Cute cottage in a great location, only thing that would have made it even better would have been an electric blanket, other than that for the price it was great, thank you, Sue and Steve

The house is in a perfect location. Only a short drive or walk into the town centre. Great if you’re planning on doing a wine tour. It is small but that suited us. It is a little run down and in need of a few minor repairs such as the creaky floorboards, poor shower head, broken bathroom door lock and door handle. We would have liked a couple of extra blankets as it was a little cold in the rooms. It would have also been nice to have another mirror in the house.

Just lovely.

Perfectly located cottage. Issue on the first night was resolved immediately by the owners which was very appreciated. Comfortable…just a little chilly but winter in Mudgee in a 100 year old cottage is to be expected. Great value and ideal for a few nights away.

Spotlessly clean two bedroom venue, close to the town, all amenities available with only one exception, cloths storing in bedroom 2. We really appreciated the neat and easy use of the house.

Lovely weekend in Mudgee with friends. The cottage was quite cosy with nice facilities, perfectly roomy for 4 people. It was convenient to walk into town & beautifully positioned for the start of the Mudgee classic. Would stay there again.

Property is as described and has all necessities. Close to heart of Mudgee - can walk in for dinner. Clean and tidy. Yes, you can hear the traffic, but not as bad as other places we stayed - and I know I slept soundly! Great base to explore an amazing area - we loved Mudgee!

Just as described and excellent value for money, would definitely book again. Just one thing it would be good to have another couple of mirrors. Thanks for having us Sharon Vere and Pam

Great little place, nicely presented and exactly what the three of us needed while we ran the Mudgee marathon! Only thing missing was a fireplace (but reverse cycle worked well to keep us warm in August). Host was also very accommodating with a couple of requests we had, which made our stay stress free. Thank you!

Clean little cottage.
It was cold inside when we arrived. But warmed up after a while with the reverse cycle a/c.
Nice renovated bathroom. Lovely deep bath.
The kitchen was well set up with appliances.
There was only one mirror, in the bathroom. Another mirror somewhere would of been great.
Communication was fantastic. When we had to change our trip, Julie helped us out. Thank you so much for our lovely stay.

The house was small but had everything we needed and more, was warm and cosy and close to town. Had a small back deck with table and chairs. We would all stay there again

Lovely property...easy access to town..walking distance... my only suggestion would be a hand rail on the steps to make it easier access for us older folk. But otherwise enjoyed our stay 😊

This property is underwhelming, the photos don’t provide an accurate representation. There was a lot of dust, no fly screens and all costs were spared. For the price it was disappointing.

Nice cottage, very clean, needs more kitchen utensils, containers etc.

A very old quaint cottage from a by long gone era with an updated kitchen and bathroom some time back.
Have to agree with previous reviews. The cottage is on the Mudgee by pass road so its busy with significant traffic noise especially at night with the trucks. Toilet and bathroom had unpleasant odours – first day was fine but by day 2 and 3 it was crook with the odour getting into the towels. Plenty of hot water – nice.
Outside deck has seen better days but it was comfortable with the shade of a near by tree. Quiet enjoyed this side of the cottage.
Comfortable for 2 people but maybe a stretch for 4 with one loo and one bathroom but with close friends you could manage this.
Overall the cottage was clean and tidy. For a change the rate was fair for what you got – so pleased with this. Comms with Julie was fine.
Would we stay again – definitely consider it.

We were in Mudgee for a 50th this was perfect for two couples. So central as well, 10 minutes walk into the heart of town. Will definitely be back

Clean comfortable convenient location
The hosts were easy to communicate with and straightforward. It's in a very central location in Mudgee. The locks around the house seemed to be loose - probably from heavy use from all the guests over time. However, nothing really to fault here. Would definitely use again for Mudgee trips.
