I would go back there if I return to Manaus, and I recommend it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice emergency amenities like noodles, hamburgers,...

The windows, on the second floor, were direct to the street below, so a lot of traffic noise, and also people loud conversation. Some ants in the room, but for the price, it was expected, although using javel javel water during cleaning helps to prevent this occurrence, I think.

The location in the city was ideal..Makes shopping easy.

Room was not good . Don't like basements. Poor Internet form our room.Linen was too old for guests. Receptionist need to know some English.

we only came in for a very short time.

Staff was excellent and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Own bathroom was nice. TV in the room was a nice surprise.

There were blood stains on the sheets and comforter which was a bit concerning, but the sheets looked clean (Perhaps old stains) We only saw the area that the hotel was in at night and it was a bit scary for us Canadians. I am sure it is much better in the day time but we arrived very late and then we were on tour all day and then headed to the airport so I am not sure that our assessment of the area is actually a fair one.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Clean accommodation with air con. Good place for a short and sweet stay in Manaus, especially if you’re getting a boat down the amazon (5 minute walk from the port).

Close to the dock, speaks for itself... We didn’t venture out far at night. Safety questionable.
