Excellent Apartment in London

Friendly greeting and helpful staff, immediate response to questions and minor problems. Location felt very safe to walk around day and night. Apartment was fabulous, very quiet neighbourhood and well set up. Good value for money. Lovely walk along riverside. Absolutely 10/10, probably the best accommodation we stayed in whilst in London.

Bardzo dobra miejscówka.

Czystość, przestronność, wyposażenie, łatwość zameldowania i wymeldowania, bliskość Tamizy i centrów handlowych, w sąsiedztwie pub, miejsce dobrze skomunikowane z Centrum Londyny.

Odległość od centrum- pomimo dobrej komunikacji trzeba zaplanowac okolo godziny na podroz do centrum, dodatkowo podnosi to koszt pobytu w Londynie, konieczność uiszczenia depozytu- nie wszyscy o tym pamiętają.

Not a good apartment for families or anyone who wants to sleep before midnight.

The property is near the Thames and about 15-20 minute walk to Hammersmith Tube.

No air conditioning and very small opening windows. Very hot in summer. It is also located above a pub and was very noisy until around 11.30 pm each night.

Amazing place!! :)

Everything, what a fantastic place. It exceeded our expectations. We will be back for sure.

There is nothing to improve about the place; it was really perfect for what we needed. Perhaps the only sad thing is that it was unavailable for short stays. We wanted to return for two days after a trip to Scotland, but we couldn't book it again for only two nights.

A modern, lovely flat in a great location.

The apartment itself was beautiful. All appliances were modern . The separate kitchen and dining area downstairs was a welcome feature. Location was central and it was easy to move around and find everything we needed.

our room was right by The crabtree pub so it was sometimes noisy at nighttime. Also, we'd find empty disposable cups and bottles dumped on our little balcony. That was a downer but I'll make a mental note not to stay in Flat 18 next time.

Recommended!

Very nice and accommodating staff. We had some problems with our travelling arrangements and they were very flexible and helpful. The apartment was lovely and the location is great. Walks by the Thames are wonderful.

Only "but" is that it was not as clean as expected.

Perfect place to stay in London

Everything was perfect! We loved our stay and hope to be back soon. Beautiful and modern apartment, with everything necessary to make your stay comfortable. Hannah and George were very helpful and welcoming, and arranged an early check-in for us. The area was lovely. Underground is about 15-20 minutes walk, but you can walk along the river which is quicker and makes your walk even more pleasant.

The 2 bed apartment was spacious and comfortable and had everything we needed yo make out stay very enjoyable..

Incredible location, super helpful management, ideal for vacation.

Wonderful location having Thames River by the side. Area is extremely lovely and offers so many activities to do.

spacious and clean good facilities good location

electrical compliance inspection was done while we were staying there which then disabled the automated home system and effected the lighting, some lighting was not able to be turned off resulting with it being on all night; central heating didn’t work; heated towel rail didn’t work; had an induction hob and not all the pots worked with the stove top. no instructions on how to use the automation system/ central heating etc. with it being a long weekend the Care taker was not available and nor were the booking staff.

Superb

The Palace Wharf property was nearly brand new and its modern style and comforts made for quite pleasant to stay.

The hair dryer is missing a safety screen and needs to be replaced as it pulls hair in. A french press or Nespresso machine would have been much appreciated.

I would happily recommend Palace Wharf appartments

The apartment is extremely comfortable and tastefully designed. The building is stylish and extremely safe. We stayed for a week, but it would be a great choice for a longer stay as well. We enjoyed the calm and the immediate proximity of the waterfront. Communication with the staff was very professional, and the only minor issue that we encountered was solved in a prompt and satisfactory manner.

The distance to the underground station is a bit long to walk (about 15 minutes), but there are several buses available.

a very nice appartment in a quiet location, including a river walk to Hammersmith

the heating didn't work all week and the agency did not do much to fix it - luckily, there was at least hot water! the kitchen was not well equipped, only few glasses and plates and only one portion of washing detergent :( Also, we had some hassle about the delivery of our Day 2 Test Kits, apparently someone from the letting agency had taken our post and we only got it after writing to dhl and going back and forth a few times.

We enjoyed our stay in this very pleasant location. We would be happy to return.

Kitchen facilities were very adequate. Location was quiet, facing onto a courtyard. Very close to the "Thames walk" Several good restaurants within an eight minute walk, even a pleasant Pub next door! - and only six minutes walk from shopping centre. Standard of decor and furniture was pleasant, modern and in good condition. Entrance ways kept very smart and tidy. On Site rental team very pleasant and helpful.

Booking .com advert described this property as having a view - it didn't!! All windows were overlooked by adjacent townhouses. For a property described as 'luxury' the bed was not adequate. Only a regular double. Also it was made up with the bottom sheet directly on the mattress - no under-blanket. This is uncomfortable and dubiously hygienic for a rental. For a 16 day rental at this price it would have been reasonable to expect at least one intermediate cleaning included, or at least some cleaning materials provided. Quite a walk to the "Tube" - but Uber worked well.

We actually stayed in Hamlet Gardens Buildings, because there were heating issues at Palace Warf

Even if it was a lower ground floor flat, it was very bright and in a very beautiful building

I would suggest to change fabric chairs of the dining room with non fabric ones (they were stained); also, I would have chosen a darker colour for the sofa (it was light grey, but obviously with darker streaks due to the usage) and for the bed headboards, as well.

Great Flat on the River Thames, close to transport links, restaurants, etc

Great location, very nice pub just down the street, 20 steps to be on the walk way along the River Thames. The flat was fantastic, really well appointed, full kitchen with all the necessary items. Very good value compared to any Hotel. Great quirky little Lebanese restaurant on the corner (Mes Amis), and a local corner shop a short walk away. I was hesitant to provide this review, its such a great place to stay in London, I was tempted to keep it a secret so its more likely available when I visit.

The mattress on the bed was not that great, I am used to the foam mattresses, this one I think had coils - but it won't stop me staying here again.

Really exceeded my expectations - really peased with the experience

The girls managing the property are really lovely and helpful - happy to di early check in and late checkout

My only comment as a total caffeine addict is that my stay would have been even better if the flat had a coffee machine!
