This stunning, ultra-modern, beautifully furnished garden unit is situated in the newly built “The William” in Fourways. It comprises of 3 bedrooms (with BIC), 2 bathrooms (en-suite with shower, and main bathroom with shower & bath), a fabulous kitchen With white ceasarstone tops, opening into the dining / lounge area which leads out through sliding doors onto a covered patio and large 100m2 Astro Turf garden with 6 seater outdoor patio set with cushioned chairs. Plus a 4 seater undercover patio wicker set and coffee table for relaxing outside. The kitchen is equipped with high-end appliances, i.e. microwave, gas oven and hob with an extractor fan, double sink, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and fridge. Other features include high quality blinds, tinted windows to regulate the temperature, WiFi (Fibre Uncapped), DSTV Full Explorer dual view access, wall mounted TV’s in 2 bedrooms and 55” 3D TV in lounge.
