About this apartment rental
Gorgeous 2 bedroom suite in the Fontainebleau's all luxury condo tower, the Tresor Tower on. This two bedroom is on the 36th floor! Connecting 1 bedroom + Jr suite with 2 King beds, 2 full-size sofa sleepers, full kitchen, living room + 2nd kitchenette and 3 full bathrooms.

Bed setup: This accommodation sleeps maximum 9 guests. 1 bedroom apartment has one king size bed in the bedroom and a full size sleeper sofa in the living room area, the connecting junior suite has a king size bed and a full size sleeper sofa accommodating 8 guests comfortably. Up to 3 extra rollaway beds can be rented from the hotel for an additional $60/night plus tax each to accommodate a 9th guest or for added comfort.

1. Hotel transient rental fee $16.52 plus tax for each unit
2. Hotel's mandatory check out cleaning service charge
Mandatory cleaning fee and hotel transient rental fee are not included in the rate, and are charged by the hotel upon departure.
DEFAULT SELECTION FOR YOUR STAY IS MANDATORY CHECK OUT CLEANING: $360 + tax (no service provided during stay).
Every other day cleaning option is also available at the cost of $175/cleaning + tax, plus additional check out cleaning fee of $360.
Additional linens, towels, etc. can be ordered by calling housekeeping during your stay.
We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel, and is subject to change, MUST be confirmed by the guest at check-in with the front desk agent. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning, preference must be communicated by guest upon check-in. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee.
Guest Access
The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), and 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite and 5 wristbands for a 1 bedroom suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel's mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite and valet parking.
We would like to inform all of our Tresor Tower guests that sometimes elevator delays maybe expected either due to high occupancy or maintenance.
Fontainebleau is known as a vibrant resort, where the well known BleauLive entertainment series takes place delivering shows and poolside events (additional cost) in addition to different conventions taking place hosted by the hotel. While Fontainebleau is the primary place to “see and be seen” in Miami, please take these events, the corresponding sound factor and its possible impact on your stay (i.e. volume of guests, reduced availability for restaurant reservations), into consideration when choosing your dates. It is solely the guest's responsibility to check the Hotel events calendar or reach out to the Hotel directly for details prior to booking. The host has no involvement in coordinating and organizing these events and is not to be held responsible for reduced access to amenities in relation to these events.

HOTEL POLICY: A credit card is required at check in for estimated incidental charges of $200 per day in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply. As an alternative to a credit card, a $600 cash deposit plus room and tax may be provided at check-in if the room is not prepaid.

Check in and communication prior was easy and smooth. When we checked in however the place was missing hand soap, kitchen utensils and plates were dirty, floor was dirty where we had to keep flip flops on in the apartment otherwise our feet turned black. There was hairs around the apartment and toilet paper left on the balcony. It was not cleaned well at all prior to our arrival. Not to mention the mirror in the bathroom was broken and many lights in the unit did not turn on. The last day of our stay there was also a water outage where we had no running water in the units. The lack of cleanliness was very disappointing especially when we had to also then pay a $350 USD cleaning fee on check out. Otherwise we really enjoyed the location at fountainbleu and access to the resort. The suites were great right beside each other with nice view and we still had a great time I just wish the place was cleaner and in better condition.

Absolutely the most run down unit and property. Do not stay here. 2-3606 and 2-3608 were completely run down. Water stains all over the ceiling. Furniture was disgusting worn. Lamps were torn apart. The showers were totally run down. No hot water in the powder bath. Kitchen was disgusting. Beyond dirty and worn down. You couldn't prepare a meal other than toast. No pots or pans. All around the condo was horrible and the hotel is completely run down inside and out. The best thing about the week was the gem of the SoHo House right next door. Awesome food and atmosphere!!

Absolutely the most run down unit and property. Do not stay here. 2-3606 and 2-3608 were completely run down. Water stains all over the ceiling. Furniture was disgusting worn. Lamps were torn apart. The showers were totally run down. No hot water in the powder bath. Kitchen was disgusting. Beyond dirty and worn down. You couldn't prepare a meal other than toast. No pots or pans. All around the condo was horrible and the hotel is completely run down inside and out. The best thing about the week was the gem of the SoHo House right next door. Awesome food and atmosphere!!

We've stayed at Fontainebleau for the past few Thanksgivings and love the 2 room condo- our 3 adult daughters are comfortably accommodated and we love cooking our turkey in the condo!

This unit comfortably sleeps 5-6 people. With only 2 real beds, and 2 very uncomfortable and damaged pull-outs, I'm not sure how it is allowed to be listed as sleeping 11. (Even if they expect you to squeeze 3 people in each king bed...) The charges to get roll away beds are really expensive. I wanted to add a name to our reservation for check-in process but got no response to emails/ vrbo msgs and the property managers voicemail box is too full to take new messages. Even after this disaster no one from the property has reached out to me, I was left to sort out these issues with hotel staff which really had nothing to do with my booking. Very disappointing.

This unit comfortably sleeps 5-6 people. With only 2 real beds, and 2 very uncomfortable and damaged pull-outs, I'm not sure how it is allowed to be listed as sleeping 11. (Even if they expect you to squeeze 3 people in each king bed...) The charges to get roll away beds are really expensive. I wanted to add a name to our reservation for check-in process but got no response to emails/ vrbo msgs and the property managers voicemail box is too full to take new messages. First, let me say that the grounds of the hotel are beautiful and these rooms were nice but the service was not great. We had a 4:00 check in for both of these rooms and when I went to the desk at exactly 4:00 to check in, neither were ready. We were here for my bachelorette party and I had 10 girls waiting to check in with me. It is simply not acceptable that the rooms not be ready when they are supposed to be ready. We were given excuses and told we could wait in the "Owner's Lounge" which does not solve my problem. I could just as easily have waited in the lobby because the Owner's Lounge was nothing special. At 445, our rooms were finally ready, after we sat there with nothing to do for 45 minutes. When I said this was unacceptable, the gentleman at the desk within the Owner's Lounge told me that he could give me "free" cleaning, once a day, for one room. Again, not acceptable. As the owners of these units, I think you should be aware that this is how the hotel is treating people. I was unimpressed, considering this is supposed to be one of the nicest hotels in Miami. The girls doing bottle service at the pool and beach were wonderful. I will also say that my fiancee ordered two bottles of champagne to be sent to us at 10:00 a.m. and they didn't arrive until 1215- no apology, no explanation. They wouldn't deliver them unless someone was in the room so I had to sit in there and wait for it. I know this is not the fault of the owners of these units but if they are within the hotel, you should care about the service that your guests are receiving.
