Superb

Very friendly staff who made checking in and out very easy. The breakfast spread was varied, and exactly what we wanted. The beach is less than 5 mins walk away, and the balcony provided amazing views! The pool was great to relax by in the evening, and there's a lovely restaurant for dinner less than 1 minute next to the accommodation!

Good value for money

The rooms are well soundproofed, so you couldn't even hear the parties next door. There is nice cleanliness. Nice staff. The restaurant and the beach are close.

Same breakfast every day. Some neighbours crossing at terrace cause it is not fully separeted.

The staff were very nice and it was fine as a base to explore Kefalonia. The location is amazing.

Just steps away from the amazing Xi beach and some lovely tavernas and restaurants yet still a quiet atmosphere. Great place to use as a base to explore Kefalonia.

overall the facilities are quite basic and it’s in need of some repair work and refreshing- broken tiles around the pool, in public areas and veranda. Many areas in need of smartening up and making safe. My son injured himself by getting his leg scraped on a hole/pipe that was not covered when it was dark.

Great stay

Great stay. Lovely little pool. Very close to the very childfriendly beach. Good rooms. Great aircon. Lovely terrace and possible to dry clothes. Would definetely be back. Nice and good breakfast.

No WiFi (not a problem for us). Problems with the "water situation" after showering. It gets totally wet everywhere.

The location close to the beach is amazing and the pool area is nice and quiet to hang around. The rooms were clean and there were some nice restaurants in the area. The breakfast was basic but nice and plenty.

The pool area and the breakfast area did not seem very well maintained. The sun chairs at the pool were not very clean. The garden area was not as neat as it looks in the picture. We had a room on ground level with a terrace. Unfortunately there was a constant drpping of condensation water from the air condition of the room above us onto our terrace. It took a full day for the hotel staff to come up with a solution which stopped working after a few hours so we could not use the terrace at all.

Xi Village is full of gentle and kind staff,room was clean and sufficient .

Breakfast was the same every day. WiFi in the room was totally unacceptable. This Hotel is near the beach but not very safe for the kids to go alone as snakes can be found here and there. The pool is clean but rather small . The drone photos used are misleading because you think that "Averto" bar in front of the beach belongs to the hotel . Finally we had a payment problem from the start as you only pay through Booking and there is no other way. We had to use a new prepaid card as my business card was not accepted. If you plan to visit Kefalonia better stay in Argostoli or Fiskardo .

Location is remote and just over an hour to drive. But if this what you are after than it is perfect. Breakfast was basic and continental.

Pleasant

The girls in the reception and kitchen were very helpful and tried their best to make our stay pleasant. The beach was a few minutes walk with nice bars and tavernas. The Beach is great with red sand and calm, it shelves gently and has beach sports like water jet skis.

In the 4 bed family apartment, the two single beds were sofa beds with a gap along the middle so only half width of the bed was usable. The double bed had springs which were a bit protruding in places. There was no wifi connection in our room, presumably not powerful enough. Our kids in a loft apartment also could not get strong enough signal. Breakfast choice was quite limited. There is not much hot water in morning and early afternoon.
