in the breakfast room.
Via Umberto is a busy, noisy street. Although the hotel is on the 3rd floor you can still hear the traffic. I slept fine with ear plugs but my family didn’t and found it noisy.
2.5 / 5.0
The size of the room and location.
Francesca the host is very nice and helpful.
- The entrance was extremely creepy.
- There is no noise isolation in the room. We had no sleep the entire night. You can hear all guests come in and every single car/bike on the street.
- The bookings.com photo shows the entire building however it’s just half a level in this building shared with other businesses. I would rather stay in a hotel.

Francesca and the staff are lovely and professional. She offered to arrange for a driver to take us to the airport, which was really helpful. The room was located close to the city centre and within walking distance of everything you would want to see and do. The room was new and spotless.

This is B&B, not a hotel. Overall, very good, the owner of the place and is very nice. The idea of self-check-in was a little strange, and it was very hard to find the hotel.
I believe the breakfast could be improved.

the owner was very friendly and helpful
the checkout time has been mwntioned 11 am in booking.com
but the hotel says that checkout time is 10.30 am

Room by far not as beautiful as on website, no jaquzzi, room very noisy, no internet connection in our room but only at reception, staff very unfriendly, my daughter was only allowed to eat one peace of bread, staff complaining to other guests in Italian language about us that we were eating too much. Not worth the money.

Excellent location, great value, clean and comfortable room. Nice breakfast options. Coffee was fantastic. Owner/host was incredible. Helpful with anything we needed. We had a great time in Napoli for three days mostly due to choosing this nice property.
All good.

The room was stylish. The bathroom is awesome. The breakfast was very satisfying with the help of Stefania. Francesca is very helpfull and welcoming. She let us our baggage leave at the lobby until our flight. Thank you so much for everything!
They could put some hanger in the bathroom for the towels.

Only stayed one night but it was absolutely ideal. Super quick access via taxi from airport. We read reviews it was hard to find but all you need to know is to look for the big wooden door on the main road and contact the venue to let you in. Fears eased straight away.
Room was clean and ideal. Everything you need for a short stay. The road outside is super loud BUT the room was very, very well soundproofed, very quiet, with the windows shut and good air con.
You've just got to know about the big wooden door at street level. If you know that, you're sorted.
