Beautiful town & region! The house was super nice! Very clean. Lovingly decorated. Kitchen setup was very nice. Location of the house is out of the hustle and bussell of downtown but close enough with a short drive. The wine country, fresh fruit orchards, and wineries were all superb! We took advantage of the special Discovery Pass for the wine festival that was happening the weekend we were visited.
Would definitely return to Hullcrest Cottage.

Great base for the town, we enjoyed our stay as the house was well-appointed.

This was our first time renting a home, was nervous but it was just fine.
Beds were ok, kitchen was set up for whatever needs we would have (though I couldn't find a cutting board), and bathrooms were stocked well. Loved the decor!
Only downfall was the upstairs was slightly hot, not great airconditioning but they do supply a fan.
We are a tall family so some areas were a tad tight, though it is a cottage so we expected that.
The downstairs bathroom did have a strange water system setup, so there is some noise when using the water, which I read about in one of the reviews.
Nice area, location on a corner lot. Main road can be a tad busy if you have child concerns. Can walk to town, but it was a tad further then expected. Easy to get everywhere we wanted.
Overall a pleasant experience for our first home rental!

We have stayed in VRBO homes across the US and now Canada. This home rates amongst the best for cleanliness, communication, & location
The home is within walking distance of the Shops/Restaurant's as well as a cute park overlooking the Lake. The home is on a busy street but the neighborhood behind the home is filled with beautiful homes & very peaceful for morning walks.
We would stay here again no doubt!

We were very comfortable in this house. It was very clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch. We walked to Queen St a couple of times, which was a little longer than i would have preferred, but doable. I would stay there again.

We enjoyed a very busy week starting with Niagara Parks- falls, gardens, floral clock, cable car and butterfly conservatory. We visited Fort George and learned quite a bit about this fort and area at the time of the war of 1812. We enjoyed many wineries but were most impressed by Peller Estates tour and wine tasting. Our last day we went to Burlington area to Royal Gardens then visited Webster Falls. A phenomenal week!

Well located and outfitted very thoughtfully, this was a very pleasant home away from home. We will be back.

This was our first time renting a house and we are so glad we picked this one. Felt at home as soon as we walked in. It had everything we needed for our visit. Such a cute town and a short drive to Niagara Falls.

The place is cute and nice. Privacy is noted because each bedroom is located on a separate floor. The shower in the basement made a strange noise but I was told that it was due to the pump in the bathroom.

We found the house charming. It is small and there are not many places to put away clothes, but it is near town and made for a pleasant walk. We also appreciated the front porch.

House met all expectations with plenty of room to move around and for all to have their own personal space if needed.

This was are yearly girls trip. The location was perfect to everything we wanted to do. Easy walk to everything you would want, restaurant, shopping, bakery. The house was perfect. House was modern, very clean and very well stocked with all items you would need. Kitchen had everything you would need to cook. Space was ample to accommodate us (4) with personal and together space. The deck was great for sitting outside and enjoying. Neighbor hood was quite and peaceful. Definitely would recommend we give it a 10 out of 10.

The property was perfect for our family. Everyone had there own room. The house is in the perfect spot for town. It was a short drive or walk(if warmer:)). Plenty of options for food. Everything that was advertised for the house was there. The Christmas Tree was the perfect touch. We will be looking to when we can book our next stay here.

We stayed at Sasson House in Niagara-on-the-Lake for a week in mid-August. The location was perfect (just a couple of blocks from the main street) with great facilities. The layout was perfect for our family (2 kids, 2 adults), the outside space was well maintained with a good BBQ and comfy furniture (and plenty of parking). As well as being close to the centre it was also very easy to access cycling routes (to wineries etc) and also more widely (to Niagara Falls etc). I'd thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay.

House was small, but more than enough space for the two of us. We were able to walk into town in 15 minutes & also reach surrounding wineries in just a few minutes.

Perfect location
This cute little cottage was perfect for the four of us. Just a stone’s throw away is a great local bakery, a Tim Horton’s and a small grocery/convenience store. For just a little longer stroll you can head to old downtown walking through the neighborhoods admiring the well kept yards and homes. It was the perfect location for us to experience all that NOTL has to offer. It was very clean and well taken care of. We ended each day sitting out on the front porch watching the vehicles go by and looking at the stars. The only complaints we have (and they are small ones) are that the lift station for the toilet in the lower level bathroom is noisy when you run water or flush the toilet and the main level bedroom is so tiny the bed takes up most of it and there is a desk in there as well so the desk should be removed to make more walking space. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would not hesitate to book this cute rental again if we return.

Lovely Place to Stay
I rented this place to celebrate my Mother's 75th birthday and it was everything I hoped for. My mom, my aunts, my cousin, and I all had a great time and we had no issues at all! I highly recommend staying there.

Cottage near town
This house had a nice open kitchen, dining and living area. Nice bathrooms. Everything was clean, good instructions. The house was very cold when we arrived ie 15C. Fridge is small in size but ok for a 2 night stay.

Great Stay
We had a great stay at Hullcrest cottage. Large lot with a nice deck to enjoy the Sunshine. On a main road, and a little further of a walk to downtown but still manageable! Three bathrooms were great. If staying definitely check out Bar Bea up the street, a hidden gem!

Cozy spot for family
Very nice cozy & welcoming home...clean with all essential items supplied by the host to make guest feel comfortable. Decor is very chic .

It was ok
This was my first time booking with VRBO - a lot of fees that are added on top of the "rate per night". Communication and check in was smooth and the bakery mentioned was great (but there were parts with no sidewalk which made it tricky walking there with kiddos). The location was close to everything but you still have to drive everywhere. The house was well equipped but the basement room smelled like sewage when we walked in. Overall, it was ok but I felt I overpaid for what it was.
