About this house rental

Just thinking about a visit to the beach calms the mind and soothes the soul. The tranquil blue waters and sugar white sand of the Emerald Coast beckon. The sound of the waves and the soothing sensation of live music call out. And there is no place better than “Seafoam" to set the tone for a relaxing getaway!

"Seafoam" is a sleek coastal home aptly characterized by its expansive, thoughtfully designed floor plan. It features a well-appointed, centrally located kitchen that opens onto spacious living and dining areas making it the perfect spot for multiple families or a group vacation. Two sets of french doors flank the fireplace at the back of the home and open to an inviting outdoor seating area perfect for enjoying a cocktail and the crisp evening air. When you need to relax, you can sequester yourself to one of the four extra large bedrooms that comfortably sleep eleven. Each bedroom features a private, ensuite bathroom and is equipped with a flat panel television. The first floor master bedroom was appointed with brand new furnishings including a Stearns and Foster mattress set.

The main floor of the home provides an absolutely fabulous space for everyone to gather. Whether preparing a meal, enjoying a light snack or catching the game on television; everyone is still together. The family room is equipped with a large, flat screen television, Blu-Ray player, digital cable television set top box, and high fidelity, surround sound stereo system. The home features state of the art wireless high speed Internet service. The first floor laundry/mud room located on the side of the home features a full-size washer and dryer and laundry sink.

This idyllic vacation getaway is nestled on Sailfish Street within the Seacrest Beach community. Seafoam is close to all the activity without the hustle and bustle of being on the main thoroughfare. You are mere minutes away from the signature Lagoon pool which, at 12,000 square feet, is the largest pool on 30A! As you are located near the front of the subdivision, the beautiful beaches of South Walton are a quick walk away. If you don’t feel like walking and carrying your beach gear, simply not on one of the Seacrest Beach Community trams (operating March through October) to ferry your party over to the beach.

The home is within easy walking distance to the restaurants, shops, candy stores, and cafés of Rosemary Beach, Peddler’s Pavilion and Alys Beach. This house was awesome for our group of 7, and would have slept more than that no problem! Loved the location, large kitchen and bikes included. Was really convenient for each bedroom to have it's own bathroom. Management was quick to reply with any questions. Love the close proximity to beach, pool and downtown festivities! This is our fifth time to this beach and probably the best overall house we have had so far when it comes to size and location. Thanks for a great week!

We have been staying in this neighborhood for 14 years and this was our best house yet! Very roomy for the 8 of us! Close to pool and beach! Loved it and already booked it for next year!

The house was very spacious and has everything you need for a large group. The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable, and each bedroom has an attached bathroom (nice for privacy). The neighborhood is in an excellent location and walkable to anything you need. The property manager, Sandra, was fabulous and answered all my questions in a friendly and timely manner. We would definitely stay here again. **My ONLY complaint is the about the beach area. The beachfront during Spring Break for this community is very, VERY limited for the amount of homes/people in the neighborhood. If you don’t rent beach chairs from the beach rental company set up there, you have nowhere to sit. They tell you “behind their chairs”, but we sat down in 2 different places and were asked to move so the security/safety patrol could drive through. It is THAT crowded (and miserable). Make arrangements to go to a different beach area during Spring Break and you will be ok. Otherwise, you will not even be able to SEE the ocean.

I have rented many places in this beachside community and this was definitely the best. Wonderful kitchen, made cooking fun and enjoyable. I highly recommend the home to anybody.

This was our 6th year at Seacrest and by far, this was our favorite property to date. The open-air design and proximity to the pool, shops/restaurants, and beach was perfect. The convenience of having bikes on the property at no charge was an added bonus. Sandra was a perfect host and quick to answer any questions we had. Thank you to the team at 30A Sea Story, we can't wait to book our next trip.

With that being said….the one downfall was the crowd at the pool ALL of the time and NO chairs ever. The beach was extremely crowded with five rows of rentals

We absolutely loved our stay! The house was large, clean and had a kitchen that was stocked with every utensil, device, Tupperware, etc that you could ask for! There was more than enough room for our group of 8 and you could not beat how easy it was to walk to everything including food, entertainment, the beach and pool! It was hard to leave!!!

Overall, the property was just as advertised. The location was perfect and the property management company was extremely responsive to any issues we had. It was central to many incredible restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. And it was about a five minute walk to the beach, which was very manageable. We all had a great time.

This property would have rated considerably more, however the cleaning crew did not do an adequate job for a higher rating. The floors had been washed, but it appeared they never changed out the water for the entire house. All baseboards and had dirty water splashes and visible dust and dirt. The floors in general were not clean. An upstairs bathroom vent had visible mold which should have been discovered upon the previous cleaning. The ice maker was so slow in producing any ice we had to buy at least 3 bags of ice (for a 6 day stay). It was impossible to regulate the temperature in the house. Downstairs was freezing, while those sleeping upstairs were HOT. The kitchen was very well outfitted for a large group and the layout of furnishings for our family was great. My recommendation would be to require more of the cleaning crew for this property…particularly in these times.

We had the best time in this home! It is so conveniently located between the pool and the beach, and we loved everything about the house. Definitely rent extra bikes at close by Peddler’s Pavilion. We didn’t even get a rental car - everything was a bike ride away! Thank you for the lovely stay!

I can't say enough about this gorgeous home - I am very picky and it was perfect, tall ceilings, open floorplan, location and proximity to beach, loved master on main and other bedrooms upstairs. Everything was so perfect - loved all the bathrooms too! Can't wait to come back.

This is our seventh year staying in Seacrest and this was our favorite house yet! It is centrally located which makes it easy to get to the pool, beach and shops. Comfortable beds and all the amenities we needed. The outside area and bikes were a plus!

We loved the location and set up of the house. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could imagine. We are cooks so we loved that. The WiFi did not work for most of the weekend which was not helpful for the kids schooling. Overall it was a great weekend with friends and the location of the house in the neighborhood is great and close to everything. Beaches were too crowded so we spent our days at inlet beach.
