Thank you for taking the time to read about our condo we named “Endless Summer”. It has been our beach retreat (even though we live close by) for 6 years, also sharing it with others! We rent short term exclusively through VRBO and also have a long term renter who enjoys the condo 4 months out of the year (reason why you will not see reviews January-April). I am onsite prior to every new reservation (reviewing and inspecting) making sure your stay is flawless! I also offer to do your grocery shopping for you (please confirm availability) and load into the condo refrigerator/cupboards for a small fee… wouldn’t that be great to just walk in and start your vacation! I am also a quick call/text away for any concern or question, so just let me know!

*All appliances are stainless steel, full sized, including toaster oven, 12 cup coffee maker, and Keurig
* Samsung large capacity front load washer and dryer is located off the kitchen.
*A separate dining area that seats 4 as well as bar stool seating for an additional 4 at the kitchen peninsula.
*The outdoor patio has four teak chairs with cushions and two coffee tables along with a storage container with all beach gear
*2 TOMMY BAHAMA RECLINING BEACH CHAIRS AND LARGE ADJUSTABLE BEACH UMBRELLA. I WILL HAVE THESE CHAIRS IN THE WALK THROUGH CLOSET TO PREVENT RUSTING. IF THEY ARE USED, PLEASE RINSE WITH THE HOSE NEXT TO THE BEACH BOARDWALK, DRY AND RETURN TO THE CLOSET. This is the only request I ask of my guests during the entire stay and therefore will have to hold the security deposit if not done. * There are dedicated biking paths and availability to enter Jetty Park (world renown fishing) within walking distance (1.5 mile)
* Walk to Cocoa Beach Pier on the beach (2.3 mile).
* Royal Mansions complex provides the closest beach to all Orlando's attractions including Disney, Universal Studios and Sea World. Not to mention just 5 minutes from Port Canaveral and cruise terminals.
*This location is unique since all space launches can be viewed close up on the boardwalk or beach
*43” smart TV in the living room and 43” iTV in bedroom. You are responsible for signing in to your own subscription services. LIVE TV is the option to choose when watching cable/HBO (provided)

This was an amazing place to stay. It had plenty of room and everything we needed. Our children enjoyed all of the things for the beach and sand as well. I had everything I needed to do a few loads of laundry and cook breakfast for us. We will definitely keep this place in mind for our next trip.

It was very peaceful and the access to the beach was fabulous! The condo was spotlessly clean, and very well outfitted. Nearby restaurants were very good and a really short drive.

This condo stay was amazing! We came to florida from Minnesota for my daughter to go to space camp at the Kennedy Space Center. This was a great and convenient spot to stay for that. It's about a 20 min, easy drive to the KSC visitor center, and after camp, we had the pool, a short boardwalk to the beach, only a few minutes drive to all the attractions at Coco Beach, and of course the beautiful condo. It was easy to see how much love was placed in the decoration and setup of the condo. All the amenities of home, and in a very cute setting. The place was immaculately clean, lots of supplies, towels, beach toys and accessories and even a small welcome snack basket. I wouldn't change a thing about our stay, it was wonderful. The minute we walked in I said to my wife "I wonder if they would sell this place?" I liked it so much. The owners have great communication, we received messages beforehand for the whole check in process, things to do, and more. We had a slight issue with the electronic door lock one of the days (user error on my part) and a quick phone call and chat fixed us right up. All in all an A+ experience.

Very tentative host, clear directions and quick responses. The condo was very clean and just as advertised. Great location with a private beach. Provided us with beach chairs, beach accessories. We got to see a space ship launch from our private beach. Highly recommend

We have stayed at Royal Mansions before and always enjoyed the close proximity to the beach - just steps away. Our Grandkids, 12, 10 and 9 had been asking to see the ocean. They were so excited and had the best time at Endless Summer. Everything is provided for you including beach towels, beach chairs and boogie boards for fun filled days at the beach. Any questions are quickly answered with a quick text to Gretchen. Endless Summer is a lovely place to stay. It was so convenient for us as the pool is just steps away for the Grandkids to swim. We also enjoyed the rocket launches and were able to see two during our stay. Everything was immaculate and tastefully decorated. You will not be disappointed if you have a chance to stay at Endless Summer.

It was a wonderful experience and it met all our expectations. The property has a tons of extras from beach umbrellas, beach toys, sunblock, shampoo, conditioner, coffee and a complementary tray of treats among many other things. The place was super clean and exactly as described. Thank you Gretchen for a wonderful vacation place. Rent this with full confidence. You will no regret it. We will definitely come back again!

