A charming two bedroom Victorian apartment situated next to Worthing train station. Only 5-10 minute walk to the town centre and 10-15 minute walk to the beach. The shops and a beach with a beautiful pier is just a short walk away. Recently refurbished, this flat can sleep up to 4 people. Brighton is just 20 mins by train Gatwick airport is just 50 mins by train and London Victoria is 1 hour 10 by train.

Lovely little flat. Really clean and lots of extra details to make you feel home. The host was very helpful, sorted our parking permit for us. There was some games that my 2 kids loved. Self check in and check out. Loved it, we'll be back next time we are in Worthing.

Return visit with family. The flat is well presented and fully equipped. The supply of bread, milk etc was greatly appreciated, as were the games that Marie supplied for my granddaughters. We hope to visit again before the end of the year. Thank you!

The flat is lovely and well equipped and our hostess was very helpful to find a parking place. The place was very clean, neat and well furnished. The only thing a little bit negative was that there was a road nearby which was a bit noisy with windows opened. The rest was perfect. Thank you Marie for your kindness

Great communication with host. Very homely feel and lovely extra touches like ice cream as it’s was a very hot day on arrival. We book the same place every year as this is about as good as it gets from these platforms. Seamless, easy, comfortable and friendly host

We enjoyed a lovely stay at this apartment as we were visiting friends in Worthing! It was the perfect little base as we were out busy all day. It was comfortable and convenient. The only niggle is the the oven and hob could be upgraded. But that’s it.

Im Großen und Ganzen wäre die Wohnung eigentlich ganz nett. Leider ließ die Sauberkeit zu w0nschen übrig!!! Hier wurde schon sehr lange nicht mehr geputzt !!! Die Küche war eine einzige Katastrophe,-der Kühlschrank war versifft u.müffelte auf dem Boden lagen noch etliche Krümel,an der Schöpfkelle klebten noch die Speisereste der letzten Gäste.Besteck u.Geschirr haben wir erst mal gespült > Ekelfaktor

Found this to be a good location for visiting family all within walking distance. Excellent alehouse just across the railway line and town centre a short walk away. Everything else you could need is a short walk. Didn't need to contact Marie as everything was there.

Freundliche und helle Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Wohnung, von der aus Worthing gut zu Fuß zu erkunden ist. Für Ausflüge ohne Auto ist die Nähe zum Bahnhof ideal. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, hell und gemütlich. Es gibt einen tollen indischen Take away ganz in der Nähe und auch ein Supermarkt ist nur zwei Minuten entfernt. Marie ist eine Gastgeberin, die schnell antwortet und sich gut um alles kümmert. Gerne übernachten wir wieder hier, wenn wir in Worthing sind.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche in Südengland verbracht und aufgrund der zentralen Lage der Wohnung im Zentrum Worthings sowohl die Zugverbindungen als auch den Fußweg ans Meer reichlich genutzt. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet und für bis zu fünf Personen (Familie mit drei Kindern) gut geeignet.

This is going to be a difficult review to write. We had high expectations based on previous reviews. The flat itself is nice enough, tastefully/quirkily decorated and clean. However we didn’t feel settled there for a number of reasons. The main reason was the area. It is in a part of Town which might be described as studenty at best, and on a main road. The front Windows look like original single glazed sash windows which are not sound proof. The side windows where the bedrooms are, are double glazed. Parking is stressful. There is no parking outside the property, you have to find somewhere to park in the zone which could be half a km away. Not relaxing coming back from a day out and having to find a parking space (though we always did) It’s not THAT close to the sea. In short I can’t really recommend it to young families, older people or those looking for a relaxing week in a seaside town. However it’s fine for younger people, and short breaks/use as a base for a wedding or birthday party for example.

Everything we needed and more

Marie's clean flat was very functional and had everything we needed for our base while attending the wedding of friends - an iron, shelves and hangers, plenty of bedding and towels, proximity to a grocery store, even bread, butter and milk left in the fridge for us. Parking could be slightly tricky but we always managed to find a space. Marie was also very responsive. Can recommend Marie's place wholeheartedly!

Lovely clean property, 7 of us stayed and had plenty of room, very modern and the owner goes above and beyond with warming touches like bread milk tea coffee sugar and butter. also answers any questions you have very quickly, great location. We had a great time and would definitely book again.
