Nice apartment with a modern bathroom and cosy balcony

Modern interior, spacious bathroom and bedroom, and 10 minutes from the train station. City center is around 20 minutes by foot.

Pleasant

The room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were quite great. The room and bathroom were clean. The location is quite near the station. If you're about to use public transport, this is a great spot to stay. If you want to enjoy the city life and more touristic areas of La Spezia, I would recommend a stay closer to the harbour. We used the location as a base for our trip to Cinque Terre.

Unfortunately we didn't meet the owner. This made the stay quite anonymous. There is indeed a parking nearby, but parking in the street is not recommended. The Italian parking style might introduce some bumps to your car :-(. The parking lot is not that big, and you need some luck to find a spot. The fridge in the room makes quite some noise. The appartments have been renovated, so these look modern, but I guess seen the age and construction of the building, the water sometimes doesn't run from the shower.

It can be very hard to park your car on a street near the accommodation if you come in the evening (like we at 10 pm). We had to park 10-minutes walk away and we were yet lucky to find last space.

Very comfortable room, big and equipped with all you need for a short stay. Communication with Manuel was excellent. No noise from the trains once windows are closed.

Instruction to enter the apartment arrived on the morning via booking app, but as we’re traveling - we do not check apps other then WhatsApp and phones. No elevator, so you need to take baggage by hand.

The place was very clean. Easy access to train station. Parking just outside the room. Very safe place. Good aircon and very good free WiFi. Would recommend if you want to visit Cinque Terre.

The room was very clean and looked great! The bathroom was very spacious and nicely set. Had an AC That worked great :) also liked that we Could walk to the train station and the City center . Everything was contactless and very simple . :)

Free parking in front of the building is a huge plus! We had a room with a balcony facing the city and the railway. The balcony was great for an evening chill. The room was equipped with a mini-fridge and a kettle. Overall the apartment was very clean. Manuel was very communicative, we didn’t meet in person, just on whatsapp, the self check-in is possible. The train station is up to 15 mins of walking, the supermarket is nearby.

A bit noisy air-condition. Quite far to the harbour, however we chose the location because of the closeness of the train station, so we knew it in advance.

The room was nice and spacious and quiet Bathroom was good too and Manuel was very reactive! Nice host We stayed one night only because we went to the Cinque terre
