Pleasant

CCTV In operation in the back yard. No privacy. The Cleanliness was not good! Under the bed was too dirty, the bins was not emptied regular , the toilet was not working properly , dishes was not clean , kettle was full of salt. The "wooden floor" on the back yard and the garden sofas was too dirty!

I liked the fact that for a couple it has the right size and the right facilities.

The only minus would be that the shower toilet and sink are separate. That is, there is not necessarily a bathroom and the sink that should be in the bathroom is used as the kitchen sink. The linens I would say were a bit too dirty because I found some pretty big yellow stains or smelled a bit bad but it wasn't necessarily uncomfortable because they felt clean. This may just be a preference of mine.

Well positioned, but not well managed apartment

Well positioned, new and spacy apartment

- The apartment was not so well cleaned when we entered. We stayed 4 days and there was no cleaning service (for 4 days!), bearing in mind that in the Greek islands you are not allowed to throw toilet paper in the toilet and need to throw it in a bin, which was not changed for FOUR DAYS. Disgusting and, frankly, very anti hygienic. - The shower did not drain properly and would flood the apartment every time. - The first night, it was very bad weather and the water temperature in the shower was cold. The next day, after we asked, we were told that there was an alternative hot water source, that could be activated. It would have been a nice information to proactively give out, seeing that the weather was too bad for solar energy.

Exceptionally comfortable apartment in peaceful location with lovely garden and Netflix.

Fantastic studio apartment, less than 100m from a taverna, and around 150m from a bus stop and supermarket. It's set on a side street, just off the main road, and the beach is around 250m away--so you couldn't ask for a better location in Agia Marina unless a sea view is important to you. The bed was amazingly comfortable--I think it was a cocomat mattress and topper, which I've slept on in nanother apartment in Crete and can highly recommend, unless you only like a firm mattress. The sofas, too, were exceptionally comfortable. I assume they can be used as soda beds as the garden seating accommodates four people. They were more comfortable than most of the beds I've slept in while on holiday in Crete in various places. The garden was a lovely place to relax in the evening, and for my toddler son to play. It was well furnished and peaceful. The apartment itself is tastefully decorated and well designed, with great lighting and a nice three way shower. Lots of welcome gifts were provided, from beer, water and biscuits to coffee, sugar, salt and and olive oil. And my room was ready two hours early which was very helpful. The host was very friendly and responded quickly to messages. The TV has Netflix and amazon prime which was great for evenings in and for my toddler.

The kitchen, despite having room for a small oven with hobs on top, only has a one ring hob, so cooking isn't easy. There's no sink in the bathroom so you have to use the kitchen sink instead.

I stayed in this lovely apartment for a week. The apartment was super well located, clean, modern, comfortable and roomy. Matina and Anna were very good communicators, hospitable, friendly and easy going. I can't recommend this property enough.

Fantastic location and Martina was brilliant so helpful and friendly

Air conditioning didn't work for last 4 days and Anna never contacted us just ignored our texts got engineer out but it was never fixed

Nice modern apartment - excellent and professional hosts

nothing - as recomendation on details you can fix channel list on TV with 50 good workign international channels + local channels, WiFi very stable and good for work but it could be faster with a simle line upgrade.

Very modern, well-equipped apartment. It is quiet. The sandy beach is 200 meters from the place. There are many great restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. The bus stops at the corner; it is a convenient way to get there. The apartment has AC, TV, and a big garden with sunbeds. The garden is also quiet.

There is one sink, it is a bit inconvenient. It would be nice to have a normal table on the terrace, the plastic one is ok, but it's not convenient to sit around and eat breakfast or lunch. The apartment is ok for four people, but I think it is really comfortable for two. There was one cleaning during our stay, and the staff did a good job, but it was a nine-day stay; one more cleaning would have been appreciated. Altogether it is a good place for your summer holiday.

You can't go wrong...

Very good value for money and a good location. I really liked the size and practicality of the apartment. Supermarkets, stores, restaurants and a long beach i just around the corner. If you want to get to Chania by bus, the station is within 1 min walking distance. If you rented a car, you have to let the property know 2 weeks prior your arrival, but you have on street parking option.

No capsules for the coffee machine.

Friendly owners. Fairly tastefully decorated room. In the centroid agia marina - so near to bars,

The main bed was very comfortable. Lovely shower. Nepresso machine was appreciated as was the Netflix

We were not happy with the accommodation.

Flats not ideal for long stay. Cleaning every 3rd day.. Really that's too long. You get fresh towels only if you ask. Very small kitchen. There is no sink in the toilet so you have to wash your hands in the kitchen sink.. shower was nice.

Exceptional

Apartment is almost new and everything inside is nice arranged for a family with two children. Our balcony was facing entrance road but it is still quiet with door closed (door that must be keep closed for AC to work at night). Balcony is big and is the location for breakfast (the only table is there). At evening this can be very useful for card playing location Beds are all good, bathroom very clean and the small kitchen is accessorized with few but all good items. Solaris it is a perfect location for 2+1 or 2+2 family. Owners were every morning there and they were helpful for us to rent a car from a very close location + infos about good beach where we can go and enjoy our vacation

The only "bad" thing is that there is only one sink common for bathroom & kitchen.

A very modern apartment, just a short walk from Agia Marina beach. Supermarket, shops and cafes/restaurants are all nearby. The hosts were so friendly and accommodating, and the apartment very clean and well designed. Was lovely to sit out in the garden every morning for breakfast.
