Moderne schöne Wohnung

Eins der beiden Schlafzimmer liegt an der Wand zum Hauseingang. Die Tür ist alt und aus Stahl , jeder der rein und rausgeht schmeißt einen aus dem Bett. Sonst alles Top.

Alles hat gefallen.

Die Fernbedienung des TV im zweiten Schlafzimmer braucht dringend neue Batterien. Bedienung fast unmöglich. Το τηλεχειριστήριο της τηλεόρασης στο δεύτερο υπνοδωμάτιο χρειάζεται επειγόντως νέες μπαταρίες. Λειτουργία σχεδόν αδύνατη!

the big bonus of this apparment is the proximity to the center of Athens either on foot or by metro

The apartment provided just one pillow per guest. Yet, when we asked the property owner to provide a second pillow, she did so immediately. Also, the owner claimed that cleaning during our stay was not included in the price; yet, when we asked for cleaning in the middle of our 12-day stay, the property owner arranged for the flat to be cleaned.

Superb

The apartment was really nice and clean just like in the photos. The AC was working in all three rooms so you could make a nice comfortable temperature throughout. Some reviewers were missing the washing machine, now they have it too. The staff was very friendly and helpful, Dora sent detailed information prior to arrival and Alex waited for us there to not only give us the keys but to show everything in the apartment and to give us recommendations for shopping and eating out. The location is very good if you plan to use the metro, on the other hand parking is not allowed in this street and is very limited in the neighborhood. You should definitely choose public transportation especially the metro (24h pass is very cheap). The small backstreet is really quiet considering it's two blocks away from a main road, no through traffic was typical.

The key card for electricity and the timer for the heater was a bit strange. One of the rooms is right next to the main entrance of the building so when someone wasn't careful closing the door made a big noise. Fixing the closing mechanism would help this only issue.

Great apartment - exactly like the photos. Good location, very close to a metro stop (about 5 minute walk) also grocery shop just around the corner.

Modern, well located, and spotless apartment.

Excellent apartment in a great location on a tranquil street, in Athens city center. Spotless and well-furnished apartment, with comfortable beds and a small extra toilet as a bonus. The subway is just a short walk away. Many lovely places to eat and shops nearby. We highly recommend it!

Quiet comfortable clean appartment

The apartment is situated on a very calm street and close to the metro with the line that leads to the center. It’s nicely equipped, has comfortable beds, is safe, and has almost everything you need, even a sewing kit. The additional toilet is a big deal:)

Just two minor details. The apartment has no washing machine. It wasn’t critical for us, as we stayed here just for 3 nights. The soap dispenser in the smaller bathroom didn’t work well.

Great location for a good price!

- great comfort - large terrace - cleanliness - 5 minutes to the metro station and bus stops - beautiful big cats in the neighborhood ;-)

- uninteresting view from the window of the smaller bedroom - there were 2 bathrooms in the description, one of which is really just a toilet without a shower and bathtub this should be changed in the description - the apartment is located in a small street but it is not closed to cars and scooters, so it was noisy in the morning

Best place to stay for a family

The location is very convenient. The metro station is in 3 min. In 20 min one can reach Parthenon and other outstanding places. Walking to Lycavittos Hill - 10 min. The apartment is nice and cozy, equipped with everything necessary: a fully packaged kitchen, a spacious bathroom with shower and a smaller one, a balcony viewing a quiet green street with no traffic. The management team - real hospitality champions! Special thanx to Dora - a true lifesaver! The problems we occasionally faced were solved in minutes.

Exceptional

We had congress in Megarone congress centre. I think it is not possible to stay closer to it. Appartment is big, second toilett is a bonus. Extremely easy way from the airport via metro. Metro station is 2 minutes. We took taxi when arrived, it is definitely not needed, metro is quicker. You can very easy travel to center - it is 4 metro station. This appartemnt was the best chocie for our purpose, I definitely reccomend it.

Superb apartment, superb location.

Excellent location on a remarkably quiet street. no noise whatsoever. Just a short walk to nearest metro. The owner even organised a taxi fro us to and from the airport. Big Apartment. Spotlessly clean. Has an extra small toilet which was a real bonus as we are a family of four adults. Lovely bakery and cafe just around the corner. Highly recommended!
