Colleen hosted us for a bachelorette party and everyone had a great time! The easy access to a private dock made for perfect lake days!

My family and I had a great stay at this home. Home is in a great location and has a beautiful view of Boulder Bay/lake. Area was very peaceful and quite. A short walk to Boulder Bay Park which our dog loved. The home had everything we needed and more. Check in was very easy with clear instructions. We did contact host with a question and host responded very quickly.

My husband and I are from New York State and came to California to visit our daughters and boyfriend. We were looking for something different than LA area where they live and we have been before. We decided to try Big Bear Lake and had a wonderful stay! It was approximately 1.5 hour drive for us from the Ontario CA airport and about the same drive for our kids from their locations.
The house is in a beautiful quiet neighborhood and cove are on the lake. The kitchen is well equipped for both cooking and baking and the layout is very comfortable. It is exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the amenities of the hot tub, kayaks, ping pong, gas grill and board games!
The location was super close to the village for doing , shopping and marina, as well as many hiking trails. Colleen, our host, is very responsive pre stay and during stay..she even notified us prior to arrival about a road closure up to the mountain so we were able to take an alternate route without surprise. We loved Big Bear Lake and this property and would definitely stay here again!

Everything was as described in the property listing and more. The ad did not state there was a grill, bonus for us. We found that the bedding was warm and comfortable. Waking up to the lake view was phenomenal. The kitchen was fully equipped. The bathroom upstairs even had hair ties. Definitely an extra for us ladies.

I think this is our 4th time staying at this cabin. We love it, obviously! The canoe and kayaks are a real plus. It has great beds and is well supplied with cooking utensils, pots and pans, and spices. Hope to stay here again!

This is the best choice for Big Bear Lake! The location, amenities and responsiveness of the owner, Colleen, was all first rate! We look forward to another visit soon!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Super comfy cabin and amazing front porch views! Loved utilizing the kayaks on the property! Owner was very quick to respond to any questions we had. It does get a little warm upstairs but once the sun went down and you opened everything up it cooled off. Fans in every room as well. We will definitely be back!

Probably one of the best locations in Boulder Bay. We tethered a lily pad off the dock and enjoyed the close proximity to the “Island”. Furniture was super comfortable. Lots of seating areas. Incredible views. Great amenities.

Perfect for our family and dog! Great quiet bay front location with dock with wonderful views. Close enough to stores and services but far enough away to feel free from the hustle and bustle. Owner is very nice and responsive and was a big help to us during our stay.

We have stayed in Big Bear many times and in many great houses, I’d say this is one of the best because it is comfortable and the views cannot be beat. Great neighborhood, close to everything and yet very quiet and private feeling. Walking around the neighborhood (one of my favorite things to do) you see the true beauty of Big Bear. We had a family of 5 plus our 2 pups, all adults (including my 84 year old mom) and all really enjoyed everything about the house. Plenty of space for all, and the outdoor spaces are great. Colleen is a fantastic host. We hope to return very soon, would love to be there in the warm weather to really get use of the lake.

My husband and daughter and I stayed here for 3 nights. We visit Big Bear multiple times a year and we all agreed this house was our most favorite out of all the homes we have stayed at. The host was very helpful and the house was beautifully maintained and stocked with everything we could have needed.

This was our second stay at this home and we thoroughly enjoyed it! The hot tub was my favorite!

Rooms very spacious and comfortable beds. 2 fireplaces. Good wifi. Steps to the lake. Beautiful view. Hot tub. 3 rooms plus a sofa bed downstairs. Perfect.

This property was very comfortable with plenty to keep our group of adults enjoying each other's company. The kitchen was well-supplied with enough space left to store our food. We hardly looked at our electronic devices (even though WiFi was strong and outlets abundant) and were very engaged in connecting with each other. Everyone had a great time!

Is the lake almost at a record low? Yes! Were we able to use the dock and kayaks? Sadly no. but do not let that take away from enjoying a great property that is very well located and in a quiet location on Boulder Bay. My family had a blast and enjoyed everything this property had to offer including the board games. Colleen, the host, was very receptive and answered all questions we had in a timely manner. We would not hesitate to stay at this location again.

We would recommend staying at this property which is situated in a very quiet area right alongside the lake.
The inside of the house was very clean upon arrival with clear instructions provided as to how to use the facilities.
Colleen was an excellent host and extremely quick to respond to messages.
Its evident that the lake has receded over recent times but that didn't detract from the enjoyment of the stay.

This was a trip for my Birthday weekend and it was amazing. The house was perfect and had all of the appliances and kitchen gadgets you could need. The hot tub and outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and playing pingpong. The neighborhood is quite and everyone was super friendly when walking by. Sunset from the hot tub was beautiful! Although the lake is a bit low right now we were able to kayak right from the dock. We would definitely stay again!

We go away on vacation together every year and this was our favorite spot so far1 the views were phenomenal! Not featured enough on this listing. The ping pong table was great the Kayaks were so much fun. The lay out of the kitchen and living room was great for game nights and the beds were better than my own bed at home. No ants, no loud neighbors, no problems at all. Would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Well located and clean and comfortable. Unfortunately the lake was very low.
Clean, well located. Nothing fancy but it was fine. Lake was low so really no water activities. Easy to communicate with and quick to respond.

Great property close to lake.
We had a great experience. We looked for something lakeside but reasonable and found it. Colleen was amazing to work with, very responsive. If I could see improvement on one thing it would probably be to clean out the path to the dock. It was a little hard to get to, lots of weeds and rocks. I would definitely stay again!

Family getaway
This place was perfect for our family. The lake was easy to access, which allowed us to take breaks from kayaking and the sun. We did a morning, after lunch and an early evening kayak run. I loved sitting on the patio drinking my coffee and watching the pelicans. There is no AC but if you open the windows around 5;00 and turn on the fans the upstairs cools off quickly. Loved our trip!! Colleen was extremely helpful with any issue we had. Thanks again!!

Perfect Girls trip
We had such a wonderful time. Six moms looking for a peaceful, chill place which is 💯 what we got. It was so cute and had everything we needed to cook and just hang out. It was amazing to hang out in the hot tub and look at the lake. The canoe and kayaks were awesome.