This place was absolutely wonderful. Great location, 7 mins from Port Parking. It was clean cute and cozie. Short walk to the beach that was beautiful and not crowed. We then enjoyed the pool on ghe way in and it was wonderful, and clean. The condo had everything, beach stuff, coffee station, tray of snacks, nice fluffy white towels. I loved the hamper in the bathroom, the shower was super clean and felt great on your feet. Bath and Body Works hand soap. We loved the Roku TV and the AC was kicking! Samsung washer and dryer was awesome. Absolutely a wonderful stay, Gretchen was on it with the communication as well, it was wonderful to be in contact with the owner and not a company. Absolutely wonderful! We are booking for next year!

You can’t ask for a better place in Cape Canaveral. The location is fantastic, the condo is clean and comfortable! You are on the beach with a private boardwalk for this condo complex meaning the beach isn’t overrun with people. Plenty of beach towels, toys etc provided so no need to bring your own. The pool is clean and right outside the door! We were never bothered by noise from outside. We will come back to this unit every summer!

This condo was exactly what my family of 5 needed to relax and rest after the Disney parks. The KSC is a short drive away and the host gave us a list of local shops/restaurants nearby to enrich our experience. She even sent us a notification about a rocket launch and so thankful she did--was a highlight! Property clean and secure; perfect for families. Everything you need for the beach is available which made our beach day effortless! Would definitely stay here again...we even ran into someone staying at a different condo on the property who mentioned they wish they had gotten this one as they had stayed there before.

This VRBO is in a great location and gated for security. The beach is literally in the backyard. Gretchen is a fantastic host. She keeps in complete contact with you and also keep you updated on any upcoming launches from the Kennedy space center that you could witness. The property we stayed at was absolutely gorgeous, my daughter wants to live there. We will definitely be returning.

This property was so nice! Just a short walk to the beach boardwalk, and the pool is just outside the door. It's beautifully updated and incredibly clean inside. They even provided some snacks, water, and coffee- all those sweet finishing touches. Love the location- feels like a small town. And we had so much beach space to ourselves. Owner was always there if we needed her and she was super sweet. My family had so much fun on this trip-I hope we get to come back and stay again sometime!

This place is a gem. Being right on the beach is such a plus! In addition, Gretchen has provided an extremely comfortable and immaculately clean place to stay with so many amenities it would be hard to list them all. We enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, luxurious bathroom, washer-dryer, beach chairs, and ample storage. Gretchen was great to work with and very responsive regarding questions and concerns. She let us know about a Space-X launch occurring during our stay which we could watch while standing on the beach. The whole experience was awesome and we look forward to our next visit!

This was our first Vrbo stay and I was a little nervous. Overall, the reservation was simple and the host communication was great. Gretchen reached out right away and there were really no unanswered questions. I was impressed! The place was immaculate and the location was perfect. We enjoyed it here very much. We stayed here the night before boarding a cruise ship and absolutely loved it! We were able to walk on the beach and it’s so close to the terminal we were able to watch the cruise ships leave port. Highly recommend! Check-in was super easy and upon booking, I had immediate information and instructions on checking in, codes, time, etc. I will definitely be booking this cute place again!

Our family stayed at Gretchen's property for a few days post our cruise. Everything was absolutely wonderful from the communication prior to our stay, during and the property itself. This is a nice and quiet place to stay and was hands down one of if not the cleanest VRBO we've ever stayed at, you can truly tell that the host cares about this place! Unfortunately, the pool heater had quit working so it was pretty cold swimming for our children but hanging out on the beach and everything else about the property more than made up for it. Thanks for everything Gretchen!

What more could you ask for staying away from home! Cleanliness is most important to me and this place had that covered. Beds were comfy! Pool and hot tub right outside the door. Beach a few steps away. Really appreciated the stocked coffee bar (Not to mention snacks, laundry detergent, soap!)! Would stay here again and definitely recommend it!

The property was very beautiful & very clean. Everything we needed was at the property. The host was extremely helpful & provided so many amenities to make our stay enjoyable! All restaurants & shopping areas were a short drive away. The beach was easily accessible &we took walks every day! This was a great experience and great place to stay. Location was excellent with the beach right across the boardwalk. Pool available but we just swam in the ocean. Got to see SpaceX launch from the boardwalk probably less than 100 steps from our condo. Enough room for the 6 of us. I really appreciated the little things like the coffee bar and some snack bars. Also, really nice to sit outside on the patio at night and listen to the ocean.

This condo was perfect. My family stayed here the night before our cruise and it had everything we needed. Gretchen was so easy to communicate with and the process was spot on. She gave us recommendations on where to eat and Fishlips was delicious. So convenient to everything. She even has tubs of legos for the kids and our granddaughter loved it. This was the perfect place for us! The location was great being right by the pool and so easy to get onto the beach too. It was peaceful and not crowded like other places we’ve been. The host was very helpful and even let us know there was going to be a night launch while we were there and where we could see.
