Very injoyable stay, lovely house and well payed out for 6 people.

Good location to where we wanted to visit. Lovely area with lots to do and see.

Disappointing

Location was perfect for us as it was within 1 mile from site

On arrival it hadn't been cleaned following last visitors! Still dirty, beds unmade, dirty towels. I Called the out of hours line and awaited a call back. The management company managed to find us alternate accommodation for that night and they would get it cleaned the next day and we can then check back in to Haven House. I'm glad I was able to reach someone out of hours and I'm glad It was resolved quickly. However still not what you expect, or want after a full day on site in the cold and rain.

cobwebs everywhere especially in the main bathroom en suite.

location was good

the property was dirty, I took pictures & for the money was a total rip off especially £108 for it to be cleaned afterwards. it was probably cleaner when we left.

Superb

Great property for families, well laid out and good facilities. About a 12 minute walk to the beach and the town centre which is very nice to wander around in.

Exceptional

Property is very well presented, good size and quiet.

The location code for the property, sends you down to an alley way beside the house, and Google maps doesn't recognise the road name. Maybe change the location code so it finds the driveway not the bungalow.

We spent a delightful two days. Much to see around there.

Location was very good. Property had all facilities and was well stocked. It was new and well presented. Master bedroom was spacious and had large dressing area and shower. It was a short walk to town and to beach. Open plan floors were wood and were perfect for two dogs! TV was big and had good picture. TV had a good selection of channels including Netflix. Also had CD player. Had enclosed garden good for dogs and children. Large parking spaces in front.

The third bedroom only had enough space for a double bed so was good for child but not for adult or a couple, Netflix on a Saturday evening was very slow and essentially unwatchable due to slow streaming. Lastly, house was VERY hard to find as postcode too broad an area on Google and using postcode did not lead us to property. When we used the street address we still went to wrong house, and only found it when we asked a neighbour for directions! A map would help greatly!

A real benchmark of quality accommodation going forward for us to compare in our future staycations

The accommodation was very comfortable and the kitchen equipment was outstanding. The rooms were well heated and ventilated and overall the bungalow's facilities were brilliant.

The only downside to the property was the view at the rear of the building and listening to the occupant's children screaming and shouting at each other in the evening.

10/10 Excellent accommodation and as described

Very clean and modern house. WiFi was excellent and all the facility's (bathroom, Kitchen, TV etc) were in great working order. Would defiantly stay here again.

Nothing really - the bungalow is in a built up area but there is so much to do in the area that it did not bother us.

Successful

In house you can find everything what you need. Two bathrooms was comfortable for family.

It was difficult to find,every time we search in Google maps,we get every time different place. So would be an advice to make this clear.

Disappointing outside space and location

The house itself was as expected, clean and the kitchen was very well kitted out with everything that we needed for a short break. Decent location in terms of close supermarket and 15 minutes walk to town.

The photos on the listing suggested a garden with open countryside views. This is not the case. The garden is overgrown and minuscule, and the lawn not mown for weeks. The view is of social housing very close behind. No garden furniture. So no pleasant outside space to spend time in.

Certainly stay again.

The property was very well equipped, had everything you needed to get you through your stay.

There was nothing we did not like . If i had to find something it would have been nice to have more garden furniture and a BBQ so that we could have made more use of the garden for breakfast & dinner.

Haven house is a fantastic luxury bungalow

This is a gorgeous luxury bungalow, fully refurbished to a high standard! Nice big high Def TV with smart viewing so you can watch Netflix, Amazon etc! The master bedroom with ensuite is nice and big Also the location is great, right by Tesco's and Co-op so if you need food it's nearby or you can just walk into the town centre which is a 10/15 min walk! Only criticism I can think is I wish they had outdoor seating for relaxing in the garden! Overall 5/5 will be staying at again when in aldbeurgh

Dissapointed !!

The area was nice

On arrival it was dirty loads of dog hairs everywhere which we are Not Dog lovers luckily we wasn't allergic to dogs! we expected the place to be clean at least. also the utensils was dirty we had to clean the property wash all crockery up before we could use it and unpack. Notified who was dealing with this he said he would give us some refund back as we shouldn't needed to clean it. We are still waiting!!!

Good

I did think the facilties at Haven House were good and we enjoyed our time there despite the cleaning issues stated. I made a call to the management on my way home unfortunately the line was very bad so I contacted via email on my return however the I received no response.

Drain kept blocking in en suite which I unblocked and cleaned myself and very dirty windows in sitting room.
