Lage

Bilder und der tatsächliche Zustand stimmt nicht. Es ist sehr verwohnt. Man kann nur dort nur schlafen. Keine gute Funktionalität

Overall nice place; efficietely run business

The cover of the hole in the bathroom sink beome stuck and would not open. As a result the sink filled with water and would not drain. This happened on our last day/night there. We had to use shower for brushing teath, shaving, washing hands etc. Would be best if these items were checked and funcional

Comfortable charming hotel room with large bathroom

Charming room..Little chunk of a beautiful old apartment house with high ceiling with ornate molding, tall french doors overlooking a small square. Location was great directly below St. George's castle.

The one room was small with immensely large bathroom. Basic necessities with water boiler for provided tea or coffee, but no bottled water, toiletries, bath mat, etc. No television. Wifi was a bit slow and weak. Comfortable bed. There's a radiator puts out heat once we learned how to use it. Also a fan no AC.

Great room and bathroom.

Elegant room Large bathroom Super shower, lots of HOT water, lots of pressure and quantity of water. Towel warmer!!

online check in didn't work and wasted an hour to get access code. Forced to download Booking.com app which didn't do squat to help. No air conditioning. Drapery rods need silicone, hard to open and close.

Big bathroom Good location

No Air Conditioning despite general description of the property saying it has it. Intentionally deceptive, only certain rooms have AC so beware! Frustrating check-in process, code did not work. Lucky we had phone data to contact the property.

Our stay was really good, comfy bed, great view and spacious bathroom.

The location was really perfect. In the center but in a rather quite part of Lisbon

We weren’t able to open the door when we came back in the evening. The lock clicked but the door didn’t budge.

Location was great for sightseeing. Stylish, large, clean apartment. Use of luggage lockers was great.

I would pay more for a higher level apartment so that I felt comfortable leaving windows open for a breeze, as there wasn't air conditioning.

Good value in a pretty spot.

This was a cute apartment and a good value right next door to a beautiful lookout point. Communication was excellent. Kitchen large.

The sofas in the living room were low to the ground. Guessing it might be an issue for older people.

Ideal Alfama location a serviced property so you’re pretty much left to it

Excellent location right in the heart of Alfama. Nice size room and bathroom. Additional use of a locker next door was much appreciated.

The property is serviced only by remote messages and codes by text. There is no one available to answer a phone call if there’s a problem. The issuing of the codes was not clear and messages were not answered straight away. The area is very busy and noisy so this should be noted by people wanting to stay in this property.

Lovely apartment in a great area for exploring Alfama

This was a great location very close to the Castle and Santa Luzia viewpoint where there was a lovely bar to enjoy the views. The room was very well maintained and spotlessly clean. Had everything we needed 🙂

Very good

bathroom was lovely and big and the shower was incredible! The room was decorated in traditional Portuguese style which added to the short trip.

Leaving the rental

Heat was broken. ( one thin blanket) Bathroom sink was plugged. Shower handle hit me on the head as it could not attach. Wifi broken. Had to book another place in the middle of the night.

Spacious room to stay in at the best part of the city

Situated in the best part of the city! Very close to the main spots and restos. I appreciate that they provide lockers to store our bags, in our case, after check out that’s why we were still able to go around the city easily. Thank you for that. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

Windows are difficult to open, we just had it closed during our entire stay. I will appreciate it if we can have them open for ventilation and fresh air. Main door sometimes plays up as well and difficult to open. Otherwise, all good.

Good apartment in a fab location, with a few niggles sorted out, it would be amazing.

Great location, nicely decorated, spacious communal and living areas.

Security, the PIN for the front door, apartment and luggage room were all the same, which suggests that anyone with a door code can access all the apartments within too. The motion sensitive lighting only comes on when you're partway up the stairs in the entrance hall, then blindingly bright, quite dangerous. Also there was no handrail - we chose a ground floor apartment to avoid steps due to mobility issues, so steps without a handrail was challenging. The bathroom door had no lock, and didn't even latch shut, so would not stay fully closed unless wedged with whatever we could find to use as a doorstop.

Perfect location, charming building

Wonderful stay. Good communication, easy check in and clean apartment with everything needed such as tea and coffee . The location was perfect and the room really charming. Highly recommend this stay !

The bathroom was a bit empty. With nothing to hang our towels. The soap x shampoo was a bit basic.

Great location, but will rethink the 3 storey walk up and limited amenities for our next visit.

Amazing location - 2 minutes walk to Castelo de Jorge and so many scenic views. The hosts were quick in responding.

It’s located higher up in the area so prepare for alot of steep hills. we had a few entry issues both into the building and the room due to the tall old doors and key system. The room was very small, with the bathroom almost as large as the room. More than one luggage per person would be too much. We walked right into the bed when you enter and the position of the bed under the cove was a bit dangerous (hit my head once). We repositioned the bed and it was safer and gave us more entry room. There is no phone or TV (it wasn’t listed but we did miss the TV when we had a rainy day).

Great place for a few nights in Alfama

Great location. Easy check-in process. The staff was responsive and accommodating. The rooms were very cute and cleaned/stocked daily with coffee/tea and other necessities.

The room didn't have enough hooks to hang towels. And also to note, the AC doesn't work in the winter (Lisbon can have quite sunny days in the winter so some may want AC). The building does not have a lift so if you have a difficult time with stairs, make sure to stay on the bottom floor. The particular room we had didn't have a desk for a laptop so double check if you're a digital nomad.
