Leuk!

Een gezellig hotel met een leuk dakterras waar je lekker kan relaxen onder het genot van wat te eten en drinken. Een fijne kamer met mooie badkamer.

Op het dakterras best even moeten wachten op iemand die kwam helpen. Maar wel leuk en vriendelijk personeel!

Lovely stay with the perfect rooms and perfect location. Made our holidays so much better.

The staff was so lovely and welcoming. The location was perfect; right next to the main shopping areas and not far from the beach. The rooms were incredible. The hotel was well taken care of and very clean.

The hotel and its facilities were clean apart from the toilets at the Rooftop which were unfortunately very very dirty.

The staff and the location make this place a must stay!

I loved that it was centrally located, and that it had a roof top plunge pool. I also thought the roof top staff were amazing! The rest of the staff were great as well.

I thought that the mattress was uncomfortable. It was old and needed to be replaced. The linens and the pillows however were very nice.

Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We loved the location of the hotel since it was not directly on the Ramblas, which is overflowing hordes of shoulder-to-shoulder tourists. The hotel is nicely located near the Plaça Nova and the Barcelona Cathedral, which has several restaurants. The hotel is still within walking distance to the Plaça de Catalunya, which is the hub for the city tour buses. The hotel is also three blocks from the Palau de la Música Catalana, which is an 18th century theater where we saw an excellent flamenco show. The hotel is also located right next to the Mercat de Santa Caterina, where you can by all kinds of fresh food. There are several small convenience stores and a supermarket, and coffee shops (the famous coffee franchise) nearby as well.

The room was small for the price. It could have been bigger had they designed the bathrooms to be smaller. Would have preferred 2 full beds instead of one King size bed.

Amazing!

Amazing staff. Very friendly front desk and doormen (nico in particular). INigo the manager was the best!!! Can’t thank him enough. Rooftop has excellent views and amazing drinks.

Very good - staff helpful.

Breakfast was disappointing - very expensive. Ridiculous to charge for each item. Coffee too strong. We went next door to the food hall for breakfasts. We had lunch on the first day - very simple.

Simple bath instead of a plunge pool. Using too much water.

Excellent value for a 5 star hotel in a great location with amazing Rooftop views. We loved it!

The staff were all extremely helpful, welcoming, and friendly. We loved the decor of the hotel and the facilities were all superb. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

I would have given a 10/10 had it not been a bit quiet In the restaurant in the evenings. We decided not to eat there as we would have been the only ones doing so which was a shame as I'm sure the food would have been excellent. (Obviously this isn't the hotels fault, just our experience)

Good was great

No late checkout available and when asked not sure the reception staff even checked. It felt like everything was an effort for them. Wait staff and bell boys were friendly - couldn’t do more for you!

Fabulous stay

The service was unparalleled. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. From the moment you enter the hotel the staff made us feel so welcome offering a welcome drink, checking us into our room early and willing to go the extra mile. We so enjoyed our stay there. Thank you for making the trip to Barcelona so memorable.
