Parkplätze unterm Hotel im Schatten, Straßenbahnhaltestelle und Bus vorm Hotel, MC-Donalds in der Nähe.

This is not my style - I'm not the target group

Modern style and clean room. Nice cafeteria just around the corner

No staff, automated check-in placed outside in the cold, check in panel didn't work so I had to call the hotline, but a nice person helped me to check in finally. Room was cold, no carpet, bed was very simple, felt uncomfortable and cancelled my planned second stay

Mein Tipp: Buchen Sie woanders!

Was uns gut gefallen hat? Nur eine Nacht hier verbringen zu müssen!

• Laut website (und booking.com) hat das Zimmer eine Klimaanlage. Hat es aber nicht. Sitze jetzt in einem Zimmer an der Trauner Kreuzung (sprich LAUT, weil viel Verkehr) und kann das Zimmer NICHT abkühlen! • WC hat kein Licht - aber ein Telefonanruf bracht nichts. So ist das halt, wenn keiner vor Ort ist. • Dusche hat auch kein Licht - ist noch zu verkraften. • LAUT: Das WC wird mit einer Schiebetür vom Rest des Zimmers getrennt. Diese Schiebetür schließt aber nicht bündig => man/frau hört jedes Geräusch aus dem WC. • LAUT: Weil es ja wie erwähnt keine Klimaanlage im Zimmer gibt und das Zimmer einfach zu warm wurde, um gut zu schlafen, habe ich ein Fenster geöffnet. Aber selbst wenn die halbstarke Dorfjugend vom McDonalds nebenan mit ihren röhrenden BMWAUDIBENZ weg ist (McD schliesst um 0:00), ist der Strassenverkehr noch zu laut, um bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Man kann sich auch nicht unterhalten bei offenem Fenster. Und das Hotel liegt in der Einflugschneise vom Flughafen Hörsching. • Obwohl ich darum gebeten habe, haben wir keine Extra-Kissen im Zimmer. Service wird hier nicht geboten

With better communication would be 5*

I liked the location, the room, and the cleaning. The breakfast was really delicious.

I would improve the communication: I had to ask for the invoice two times. There is only one QR code for information about breakfast. You can have breakfast at the cafe/ bakery on the ground floor, but that is a separate company. They do not know about the breakfast was included in the price. On the second morning the staff asked for the invoice, and I was lucky, because i already got it, so i could present it. It is also recommended to book a table for breakfast, which is also not communicated, and can cause unpleasant surprise, if you do not have too much time in the morning. All of the other services, and the meal was perfect.

I liked the room size. It was clean and comfortable. I liked the coffee that we had in the morning in our room. I liked the nice smell in the hotel.

Clean, spacious, great for a one night stay

It was very close to L’Chaim restaurant

I was unable to connect to the Wi-Fi and I was charged again upon arrival. However the situation was solved after contacting Booking.COM and the property and I received a full refund for what I paid on booking. The room was cheaper on booking than on site.

Online checkin went effortlessly. Very modern, spacy rooms, clean and comfortable for a favourable price. Right next to MCDonalds with free hotel parking.

Comfortable and easy to reach hotel

The hotel is easily accessible by car. The rooms are large and very well appointed. The bed is very comfortable.

Superb

It's a self check-in hotel, everything is perfectly organized, all the necessary information is in the room. Everything was clean. The bed really comfy. There's a fantastic bakery on site. McDonalds near the hotel. The tram stop a few meters away with the connection to the town centre.

The hotel is located close to the highway so there's quite a lot of noise when you want your windows open. It is not a problem with the windows closed.

Very nice, modern, simple room in hotel with bakery/restaurant attached

I chose the hotel because I was attending a wedding nearby. Everything went smoothly with check-in and the room was quite nice, new furnishings, coffeemaker, good towels. I'm used to staying in Pod and Yotel hotels, and this room was much bigger than I anticipated. Being in the same building as the delightful Haubis bakery restaurant was a huge plus.

The only downside was that it is not air conditioned. I'm not sure when the hotel was built, but any new building has got to consider air conditioning, given the direction the climate is going. The fan was adequate.

Mising invoicce or receipt (could be that I overlooked on machine used for self check in) but there isno way how to get it. Email contact did not respond swiftly.

The smoking room available in the building. the breakfast available at the backers.

The machine were you check in by yourself din not printed any receipt.The available person that answer to the phone had a really bad attitude. you wouldn’t dare to call again.

The hotel is very nice, the location is really good, and the room was big and comfortable.

The toilet light is on a sensor and it's not the best. The toilet and the shower have a glass door, which is not ideal and the ventilation is throughout the room. It's kind of a semi-opened bathroom.
