While the neighborhood is highly sensitive to noise, quietness and good behavior are expected to ensure a peaceful stay for all. Please note that organizing a party is not allowed, and groups of teenagers are only accepted upon request.

Unit Layout
You will be staying in a luxurious 5-room villa spanning 300 square meters across two levels, boasting a south-facing position that offers breathtaking views. The villa features a spacious living and dining area measuring 120 square meters, complete with a panoramic window and a satellite TV (flat screen). This living space leads directly to a terrace and swimming pool. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Additionally, there is a shower and a separate toilet on the ground floor.

The upper floor of the villa comprises four bedrooms, each with its unique features. Two of the bedrooms have panoramic windows and are furnished with French beds (180 cm, length 200 cm), showers, toilets, and satellite TVs (flat screens). These rooms provide direct access to the terrace. Another bedroom features a panoramic window, two beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), a shower, a toilet, and a satellite TV (flat screen), also with a terrace exit. The fourth bedroom boasts a panoramic window, a French bed (180 cm, length 200 cm), a bath, a toilet, double hand-basin, and a satellite TV (flat screen), with access to the terrace. The villa is equipped with floor heating for your comfort.

The villa offers a spacious outdoor area, including a 110 square meter terrace and a 65 square meter partially roofed terrace. Enjoy alfresco dining with the provided terrace furniture, a portable barbecue, deck chairs, and a box-room. The stunning views of the sea and the swimming pool will make your vacation truly memorable. For your convenience, the villa is equipped with a safe, hair dryers, and free WiFi internet access. Additionally, there is a garage that can accommodate two cars.
