Nicht empfehlenswert- leider

Die Lage und die Wohnung war nicht schlecht.

Die Matrazen waren fleckig, voller eingetrockbetem Blut und Urin. Darüber war ein Matrazenschoner, der extrem raschelte, wenn man sich bewegte. Nach dem Entfernen dieses Schoners kamen diese Matrazen zum Vorschein. Absolut unmöglich in einer Ferienunterkunft. Das Geschirr und der Gefrierschank waren schmutzig. Nicht empfehlenswert.

Excellent stay with good facilities in an ideal location close to everything you need

Conveniently located for facilities and beach. Good internet connection. Comfortable beds.

The tiny fridge which you have to go down on your knees to peer inside. They need to provide a larger, free-standing fridge/freezer.

Lovely little apartment!

The apartment was lovely and tidy. Although the road is a short distance away, its a very quiet place to stay. Everything is within walking distance as well. We particularly enjoyed having private access to the beach. The lock to open the gate to the beach is very stiff so be sure to be patient and give the key a little wriggle and you'll get the knack. Altogether great value for money and we will definitely stay again.

Bad experience not happy

Flat was okay

Unfortunately this accommodation doesn't not suit family's with children due to m personaly having a confrontation with the neighbour opposite because they no tolerate family's with kids and them keep threatening to call the police.....the flat and facilities its self is perfectly fine

Good location but needs cleaning.

Location was good close to beach. Walking distance to amusements.

Cooker an hob was in a unuseable state abousletely filthy also the grease trap on top was dirty hadn't been cleaned for a few weeks. In the double single there was a red dot on the sheet an in the double room there was a yellow streak on the sheet to so used our own sleeping bags instead of using the bedding provided.

An average flat, could have been cleaner.

Easy to find and in a good location. Large selection of DVD's, books and local information (although old information, 2016)

I thought I was booking a ground floor flat and it turned out to be a first floor flat. The flat was superficially clean but on inspection the pots and pans were dirty. Two out of the four cushions on the settee were missing. The television couldn't receive ITV 1 although there was a choice of a lot of other channels. The outside key safe won't open until the ground floor tenant sprayed with WD40. The washing machine didn't work and the oven didn't completely seal.

Poor show

Bathroom tiles full of dirt toaster fit for bin. Combination lock which code never gets changed someone actually came in with miss booking when all my personal belongings in there. Called Sykes who booked through said get back to me only to get back to me 3 days later with no help what so ever stay clear from Sykes cottages in my opinion

Disappointing

It wos a great location

It had cob webs everywhere mouse dropping on work tops in the kitchen.floor board when you walked round made alot off noise we came home 2 days early as we did not enjoy our stay at all.there is problems when you run the water.would never stay there again.

Very poor value for the price charged. Drain problem could be a serious health hazard

The bedding was clean & the property has been cleaned between rental periods

The mattresses on all 3 beds were thinner than pancakes. The floors all creaked so badly that you could hardly walk on them during the night as it disturbed the people living in the flat below. The drains in both kitchen & bathroom stank awfully despite using bleach & then drain buster. The stink remained as bad as ever.A lot of the items on inventory missing when we arrived or of such poor quality ie. Saucepans that we bought our own. Totally disappointed with everything considering the price charged.
