Welcome to 30 Cakebox Lane! Steps from StoveHouse restaurant and the Inn. This 3 bedroom 3.5 bath house sits in the heart of Suncadia on the 18th fairway of Prospector and is within walking distance to all the great places the resort has to offer. Perfect home for a quiet couple or good friends looking to spend a weekend at the spa relaxing from the day to day..... to a few families or golf buddies looking for a fun outdoor recreation filled stay. This three-bedroom home is great for many occasions and one of its finest qualities is the large outdoor patio equipped with fire pit and hot tub to enjoy outdoor living. You can watch the golfers finish out their round on the 18th fairway.

The main level holds an open kitchen design to the living room as well as patio access to bbq and fire-pit. Main floor also includes the powder room, primary bedroom suite with king size bed, full bath, large size washer/dryer and access to the 2 car garage. The family room and bedrooms all have upgraded Smart TVs loaded with apps to enjoy your favorite shows.

Second floor has 2 bedrooms. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom. One bedroom is queen size and one bedroom has bunk-beds (twin over full) plus a twin daybed that sleeps two. There is also queen size aero bed available to use as well. Each room is equipped with a Smart TV and the bunkbed room has a mini Nintendo with games!

The Suncadia Resort and surrounding area has many year round recreational activities. In the winter it is the perfect destination to enjoy a winter wonderland weekend with sledding for the kids or cross country skiing. Top summer activities in Cle Elum, Roslyn, Lake Cle Elum, Suncadia Resort include:
-Rope Rider or Prospector Golf Courses
-Canoe, paddle board or rent bikes at Village Pavilion
-Campcadia for the kids (Thurs - Sun in summer)

We had a terrific stay at this property with our dogs and two couples. The home layout was perfect, beds comfortable and everyone had their own bathroom. It was a great kitchen for making dinners and was close to the lodge and spa if we needed anything. Great communication with the property manager as well. Definitely recommend this home!

Nice house although a bit tired in places. If you plan on staying in the master bedroom, don’t bring any clothes that need to be hung as there is no closet in the master. We were there for a wedding and had no place to hang our nice clothes.

This property is even better in person. Fantastic amenities, backyard and views. Even saw deer passing by. Quiet location allowed for peaceful relaxation and the Suncadia property even has a dog park that made it a fun place for our dogs. Can’t wait to book another restful stay at this first class home!

We really enjoyed our stay. The house exceeded our expectations as it was clean, nicely furnished, beds were comfy and all the bedrooms had ensuite bathrooms attached. In the bunk room, there was a bin of legos that kept my kids entertained for hours - the owners thought of everything:) We loved that it had a nice hot tub and the backyard backed up to a golf course so there were very pretty views! Cannot say enough good things:)

We have stayed here before and returned because we enjoyed it so much last time. The house is conveniently located within walking distance to all the amenities, and has a great backyard patio which can accommodate many people - I think I counted seating for 18-20. The fire pit is large and gives off a lot of heat, which is perfect for those crisp fall nights. The beds are super comfy and a great addition this year was two large bins of LEGOS - it kept my kids (and their friends) occupied for hours! We love this house and location and it's our first choice for a rental anytime we go to Suncadia.

Fantastic home and location on Golf course. Great for famlies with a wonderful backyard with built in gas firepit. Awesome hot tub and comfortable chairs make for a relaxing backyard experience! Absolutely loved our time in this home. Loved that there was a decorated Christmas tree! I love it when the photos represent exactly what the house has to offer! This house is so cute! The beds/rooms were so comfortable. There is a long dining table in the kitchen that is not in the pictures. We spent a great deal of time around the table playing games. The fire pit and hot tub were amazing! The location of the house is perfect. We could drive or walk to the sledding location or to the lodge. Any questions that we had were quickly addressed by the management. Kids said they had the best time ever!! Thank you!!

Good location and facility. Microwave had a turntable that was too large. A note told us that was fine but the microwave worked. Well it didn't. Pretty dusty. Not detailed in house cleaning, Under counter light did not work on one side. Couldn't find any garbage bags to use.

We loved our stay! Home backs to 18th hole so you aren’t staring at other neighbors in your backyard like some of the homes in Suncadia. Kids loved seeing all the deer. Spacious home has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

House was great. Super clean and roomy. Would love to stay there again. A little mix up on my rental agreement that management couldn’t find but they eventually found it. A little too last minute for our comfort which is why I couldn’t give all five stars!

Beautiful home set right into the heart of the resort. Great location if you want to enjoy all of what Suncadia has to offer. Biking, golfing, walking, making smores or taking a dip in the hottub. The home is very nice, felt private, and is family friendly too. We enjoyed our stay. Hit up Keegan from Ellensburg Outfitters if your looking for a memorable Fly Fishing trip down the Yakima.

Great spring break trip for the family! The house was great, nice privacy, backs to the golf course, and the kids enjoyed playing corn hole and pop-a-shot when we were home. Communication and correspondence was superb!
